Overall, my experience has been great. Yodeck is reliable, easy to navigate, and does exactly what I need it to do without any unnecessary complexity.

Pros

Yodeck is just super reliable. I love that I don't have to constantly check if the screens are running correctly; it just works in the background. The drag-and-drop interface makes creating layouts very easy even for someone who isn't a designer.

Cons

Nothing—we're very satisfied with the software. We've been happy with the software from the very beginning, and I have no complaints about it

Overall, amazing. I love things that can make my work life more efficient and productive. Advertising events for college students nowadays, with all the new pressures and time constraints, can be really difficult. Yodeck allows us to centralize messaging in each of our buildings based on content type/unit and students know where to get their info for the really important things, like major events or critical dates related to their experience on campus. We've had the product for years now, and there is no way that someone can do what Yodeck does better. Also, we went with the RasberryPi players from Yodeck, and to be honest that is such an easy route to go, especially if you are buying in large quantities like we did.

Pros

The ease of use is incredible, and it is WAY more intuitive than other solutions we've worked with. We have an enterprise account setup, and I have trained folks from the most tech savvy to the least resourceful, and they all love it. The interface is so easy, and they have been improving things every year as far as performance and integrations. Their tech staff also helped me with a really nuanced question a few years back and were awesome. And not to mention that the cost savings compared to what it would take to print and post similar sized signs and pay the staff to do it is significant, especially with us as a small school...value for the money is a real thing.

Cons

To be honest, very little. There are a few things like having to select date/time functions rather than inputting, but that is a programming thing to ensure there isn't an issue with that input. Literally, that's it, and it's not that big of a deal.

Reasons for choosing Yodeck

Interface and easy of use, hands down. Implementation was so extremely easy. Other products might have had a fancy feature here or there, but Yodeck just is so simple to use and just flat out does the job at such a high level. We had two different groups simultaneously working on the project to select a product, and we both came to the same result in choosing Yodeck. The other products were good, but we were sold with Yodeck.

So far we have been very pleased using Yodeck for our interior signage. We use it for our sales floor to display important information and key stats.

Pros

Easy to deploy and easy to update presentations. The apps are also really good and easy to add to a timeline to use as part of the show.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about the software. I do notice some slight lag on animated apps like the weather wall but it's minor.

It works 100% of the time. I am able to upload images and video with the greatest of ease. The updates are pushed to the screen and my client LOVES this product.

Pros

I value the simplicity of the platform and the 100% reliability. It is easy to use; the communication is straight-forward; and managing the content done with two clicks. My client absolutely LOVES this product!

Cons

Honestly, we have not discovered a con with Yodeck. The price, usability and simplicity of the product are unmatched.

I have been very pleased with my experience with Yodeck. It has made managing our menus so easy and quick.

Pros

Yodeck is very intuitive and easy to operate. App integration is simple and straight-forward. We use it for digital menus and making updates and changes is incredibly easy. The hardware is very simple. Log into the online portal, enter a few details and you're ready for plug and play. The pricing is fair. I haven't experienced and bugs or issues and haven't had need to use any customer support.

Cons

I haven't experienced any cons from the software or hardware. Everything has been very straight-forward and intuitive.

Very good experience. Ease of use, easy to follow and use website. Pop up chat for troubleshooting or just looking for answers is convenient.

Pros

Ease of use, it is basically plug and play. The directions were very easy to follow and the website has a faq section that I like.

Cons

Took some time for the downloads to configure, not a problem just time consuming. I have not had a negative experience yet.

Amazing! it makes our life easier and advance, pushing contents to screen has never been this innovative and easy!

Pros

it's very easy to use and the app is web based so you don't have to install anything! the dashboard is simplified but the features are so innovative

Cons

none at the moment as yodeck is serving what is expected and more! the template feature is amazing! it makes it even more usefull and valuable as a service
