Pros

Yodeck's user interface is intuitive and organized, which is very helpful for a tool with this many features. The tool helps you organize content. The first player is free, so it's a great value for small institutions like churches.

Cons

I would like the mobile management app to be part of the Yodeck software.

Overall, my experience has been very positive. The platform has been reliable, easy to manage, and has made handling digital signage much more efficient. Remote management and scheduling save a lot of time, and once everything is set up, it requires very little ongoing maintenance. There are a few areas where the interface and advanced customization could be improved, but overall it’s been a solid and dependable solution.

Pros

The biggest pros were how easy it was to set up and manage remotely, along with how reliable the players have been. Updating content, scheduling playlists, and monitoring screens can all be done quickly from one place, which saves a lot of time. It’s also very user-friendly, so it doesn’t take much effort to learn or maintain once everything is running.

Cons

The main downside was that some advanced features and layout customizations were not very intuitive at first and took some trial and error to learn. There were also occasional moments where syncing or refreshing content on devices took longer than expected. Managing a large amount of media can sometimes feel a little clunky, but overall the platform has still been very reliable.

I have an IT backgound and have been given the job of finding the right digital signage solution for our legion post. Unlike some of he other systems I have looked at I have found that Yokeck has support for every type of media that we would need to display. The remote management console if pretty intuitive and the learning curve is minimal. This is an excellent choice for the non-technical folks that will be posting content.

Pros

remote management and ease of use. We are an American Legion Post and looking for a simple way to keep all of our members informed. The signage with be supported by non-technical folks and ease of use and remote management is a very important consideration

Cons

nothing really to complain about. Some of the management screens are a little confusing, but if you take the time to read everything and by trial-and-error you can get through fairly quickly

My experience has been wonderful so far. I never have an issues with going offline and if I had to call customer service they were great in walking me through the necessary steps

The ease of building a menu board. It was very easy to build and even easier to make updates I liked the options of adding pictures to my menu

I felt there should be more templates available for each individual type of business. I think new ones should be made available as time goes by

My experience with Yodeck thus far has been great. Content management is easy, and there are many unique wrinkles you can layer in to make content run through their media players even more engaging. HIGHLY recommend.

\-Ease of use -Simple/clean interface -Seamless content management -Great informational content to help with media player installation and content management

Cons

\-Shipping time is my only gripe. Despite the shipping time of my player being listed as 3 - 5 business days after ordering, it took three weeks and required me to phone multiple times to ensure timely delivery so I could meet client expectations.

overall yodeck is very professional and value for money solution to manage digital signage . It can turn any smart TV to powerful player and free plan with one player is the best

I’ve been using the Yodeck platform for the last year for my retail store, “Sayzrina Designs.” It runs very smoothly on my Android TV, and the interface is simple enough for any beginner to pick up quickly. The best part is that they offer a free plan for one player, which is perfect for store owners like me. Thanks to the Yodeck team for this amazing product. For anyone looking for something like this, I’ve tried at least 4–5 other solutions, and none of them came close. Also thier support during onboarding stage is too good.

Cons

Right now, I don’t have much feedback, but I do have a wish list. I’m not sure if this can be added as a feature request, but I’d like to be able to play Instagram or TikTok videos directly from a profile and cache them for smoother playback.

positive and relatively easy implementation, having come from other digital signage solutions, this one feels modern and easy to pick up and go.

Pros

Very flexible and easy to get up and running. Support have been very responsive with the various questions i have had and professional.

Cons

Some functionality needs polish (teams room integration) and would be good to have more updates on new apps that have been requested.
