Pros Que aparecen las tasas hipotecarias eso es indispensable para los agentes inmobiliarios, mientras uno se toma el café de la mañana ve las tasas, eso es genial, el linkea sencillamente fabuloso, y ni hablar de las funcionalidades de conectar con Facebook y poner campañas. Cons La limitación en el tamaño de las imágenes, que la imagen de perfil tanto en la página, como en linkea se ve distorcionada y borrosa, pocas opciones de platillas para la página web y las que están no son totalmente editables, soy de opinión que las plantillas deben estar diseñadas para ser adaptadas tanto a marcas personales como empresariales. Es una herramienta natural, organizada y bien diseñada que, al utilizarla, me permite presentarles una variedad de proyectos y propiedades a mis clientes en base a sus deseos y necesidades. Cons Cargar la disponibilidad por tipología. Esto puede ser abrumador ya que constantemente hay que actualizarla manualmente. Sería más sencillo si tuviéramos acceso directo a estas tipologías desde las mismas constructoras y que el sistema las cargue automáticamente. No estoy seguro si es posible, pero sería un gran ahorro de tiempo.
