If their last-mile delivery and driver app also rolls out in the next couple of months, it'll become a complete fleet management solution for me. Pros Their data accuracy is on-point. That's something that I was struggling with earlier with my previous software provider. Easy-to-use software platforms - be it the web portal or the app - both are very simple to use. I asked for a custom feature for an issue that I was facing, they crafted the solution in less than 15 days with custom reports. Cons Their route optimisation part is yet to come and so is the driver app. I wanted the driver app with the existing solution but they asked for 6 months' time for that as it was under development.
