Yodeck has been a solid digital signage platform for our organization. Its biggest strength is how easy it is to get up and running, and day-to-day management is simple. My only real criticism is that parts of the interface feel a little clunky at times, particularly when making edits or navigating some of the more advanced features. Despite those minor frustrations, it's a reliable, affordable solution that I'd recommend to schools and businesses looking for an easy-to-manage digital signage platform.

Remote management makes updating displays quick and convenient. Reliable platform with a good selection of templates and integrations.

Before implementing Yodeck, managing our training calendar displays required manual oversight to ensure the schedule on the physical screens matched our website data and internal spreadsheets. Outdated information had to be manually purged, and slides had to be manually redesigned or updated every time a class schedule changed. Yodeck completely bridges that gap by allowing us to connect our screen layouts directly to automated cloud-hosted data pipelines. How that benefits us: The primary benefit is total time savings and a completely hands-off system. By allowing us to point a Yodeck screen layout directly to our automated Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate workflows, the physical TV displays update themselves automatically. The moment a new class is scheduled or an old date passes, Yodeck handles the refresh smoothly behind the scenes. This ensures that everyone walking through our training center doors sees a perfectly accurate, beautifully branded, up-to-the-minute schedule without requiring a single minute of manual administrative updates from our staff. It provides corporate-level digital signage coordination with practically zero daily maintenance.

Pros

What I like most about Yodeck is its exceptional ability to integrate seamlessly with standard corporate cloud tools like Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, and Excel. Instead of forcing us to manually design and upload static image files every time our training schedules change, Yodeck allows us to display live, dynamic documents that pull data automatically from our backend pipelines. The platform's reliability in rendering shared layouts and its hands-off scheduling features mean that once a display loop is set up, it requires zero daily maintenance. It perfectly balances a highly professional, on-brand visual aesthetic for our visitors with an incredibly simple, set-it-and-forget-it content management backend for our internal team.

Cons

What I like least about Yodeck is that its built-in layout editor can be a bit rigid when it comes to formatting dense, text-based data tables or exact text alignment. When you are trying to display highly specific rows of information—like a detailed corporate training calendar with strict columns for topics, dates, and times—getting the text fields to align perfectly and scale cleanly across different monitor resolutions can be frustrating within the native dashboard. We had to rely on building our visual layouts externally in platforms like PowerPoint and pushing those slides to the screen via automated cloud files, rather than designing the structured text grids directly inside Yodeck's layout widgets. A more flexible, user-friendly grid alignment tool within the native editor would be a massive improvement.

templates that are provided by Optisign are easy to use. downloading images to Optisign is easy also.

Cons

scheduling a different playlist can be difficult. Updating some of the slides is hard to navigate in some cases.

Our overall experience has been extremely positive. From setup to daily operation, Yodeck has been stable, easy to manage, and cost-effective. It does exactly what we need without unnecessary complexity, and it has become an essential tool for our business. We would recommend it without hesitation to any company looking for professional digital signage.

Pros

Yodeck has been an excellent fit for our organization. What stands out most is how well the platform is tailored to real business needs, he content management system is intuitive, so our team was up and running with almost no training. Scheduling playlists, pushing updates to multiple screens, and managing players remotely all just work. The player functionality is rock-solid and reliable, and the value for money is outstanding compared to other options we evaluated. Customer support has also been responsive and genuinely helpful whenever we had a question. When it comes to bugs and issues, we've had virtually none, the system is stable and runs reliably day in and day out. The communication and messaging features are excellent too, making it easy to push announcements and updates across all our screens. Honestly, we've found it to be the only solution currently on the market that combines this range of features and reliability at this price point.

Cons

There isn't much to complain about. If anything, the sheer number of features and settings can feel like a lot when you first start, and a few of the more advanced options take a little exploring to find. None of this affected our day-to-day use, and once you're familiar with the interface it's a non-issue.

Like the way i can update menu items when we run out off items on the fly. Great way to show own shot content .

Pros

Ease of use, great interface and rapid screen changes. Like the way we can use multiple media formats from photos videos and presets

Cons

Not got any, all works as it should. Info and ease of use prevents any issues and easy to update screens

Absolutely amazing, from the setup process (which took no more than 5 minutes) to the way our content now displays with zero lag, crystal clear image quality and no spotty playback, honestly, flawless.

Pros

After using a competitor for the last 4 years, with a very mediocre experience, we recently switched to Yodeck and from the first moment the players were plugged in and the content loaded the difference was noticeable IMMEDIATELY; no lag, crystal clear video, smooth playback, all boxes checked.

Cons

Honestly, nothing to mention. The interface is easy to use, simple and friendly with the ability to organise files, create playlists, add new screens etc. I cannot fault Yodeck in any way.

Mediocre experience, and way more expensive overall. To put the pricing into perspective, our annual plan for one screen with Yodeck would only get us 4.5 months with the former service.

Pros

Yodeck is very easy to use. The price is quite cheap. It's cool to have a lot of connectors and possibilities to embed content. (for example also PowerBI) The interactive function is very helpfull and powerfull.

Cons

Changing schedules is not 100 % intuitive. Interactive playlists are a little bit slow. Wake up screen/ switch off screen does depending on the screen not always work

Our overall experience with Yodeck has been exceptional. It has streamlined our internal communication and messaging completely. It’s a rare software that balances robust, enterprise-level features with a clean, user-friendly interface. It just works, saves us tons of time, and does so at a fraction of the cost of other digital signage competitors. Highly recommended!

Pros

What stands out most about Yodeck is its incredible ease of use paired with powerful content management features. Setting up layouts, schedules, and playlists is completely intuitive, even for team members who aren't tech-savvy. The platform is extremely stable, and the media player functionality is flawless—videos, images, and widgets render beautifully without lag. To top it all off, their value for money is unbeatable, especially with the free first-screen option, and their customer support team is lightning-fast and genuinely helpful whenever questions pop up.

Cons

There is very little to complain about. If I had to pick something, the advanced layout editor has a slight learning curve if you are trying to build highly complex, multi-layered custom templates from scratch. However, their pre-made templates and standard widgets more than make up for it, so it's barely an issue.
