The customer service is superb for they were quick to assist and very responsive so I must give them a hand on helping us fix a few issues. Pros The best part about Yodeck is the player because with other signages you have to chose from different devices that it supports which gets complicates with licenses, different platforms and additional costs. If we were to use a Windows machine there is security issues, updates, Windows licenses and etc. If you use Brightsign some has wifi and some do not then comes the interface which gets complicated. With Yodeck all of the complicated hardware is removed for their player is very simple, cost effective and easy to setup. Cons There are 2 things that might need to be known. 1. since there is no need to update anything on the Pi, the platform could had been even smaller. 2. player speed, flipping between playlist could be better but this is a Pi afterall so this is not really a complaint just a wish.
