Cons I wish there were more listings. Other than that I can’t think of any cons. Pros Many startups post jobs on Wellfound, and I like that you can filter jobs pretty easily. It's also nice that most of the applications are simplified. Cons The filters could be a bit more robust in terms of separating between required and preferred qualifications as well as seniority levels. I've had more contact with potential employers through this site, compared to several other sites I've used. And it is cool to be able to find up and coming companies with unique missions in one place. Pros I loved the variety of opportunities found on the site, ranging in levels of experience desired as well as responsibilities. Cons My application was once withdrawn by Wellfound because the employer wasn't looking at the applications. It felt wrong to me, who had put in so much for the application, to know that the employer wouldn't have the chance to see it.
