Additionally, the secure document exchange features make it incredibly easy for us to request, receive, and distribute necessary documents and information to our clients. Cons Would love to see more integrations into current systems - I know this is on the roadmap for the FutureVault team, so we are looking forward to seeing integrations as they come out. August 3, 2021 5.0 Using FutureVault has helped us improve our client onboarding significantly as well as being able to deliver documents to our clients in a safe and secure environment. In the nature of our business (real estate) there can be a lot of back and forth of information and documents and FutureVault has made it much easier for us to manage all of this in one place, streamline information requests (through things like checklists) and also allowed us to distribute document to new clients as soon as their Vaults are created - all of which has saved us an incredible amount of administrative time and improved operational efficiencies. Pros The ability to easily share and deposit documents with our clients directly in their vaults, in bulk, with the click of a few buttons is a complete game-changer for our internal workflows. By being able to securely distribute documents in bulk, we can focus more of our time on what actually matters... our clients :) Cons The continual addition of new feature sets and enhancements is always fun to see in our vault dashboard! We'd love to see and to have the ability to set automated email reminders when documents do not get signed and returned after an extended period of time. Reason for choosing FutureVault We decided to move forward with FutureVault for three primary reasons. First, they're known and reputable in the financial services industry. Second, the Vault as a document repository for organizational and end-client documents was a must-have, while the additional features were really the game-changer. Super excited to keep building our partnership with Future Vault Pros We really loved the security features, along with the audit trail options. A big part of our business is collecting documents from our clients on an ongoing basis and collaborating with 3rd party professionals. Being able to centralize our document collection process and sharing process we have added more efficiency within our business and a higher level of client experience. Cons We do use the checklist feature quite a bit, however our model requires some reoccurring checklists, and this is not yet a feature, so hoping those developments come to the forefront. Retired Information Services Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Great solution for sharing my documents, files & photos" October 17, 2021 5.0 Being an “old timer” has always made me weary of new technologies. However after getting used to the smartphone technology and of its many apps, I have finally bought into the idea of electronic solutions. Being the family genealogist I have found so many uses for FutureVault. I use it to easily share among family members my large collection of restored family photos, and limit who can see what. I also keep a copy of my living will and other important documents which I share with my children, who have instant access to it if and when I make changes to it. If I ever lose my driver’s license, credit/debit cards, passport and other important documents, I have digital copies in the vault, so I or my surrogates have access to all the information we need to recover the numbers and details of each account. And when I’m in doubt, I have relied on their great customer support that always “holds my hand” and walks me through the solution of issues I might have. Thanks to the ease of use and superb technical support, I have become a strong believer in the great benefits of this tool. Pros Sharing files, photos and documents with a great variety of people & scenarios. Great secure access from anywhere around the world. I trust their platform and prefer being able to share and access my important financial documents in the vault instead of by email or some other method. It's given me a little bit of peace of mind knowing exactly where I can find my documents when I need them. Pros My financial advisor starting using FutureVault about 10 months ago as a way to start delivering and sharing documents like my investor earning reports, market updates, etc. It's been a really great and easy way for me, as an end-client, to securely access and view important financial documents all in once place. Cons At first the initial onboarding was a bit slow but now that I'm up to speed and familiar with it, it's incredibly useful and I'm actually in disbelief that my advisor was using email in the past to deliver my documents. It's an extremely convenient way for me to provide family members and other service professionals access to select documents they need and they've saved me a ton of time by having everything I need accessible to me in one place. Pros FutureVault makes it easy to manage my financial documents for whatever I need it for. It's super convenient knowing where everything is, which saves time for me and my advisor.
