### "An excellent starting point if you are looking for a screen manager. "

April 8, 2026

4.0

Overall, is a reliable and cost-effective solution for digital signage. It has solved our primary problem of transparency in project management by allowing us to display work-in-progress and past successes in one place. It is a solid "workhorse" for any office or group of work looking to boost morale and keep tasks visible, provided you don't mind doing some minor manual tweaking.

Pros

It was a great find for getting started with multi-screen management. ’s strength lies in its content management and the fact that you can start with a free account that actually works, which speaks to its excellent value for money. The ability to dynamically display pending tasks while showing high-quality photos of completed projects is a powerful motivational tool for the team. The predefined templates are intuitive, and the player’s functionality is robust; once configured, playback is reliable. Having direct access to integrations with Google and Outlook within the digital signage ecosystem represents a very positive change for our internal communication and messaging.

Cons

The Ease of Use takes a hit when dealing with third-party integrations. I’ve encountered small issues regarding text scaling—content often doesn't auto-fit the screen correctly, resulting in tiny, unreadable text. While the platform is functional, the design interface feels a bit dated and lacks a aesthetic with performance, requiring manual adjustments to look professional. Also, while Customer Support is available, a more seamless, "plug-and-play" experience for integrations would reduce the need to contact them in the first place.

### "Remarkable solution for digital marketing w/ incredibly intuitive platform"

April 14, 2026

5.0

Overall, amazing. I love things that can make my work life more efficient and productive. Advertising events for college students nowadays, with all the new pressures and time constraints, can be really difficult. allows us to centralize messaging in each of our buildings based on content type/unit and students know where to get their info for the really important things, like major events or critical dates related to their experience on campus. We've had the product for years now, and there is no way that someone can do what Yodeck does better. Also, we went with the RasberryPi players from Yodeck, and to be honest that is such an easy route to go, especially if you are buying in large quantities like we did.

Pros

The ease of use is incredible, and it is WAY more intuitive than other solutions we've worked with. We have an enterprise account setup, and I have trained folks from the most tech savvy to the least resourceful, and they all love it. The interface is so easy, and they have been improving things every year as far as performance and integrations. Their tech staff also helped me with a really nuanced question a few years back and were awesome. And not to mention that the cost savings compared to what it would take to print and post similar sized signs and pay the staff to do it is significant, especially with us as a small school...value for the money is a real thing.

Cons

To be honest, very little. There are a few things like having to select date/time functions rather than inputting, but that is a programming thing to ensure there isn't an issue with that input. Literally, that's it, and it's not that big of a deal.

Interface and easy of use, hands down. Implementation was so extremely easy. Other products might have had a fancy feature here or there, but just is so simple to use and just flat out does the job at such a high level. We had two different groups simultaneously working on the project to select a product, and we both came to the same result in choosing Yodeck. The other products were good, but we were sold with Yodeck.

### "Intuitive Drag-and-Drop, but Missing Key Details to Fully Recommend"

April 9, 2026

3.0

My experience with has been a real mixed bag, balancing undeniable cost savings against a genuinely frustrating workflow. On one hand, I cannot deny that the pricing is fantastic. It is incredibly cheap compared to other digital signage options, which was a huge win for my budget. However, actually getting the system to work was a headache. Despite its reputation, I found the interface to be confusing, clunky, and far from intuitive. Setting up the hardware, trying to figure out how playlists and schedules sync together, and simply navigating the dashboard felt overly complicated. It took me way longer than it should have just to get a basic image running on my screen. Ultimately, I appreciate the low cost, but the steep learning curve made me question if the savings were worth the initial hassle.

Pros

its incredibly intuitive, drag-and-drop web interface, which allows anyone to create professional-looking displays without prior graphic design experience. Another major standout is its hardware flexibility. operates seamlessly on highly affordable Raspberry Pi players, keeping initial setup costs remarkably low.

Cons

Honestly, I am completely lost when it comes to using . Everyone says it’s supposed to be this incredibly intuitive, drag-and-drop digital signage platform, but the moment I log into the dashboard, I feel totally overwhelmed. I don’t understand how to properly link my screens, and the thought of configuring a Raspberry Pi player sounds like a foreign language to me. Navigating through the different widgets, media layers, playlists, and scheduling options just leaves me staring blankly at my monitor. I know there are plenty of tutorials and quick-start guides available online, but right now, the entire interface feels like a complicated puzzle. I simply want to get a basic image or video up on my TV, yet the initial learning curve is feeling much steeper than I originally anticipated.

### "Yodeck Delivers Beautiful Displays Fast, With Great Support and Reliability"

April 17, 2026

5.0

My experience using at US Modules has been excellent from day one. We needed a fast solution to roll out high‑quality, reliable display content on a very tight timeline before our Grand Opening, and Yodeck delivered. We were able to create polished, professional content quickly, and it was easy to integrate information we were already using on other platforms, which saved a lot of time and effort. The system itself is reliable and straightforward to use, and the learning curve was minimal. Their support team was responsive and extremely helpful in getting us set up and comfortable with the platform. On top of the strong functionality, the pricing is very competitive, and the fact that they shipped the equipment to us for free in just two days was a huge bonus. Overall, Yodeck has proven to be the best-value solution for our digital signage needs at US Modules.

Pros

We needed a fast solution to roll out high quality, reliable display content in a very short timeline before our Grand Opening event. Not only was able to facilitate creating the content quickly, the content is very aesthetically pleasing, easy to integrate to information we're already using on other platforms, and they shipped us equipment (for free!) in 2 days! The system is reliable, easy to use, and the support teams helped me get set up and learn the system in no time. They really are the best solution available, and at the best price too!

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any complaints at all. Support was easy to access and so fast, any time I needed help.

### "A Promising Start with Flexible Potential"

March 30, 2026

4.0

We are still early in our deployment, but initial impressions are positive. Setup has been smooth, and the platform shows strong potential, though we are still working through the best way to structure content for long-term use.

Pros

delivers excellent value for the price. Compared to our previous digital signage platform, it’s noticeably more affordable while still offering a strong and capable feature set. Where it really shines is flexibility—there are multiple ways to schedule and organize content, which makes it easy to tailor what’s shown across different screens and timeframes. It also works best when you lean into full-screen content created outside the platform, which results in cleaner, more polished signage that aligns well with branding.

Cons

That same flexibility can also be ’s biggest drawback. There isn’t a single clear “right way” to structure content, which can make initial setup and ongoing management more confusing than it needs to be. Without some upfront planning, it’s easy to end up with a system that works but isn’t as efficient or easy to maintain as it could be.

### "Yodeck is a great choice for local business promo material showcase. "

April 16, 2026

5.0

Support team is really great. They saw I had 2 screens offline for days and they contacted me to ask if everything is working. I explained that the Raspberry pi keeps disconnecting and they saw that it is constantly trying to connect to 5G wi-fi (witch is some distance away) and that I should set the router to allow rPi to only connect to regular 2.4GHz wi-fi... once I did that I no longer have any disconnects and everything is working fine.

Pros

Really easy to setup and register a screen. It's super easy and convenient. You just type the registration code you see on screen onto YD dashboard and you can start putting commercials up.

Cons

IDK, there are a lot of templates in "Layouts" section, but could have more. Also you could implement keep me logged in so I don't have to log every time. Also, make an app for mobile so I can log through my smartphone, not through browser.

### "Cloud-Based Signage That Just Works"

January 23, 2026

4.0

is a solid choice for organisations that need a straightforward, cloud-managed digital signage solution for one screen. It is stable, easy to use, and practical for environments where simplicity and reliability are more important than advanced customisation.

Pros

is easy to set up and manage for a single screen using the Web Screen option. The cloud-based dashboard is clear and intuitive, making it quick to update and schedule content. It runs reliably without needing dedicated signage hardware, which keeps costs and complexity low. For basic digital signage needs, it performs consistently and requires very little ongoing maintenance.

Cons

Customisation options for the Web Screen player are limited compared to hardware-based players. Some features are geared more towards larger, multi-screen deployments and are less useful in a single-screen setup. Analytics and reporting are also fairly basic.

### "Great, Flexible Tool for Remote Digital Signage"

January 14, 2026

4.0

Our overall experience was quite flawless. No crashes or major outages so far. We are using as a tool to push team messages to presentation screens around the office, for example celebrations for achieved milestones, welcome messages for customers or visitors, or welcoming onboarding tips for new employees. This generates an inclusive atmosphere and allows us to share important messages with everyone in the company.

Pros

strikes an excellent balance between user-friendliness and flexibility. If you're accustomed to managing cloud tools through a browser—which is quite common in today's work environment—you'll find Yodeck intuitive and easy to pick up in just a few minutes. Setting up a screen is straightforward: choose a layout from the available templates, make your desired adjustments, add your content, and deploy it to a screen—all in a matter of minutes. Additionally, displaying content on a remote screen is simple. Just open the provided URL in a browser on the remote device and switch it to full screen.

Cons

For one application, we wanted to add a video as a background, which was a bit of a hassle. We ended up converting the video to a gif and inserting this as a background. This also had the advantage of a smaller filesize and therefore faster push-to-screen. Otherwise, we are fully satisfied with the options gives us.

### "Yodeck for the win!"

February 28, 2026

5.0

Overall it coudn't be better. The ONLY thing that stands out a little bit (because it did impact me), was that when I set up the formal demo for my whole team with , at least half had trouble joining and we lost participation. I know it was a bit frustrating for my manager. I did give a list of all the participants emails ahead of time. All that said, I don't know exactly what that issue was related to, and it's possible some were not logged into the correct accounts. I think that's pretty unlikely though, considering how many had issues.

Pros

UX and UI are excellent. It's so well thought out. As a low level UX designer, I can't believe how often I come across glaring mistakes and pain points. This immediately causes me to lose some degree of respect for institution it's related to. While I may have designed some things slightly differently myself, 's UX/UI is one of the first in awhile where I have no complaints at all. What changes I would make are subjective in other words. It's an incredible value. Support is really good, and I'm impressed with the AI that's built in to support. It's very functional and usable.

Cons

This is pretty minor, but the only thing I'm not entirely impressed with is the tutorial/educational content. With a few exceptions as it relates to topics, there's very little detail. It's rather broad and basic. I would guess it's probably in early stages of development, and so it hasn't really impacted my perception of . This is entirely subjective, but I don't think the branding for Yodeck is all that great. While that doesn't matter much to me, I wonder if it was one of the reasons I had a hard time selling it to my team at first, and this is the only reason I'm mentioning it at all.

### "Amazing platform with incredible value."

March 12, 2026

4.0

So far its a solid 9.5/10. I have managed to find a solution for most of the options I am looking for and with some minor playing around you tend to make it work as close to perfect as you can.

Pros

A Single screen for free for life. Most other platforms give a trial then start charging so its nice to know you are not tied financially to a product.

Cons

Backend layout can be a bit cumbersome trying to figure out where specific apps have gone. Also pushing updates can sometimes lag but that could be bandwith related instead of platform related.

### "Yodeck: Simple, Centralized Screen Management for Our Team"

December 15, 2025

5.0

streamlines communication and content management, making it far more efficient—especially for handling multiple screens across various locations. It swaps out manual, time-intensive updates for a quick, centralized system that's accessible even to non-technical staff. No more trekking to each screen or fiddling with USB sticks and local players; everything updates remotely through a cloud dashboard, keeping displays fresh while slashing maintenance time. The intuitive interface lets teams craft and tweak content on their own, speeding up messaging, cutting update delays, and freeing IT for bigger challenges.

Pros

stands out as an approachable digital signage platform with a clean, intuitive dashboard that uses drag‑and‑drop controls for creating playlists, layouts, and schedules, so teams can update content quickly and easily. The interface is simple enough that non-technical staff can pick it up with minimal training and confidently manage screens themselves. Overall, it feels user-friendly, cost-effective, and dependable for day-to-day needs like internal communications and informational displays, making it a great option for organizations that want polished screens without leaning heavily on IT.

Cons

While is solid overall, some drawbacks stand out. Heavy Microsoft users may hit limitations, especially when expecting deeper, seamless ties to the full Microsoft ecosystem. The layout designer, though user-friendly, misses advanced features that power users often want, forcing workarounds or external tools for complex, custom layouts.

My overall experience with is very positive and I would recommend anyone using digital signage to give it a try. I have had no issues with file type or size uploaded and we have been able to add playlists and have signage play differently every day

Pros

benefits us by saving time, reducing complexity, and giving us a scalable, reliable way to communicate visually across our building.

Pros

gets rid of the paint of managing content across multiple screens in different locations. Before Yodeck, keeping displays updated meant manual changes, USB drives, or ad-hoc solutions that didn’t scale well. Now we can centrally manage everything—what’s shown, where it’s shown, and when—without needing someone physically at each screen.

### "Yodeck- "Fun"ctional and Easy-to-Use Content Management. "

October 15, 2025

4.0

We onboarded devices and software with the help of our IT department, to be used on the monitors that were installed in our lobbies, pre-function spaces and convention center corridors. Once deployed, our on site team trained in the software to understand how to program and update the devices. It's been very hands on and we are at the point where the 4 people on the implementation team have gotten ~90% fluent with the Yodeck software. We are able to update and manage 16 devices with minimal errors or issues.

Pros

software and devices have been an enormous upgrade to our new expansion space; allowing us to quickly and easily update the monitors throughout the public spaces with information that our guests take notice of and respond well to. The functionality of the devices is exactly as expected, with the apps available in the software able to do everything we need and more to showcase our brand, our event partners and our destination overall.

Cons

has a large knowledge hub available, with videos and written tutorials for the capabilty of their software ( media, layouts, schedules etc) but you have to know what you are looking for to find it. Its not intuitive learning that builds upon itself, because the software can be used so many different ways. If you choose to use some aspects but not others, it wouldn't benefit you to learn how that part of the software or its apps is function because it doesn't translate.

### "Digital Signage for Tech"

September 28, 2025

4.0

We needed a digital signage solution to share employee-facing content, news, and updates with our team, and this has been perfect for that purpose. It also allows us to display reminders of past events, including photos and awards the company has received. While the primary audience is our employees, customers may also see this area when they come in or out for meetings. In another setting, we used it in a public waiting room to ensure participants could easily view available community resources, which was very helpful.

Pros

I have used this for a variety of purposes, both internally within the company where only employees have access, and externally in public areas with content meant for a wider audience. I appreciate how easy it is to set up and to add multiple people, which makes it simple to organize and manage. This allows for new and fresh content to be contributed from different perspectives, departments, and initiatives.

Cons

They sometimes go offline and require reformatting, which can be quite inconvenient, especially when the device is installed in a hard-to-reach place, like a TV mounted high up that needs a ladder to access. Additionally, I think there should be a greater variety of layouts and designs, with new ones added more frequently. Customer support is also lack luster. You can do a chat, but they are not really wanted to assist or help with the issue, and you cannot call or do a remote session to just get the issue resolved quickly, its takes time due to needing to chat back and forth.

September 16, 2025

5.0

We have three facilities located across the country and this has allowed us standardize our communication across all the facilities. We centralized the core messages being displayed for the company while allowing site specific content to be managed and displayed by local staff.

Pros

Managing the players once they were connected is very power and easy to do. They have a wide range of options for creating and managing the content which was incredibly easy to learn and implement.

Cons

Initially setting them on the WiFi network was a little bit of an exercise, but they have a very helpful knowledge base that walked us through the process.

Reason for choosing Yodeck

I ultimately chose because they had a really good KB, the price was good, and it seemed to be a solid product after going through the demo.

### "Amazing Performance & Great Support"

March 9, 2026

We maintain multiple retail locations, with at least 2 screens broadcasting various messages across a state-wide network. This has all but eliminated the need for a traveling "tv person" to keep our messaging consistent.

Pros

I love that has been consistent. They have improved the control panel and UI/UX of their service over the years, and they've done that with little to no pain points for me. The service is rock-solid, and I've always had an easy, and quick experience with the support staff.

Cons

I have nothing to complain about or be dissatisfied with. I am completely satisfied with their product. It is the easiest and most convenient of all the services we pay for.

### "Yay Yodeck!"

March 17, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with has been positive. It's a cost-effective and reliable digital signage solution that’s easy to set up and manage. The platform offers a lot of flexibility, though at times the number of customization options can make simple tasks feel more complex than necessary. Once you get familiar with it, it becomes much easier to work with, making it a solid choice for organizations looking for a straightforward and dependable signage platform.

Pros

stands out for its ease of use and low entry barrier. The interface is intuitive, making it simple to deploy and manage digital signage even without prior experience. In addition to using the free license for one screen via the web browser, if you do purchase a player, the use of Raspberry Pi based hardware keeps costs down while still delivering reliable performance. I also appreciated the cloud-based management, which allows for quick updates and centralized control across multiple displays. The scheduling features and pre-built templates make it easy to create and automate content without a steep learning curve.

Cons

While is a strong platform, the level of customization can sometimes feel overwhelming. There are many different ways to build and display content, which can make it difficult to decide on the best approach for your specific needs. This can slow down workflows, especially for users who prefer a more guided or streamlined experience. Additionally, the editor can feel somewhat restrictive for more complex layouts despite the number of options available. Occasional delays in syncing content to devices can also be frustrating, particularly for time-sensitive updates.

### "Easy to Use and Great Support"

November 25, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with has been very positive. It saves our team time since managing digital signage is simple and reliable. The integration with our SSO worked well, and showing Grafana dashboards on screens helps our teams see important info right away. The platform has been stable, the support team is quick to respond, and everything has worked as expected.

Pros

is very easy to use and the layout makes updates simple. Setting up playlists and managing screens is quick and straight forward. Their customer support has also been really good. When we migrated from one tenant to another, everything went smoothly including SSO. Any time something is wrong on one of our screens, submitting a ticket is easy and we always get a fast response.

Cons

There is not much to dislike. Some features take a moment to find the first time, but once you get used to the dashboard, it becomes easy.

### "Canadian university Faculty loves Yodeck"

February 5, 2026

5.0

I use to manage a single screen and it has been a game-changer. It bridges the gap between complex digital signage and "just plugging in a computer." Once the initial browser-player hurdles were cleared, the system has been rock solid. It makes the right thing easy (scheduling, app integration) and the wrong thing hard (messy manual updates).

Pros

The "one screen free" tier is incredibly generous because it doesn't gatekeep the best features. The dashboard is surprisingly robust—having access to native apps like Instagram and weather updates makes the content look professional with very little effort. I love the freedom of remote configuration; being able to tweak the display from home while it’s running on a TV elsewhere is a massive win for efficiency.

Cons

The initial setup for a web-based player was a bit finicky. Getting Chrome to launch automatically, hit full-screen mode, and run reliably upon boot took some trial and error. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it requires a bit of technical patience at the start.

### "Yodeck is amazing"

November 21, 2025

solves the challenge of managing and updating digital signage content efficiently across multiple locations. Before using Yodeck, keeping screens updated required manual intervention and was time-consuming. With Yodeck’s cloud-based platform, I can remotely schedule and deploy content instantly, which saves significant time and reduces operational costs. Its intuitive interface eliminates the need for advanced technical skills, and the ability to support various media formats ensures flexibility in communication. Overall, Yodeck streamlines content management, improves consistency, and enhances audience engagement, making it a valuable tool for our organization.

Pros

What I like best about is its simplicity and flexibility. The platform is very user-friendly, allowing quick setup and easy content management without requiring advanced technical skills. Its cloud-based control makes remote management effortless, which is perfect for businesses with multiple locations. I also appreciate the wide range of supported media formats and the ability to schedule playlists, ensuring content is always fresh and relevant. Overall, Yodeck combines affordability with powerful features, making it an excellent choice for digital signage. The customer support is amazing and responsive.

Cons

One thing I dislike about is that some advanced customization options can feel limited without additional integrations. While the platform is excellent for basic and intermediate digital signage needs, certain features like complex layout design or real-time data widgets require extra steps or third-party tools. Additionally, initial setup for multiple screens can take time if you’re not familiar with Raspberry Pi or networking. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall ease of use and reliability Yodeck provides.
