### "Yodeck is easy to use for first time users and will make information easier to share"

July 16, 2026

5.0

Yodeck is a great tool hat makes sharing information easyer to share. We will continually use it. Videos and picture look great

Pros

Is is easy to manager the content uploaded to the Yodeck site. The cost per device was the best around. The devices the software and run on made functionality very easy.

Cons

It would be great if the app started automatically, meaning when we turn th TV on the app starts up without clicking on it.

### "Easy-to-Use Digital Signage with Outstanding Nonprofit Value"

July 18, 2026

4.0

Our experience with Yodeck has been excellent. We switched from another digital signage solution because Yodeck was a much better fit for our needs, offering greater flexibility, easier customization, and better nonprofit pricing. It has helped us communicate more effectively with visitors by promoting events, displaying announcements, and managing content remotely. We would confidently recommend it to other nonprofits, educational institutions, and organizations looking for an easy-to-manage digital signage platform.

Pros

Yodeck is very easy to use and made it simple for our team to get started. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and allows us to quickly update content across our digital signage screens. We use it to promote lectures, display schedules, encourage donations through QR codes, and share important information with visitors. The nonprofit pricing is also an outstanding benefit and provides excellent value.

Cons

Overall, we've had a very positive experience. The main feature I'd like to see is a live screen preview that shows what is currently being displayed on each screen. Even a screenshot refreshed every few seconds would make remote monitoring much easier.

Reason for choosing Yodeck

We evaluated OptiSigns, but ultimately chose Yodeck because it offered better value for our nonprofit organization. The nonprofit pricing was a major advantage, and we found Yodeck's interface easier to use and better suited to our workflow. It also gave us the flexibility we needed to manage lecture promotions, schedules, donation campaigns, and other on-site information from a single platform.

### "Intuitive Drag-and-Drop, but Missing Key Details to Fully Recommend"

April 9, 2026

3.0

My experience with Yodeck has been a real mixed bag, balancing undeniable cost savings against a genuinely frustrating workflow. On one hand, I cannot deny that the pricing is fantastic. It is incredibly cheap compared to other digital signage options, which was a huge win for my budget. However, actually getting the system to work was a headache. Despite its reputation, I found the interface to be confusing, clunky, and far from intuitive. Setting up the hardware, trying to figure out how playlists and schedules sync together, and simply navigating the dashboard felt overly complicated. It took me way longer than it should have just to get a basic image running on my screen. Ultimately, I appreciate the low cost, but the steep learning curve made me question if the savings were worth the initial hassle.

Pros

its incredibly intuitive, drag-and-drop web interface, which allows anyone to create professional-looking displays without prior graphic design experience. Another major standout is its hardware flexibility. Yodeck operates seamlessly on highly affordable Raspberry Pi players, keeping initial setup costs remarkably low.

Cons

Honestly, I am completely lost when it comes to using Yodeck. Everyone says it’s supposed to be this incredibly intuitive, drag-and-drop digital signage platform, but the moment I log into the dashboard, I feel totally overwhelmed. I don’t understand how to properly link my screens, and the thought of configuring a Raspberry Pi player sounds like a foreign language to me. Navigating through the different widgets, media layers, playlists, and scheduling options just leaves me staring blankly at my monitor. I know there are plenty of tutorials and quick-start guides available online, but right now, the entire interface feels like a complicated puzzle. I simply want to get a basic image or video up on my TV, yet the initial learning curve is feeling much steeper than I originally anticipated.

### "Choose Yodeck You wont be disappointed!! "

July 27, 2026

5.0

Yodeck is an easy, powerful, and incredibly well‑designed digital signage solution. From the user interface to the integrations, performance, pricing, and support, everything about the platform feels streamlined and thoughtfully built. It’s one of those rare tools that makes your job easier from day one.

Pros

Yodeck has been an absolute game‑changer for our digital signage needs. It strikes the perfect balance between powerful features and effortless usability, making it one of the most impressive platforms we’ve worked with. Its interface is clean, intuitive, and thoughtfully designed. Everything feels exactly where it should be, which makes navigating the dashboard incredibly easy—even for team members who aren’t tech‑savvy. Creating, scheduling, and updating content is smooth and fast, and the drag‑and‑drop editor makes designing screens feel almost fun. The pricing is one of Yodeck’s strongest advantages. It’s affordable, transparent, and delivers tremendous value. The free player option is a huge bonus! The support experience feels personal, friendly, and genuinely invested in your success. Communication was great with support. The player for the signage was easy to use. There were very many bugs or issues just try to use their player and not a firestick.

Cons

I didn't like much but one this i recommend is buying the Raspberry-Pi for the signage i had a few bugs with the software for the firestick. Overall the PI just had less problems.

### "The Best Company for Digital Screen Advertising - Hands down."

August 4, 2026

5.0

We have had a brilliant experience with YoDeck, from having a demo to talking about partnerships, white labelling and how we can implement this on a large scale at all our different clients in many different industries. Their free trial allows you to fully play and get to know the app without even putting in credit card details. Great company- highly recommend.

Pros

I love how centred they are on customer service, no other competitor comes near, their communication and check ups and really good. The ease of use from the UI is unreal, it is simple, clean and anyone could learn to use it. We are 2 months in and still have not found any bugs, but I would be confident in their support team fixing if I did come up to one. Great value of money compared to their competitors.

Cons

The only thing I would say is that if you don't pay for an annual account, a YoDeck player, which I would recommend having, costs a fair bit by itself.

### "Excellent Product & Support"

Superb customer service. I ran into a few small "user error" related issues, and Yodeck was there to resolve them quickly.

Pros

We love being able to remotely upload media to several TV's across 3 locations. We use it daily and have not run into any issues.

Cons

I do wish there was a way to add a transition between videos. We are still working to broaden our full knowledge of the Yodeck program, but everything seems to work beautifully. Still discovering the many features of Yodeck!

### "Easy, Cost-Effective Signage with Fast, Helpful Support"

Yodeck has made it extremely easy for us to display company statistics on dashboards throughout our office. Our goal was to create some friendly competition in the office and give credit where credit is due for our employees.

Pros

They are cost effective and easy to use. The support is great too and makes onboarding quick and seamless.

My overall experience with Yodeck has been very positive. The system is easy to set up and simple to use, and everything works reliably — I haven't run into any problems. In the beginning, a few features didn't work as expected, but those were quickly fixed. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable. I'd happily recommend Yodeck to anyone looking for a straightforward digital signage solution

Pros

Easy to work with — the system is very user-friendly and works really well. I've never had any problems. The price is great too.

Cons

Pros

### "An excellent starting point if you are looking for a screen manager. "

April 8, 2026

4.0

Overall, Yodeck is a reliable and cost-effective solution for digital signage. It has solved our primary problem of transparency in project management by allowing us to display work-in-progress and past successes in one place. It is a solid "workhorse" for any office or group of work looking to boost morale and keep tasks visible, provided you don't mind doing some minor manual tweaking.

Pros

It was a great find for getting started with multi-screen management. Yodeck’s strength lies in its content management and the fact that you can start with a free account that actually works, which speaks to its excellent value for money. The ability to dynamically display pending tasks while showing high-quality photos of completed projects is a powerful motivational tool for the team. The predefined templates are intuitive, and the player’s functionality is robust; once configured, playback is reliable. Having direct access to integrations with Google and Outlook within the digital signage ecosystem represents a very positive change for our internal communication and messaging.

Cons

The Ease of Use takes a hit when dealing with third-party integrations. I’ve encountered small issues regarding text scaling—content often doesn't auto-fit the screen correctly, resulting in tiny, unreadable text. While the platform is functional, the design interface feels a bit dated and lacks a aesthetic with performance, requiring manual adjustments to look professional. Also, while Customer Support is available, a more seamless, "plug-and-play" experience for integrations would reduce the need to contact them in the first place.

### "Good digital signage system that gets the job done"

June 1, 2026

5.0

Overall, Yodeck has been a good system for us. We use it in a museum setting, so having a way to update screens and manage content without going to each player saves us a lot of time. Once everything is set up correctly, it works well and keeps things organized. There is a little learning curve with the players and some troubleshooting, but for day to day use it has been solid and dependable.

Pros

5 stars What I like most about Yodeck is that once it is set up, it just works. We use it in a museum setting, so having something that lets us update screens without running around to every location saves a lot of time. It makes it easier to keep exhibition and event content organized, especially when things change last minute. It is also pretty easy to use after you get familiar with it. I am not saying there is no learning curve, because there is, but it is not something that feels impossible to figure out. For our needs, it has been reliable and practical.

Cons

Some of the setup and troubleshooting can take a little time, especially with the players or the network connection. A few settings could be easier to find. But overall, once everything is connected correctly, it has been a solid system for us.

Alternatives considered

### "Fabulous platform. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, professional in-house support."

January 30, 2026

5.0

I’ve been a Yodeck customer since 2021, and I, and my team, have been impressed with the options, interface and reliability of the Yodeck platform. Recently, I approached their team with a non-standard request related to a transition scenario that didn’t fit neatly into existing workflows. What stood out immediately was the way the situation was handled — with discretion, care, and genuine professionalism. Rather than defaulting to limitations, the support and customer success teams worked collaboratively to find a solution, keeping communication clear and respectful throughout. I’ve participated in formal customer experience and service training over the years, and this interaction reflected a level of thoughtfulness, advocacy, and follow-through that’s increasingly rare. It’s clear Yodeck invests in its people and empowers them to think critically and escalate appropriately when the situation calls for it. If you’re evaluating digital signage providers, this platform is backed by a team that truly understands the importance of long-term relationships and customer trust.

Pros

• Solid, reliable platform • Extremely reasonable pricing • Consistent additions and upgrades to their offerings • Exceptionally professional and well-trained support team • Willingness to thoughtfully handle edge-case scenarios • Clear communication and follow-through

Cons

We really have had a stellar experience. In the few cases where we were confused, we found the answers immediately on their support panel. On the two occasions when we needed more support, we were immediately directed to a real person at Yodeck (not outsourced support) who provided clear direction and a successful resolution.

### "Love Yodeck"

December 4, 2025

5.0

Before Yodeck, updating screens meant USB sticks, manual uploads, or waiting for staff to change things. Now I can update every store instantly from my laptop or phone. If I change a price, launch a special, or promote a new drink, it’s live across all venues in seconds. It also removes the stress of human error — no outdated menus, no mismatched branding, no missed promos. Everything stays clean, consistent, and on-brand. Benefits I’m seeing: Huge time savings — updates take seconds, not hours. Consistency across all locations — every store always shows the correct menu and pricing. No more manual updates — everything is remote and automated. Professional branding — templates look sharp without needing a designer. Better customer experience — clear, modern screens that actually help sales. Less workload for staff — they don’t have to touch the screens at all. Overall, Yodeck gives me control, saves time, reduces mistakes, and helps keep all my cafés running smoothly — even when I can’t be everywhere at once.

Pros

As a café owner with multiple locations, staying on top of digital menus and promotions can get chaotic fast — but Yodeck has genuinely taken that stress off my plate. The platform is incredibly simple to use, the interface is clean, and updates push to every screen instantly. I can schedule content, swap out specials, or update pricing from anywhere, and it all just works. Reliability has been rock-solid across all stores, and the remote management is a lifesaver when you’re juggling different sites and teams. The built-in templates look professional right away, which saves a heap of design time and keeps everything on-brand. For the price, the value is amazing. If you’re running multiple venues or just want digital signage that’s powerful, reliable, and ridiculously easy to manage, Yodeck is honestly one of the best tools you can use.

Cons

none. it worked well and met all the minimum requirements i needed it to do. I cant say anything bad about it

### "Fantastic Digital Signage at an affordable price!"

March 20, 2026

5.0

Yodeck has been a fantastic solution for our digital signage needs. It’s simple to use, highly reliable, and offers great flexibility in content management. The ability to control screens remotely has saved us a lot of time, and the pricing makes it accessible even for smaller organisations.

Pros

The platform is incredibly easy to set-up and manage. Uploading content is straight forward. The support provided is fantastic and the included emergency alerts features really tops it all off. It is also extremely good value for money compared to other vendors.

Cons

It can be quite simple in places but this can be a positive for less technical users. There can be small delays syncing new content but this is not an issue.

### "Our remote control for offsite site "

July 10, 2026

4.0

Before implementing Yodeck, managing our training calendar displays required manual oversight to ensure the schedule on the physical screens matched our website data and internal spreadsheets. Outdated information had to be manually purged, and slides had to be manually redesigned or updated every time a class schedule changed. Yodeck completely bridges that gap by allowing us to connect our screen layouts directly to automated cloud-hosted data pipelines. How that benefits us: The primary benefit is total time savings and a completely hands-off system. By allowing us to point a Yodeck screen layout directly to our automated Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate workflows, the physical TV displays update themselves automatically. The moment a new class is scheduled or an old date passes, Yodeck handles the refresh smoothly behind the scenes. This ensures that everyone walking through our training center doors sees a perfectly accurate, beautifully branded, up-to-the-minute schedule without requiring a single minute of manual administrative updates from our staff. It provides corporate-level digital signage coordination with practically zero daily maintenance.

Pros

What I like most about Yodeck is its exceptional ability to integrate seamlessly with standard corporate cloud tools like Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, and Excel. Instead of forcing us to manually design and upload static image files every time our training schedules change, Yodeck allows us to display live, dynamic documents that pull data automatically from our backend pipelines. The platform's reliability in rendering shared layouts and its hands-off scheduling features mean that once a display loop is set up, it requires zero daily maintenance. It perfectly balances a highly professional, on-brand visual aesthetic for our visitors with an incredibly simple, set-it-and-forget-it content management backend for our internal team.

Cons

What I like least about Yodeck is that its built-in layout editor can be a bit rigid when it comes to formatting dense, text-based data tables or exact text alignment. When you are trying to display highly specific rows of information—like a detailed corporate training calendar with strict columns for topics, dates, and times—getting the text fields to align perfectly and scale cleanly across different monitor resolutions can be frustrating within the native dashboard. We had to rely on building our visual layouts externally in platforms like PowerPoint and pushing those slides to the screen via automated cloud files, rather than designing the structured text grids directly inside Yodeck's layout widgets. A more flexible, user-friendly grid alignment tool within the native editor would be a massive improvement.

### "Fantastic Digital Signage Solution: Seamless, Powerful and affordable too!"

August 23, 2026

5.0

Our overall experience with Yodeck has been completely positive. From the start, the setup process was smooth, and the cloud web dashboard makes managing screens remotely effortless. Scheduling playlists, updating layouts, and pushing real-time content takes just a few clicks, and the player hardware runs dependably without crashing or lagging. It packs an incredible suite of features at a very reasonable price point, offering outstanding value for money. On the rare occasion we had a question, customer support responded quickly and resolved it. It has completely transformed how we handle digital signage across our screens.

Pros

Yodeck delivers incredible value for money with its high reliability and rich features. Ease of use is top-tier; setting up screens and navigating content management takes minutes. Communication and messaging tools make pushing instant screen announcements effortless, while the player functionality runs smoothly with zero lag. We’ve experienced practically no bugs and issues since deployment, which speaks volumes about its stability. Whenever we had initial questions, customer support was fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It is easily one of the most efficient, hassle-free digital signage solutions available today.

Cons

Honestly, I don’t have a single bad thing to say about Yodeck! From the moment we set it up, the platform has been smooth, reliable, and ridiculously easy to navigate. Managing and scheduling content across multiple screens takes just a few clicks, and everything syncs seamlessly without any frustrating lag or technical hiccups. The display quality is top-notch, and the layout designer gives us total freedom to customize our displays effortlessly. It has streamlined our entire digital signage workflow and saved us tons of time. At the moment, I genuinely haven't run into a single downside or missing feature.

### "Professional Digital Signage That Doesn't Break the Bank"

May 12, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Yodeck has been exceptionally positive, primarily due to its balance of professional-grade features and "plug-and-play" simplicity. It transformed a potentially complex IT task into a streamlined, creative process. Reliability & Performance The most impressive aspect is the "set and forget" reliability. Once a screen is configured, it rarely requires manual intervention. Even when internet connectivity dips, the local caching ensures the content keeps running smoothly. The integration with Raspberry Pi hardware is seamless, providing a stable 4K output that rivals much more expensive PC-based setups. The Creative Workflow The UI/UX is a highlight—the dashboard feels modern and intuitive. I particularly appreciate the Layout Manager, which allows for complex screen zoning (like running a live news ticker under a video) without needing to be a coding expert. The transition from designing a slide to seeing it live on a TV in a different room happens in seconds, which is incredibly satisfying. Customer-Centric Value From an ROI perspective, Yodeck feels like a partner rather than just a vendor. The "1-screen free" plan allowed for extensive testing without financial risk, and the inclusion of free hardware on annual plans made scaling the project an easy decision for my budget. Areas for Growth While the experience is 90% seamless, there is a slight learning curve when managing large-scale playlists or complex nested folders. Additionally, I’d love to see more advanced AI-driven audience analytics integrated directly into the dashboard to better measure the real-world impact of the displays. Final Verdict: Yodeck is the gold standard for anyone who needs enterprise-level digital signage with the ease of use of a consumer app. It’s powerful enough for IT professionals but simple enough for a marketing intern to manage daily.

Pros

1\. UI / UX (User Experience) Yodeck is widely regarded for having a low learning curve. The Dashboard: The interface is clean and avoids "menu bloat." Navigating between "Media," "Playlists," and "Screens" feels logical. Layout Editor: It uses a canvas-based drag-and-drop editor. You don’t need to be a graphic designer to create zones (e.g., a video on the left, a scrolling news ticker on the bottom, and a clock in the corner). Previewing: A standout feature is the ability to preview exactly what will show on your screen directly from your browser before you hit "Push to Players." 2. Integrations The platform acts as a bridge between your data and your screens. Content Apps: It features a library of "Widgets" including Google Calendar, YouTube, Zoom Video, and various news/weather feeds. Data Visualization: For corporate offices, the integration with Power BI and Tableau is critical for displaying real-time KPIs. Social Media: It supports live walls for Instagram and X (Twitter), which are popular for retail and event spaces. 3. Performance Yodeck is built to be a "set and forget" system. Offline Playback: Once content is downloaded to the player, it continues to run even if the internet connection drops—a vital feature for reliability. Resource Management: It is highly optimized for Raspberry Pi hardware, ensuring smooth 4K video playback without the stuttering often seen in web-browser-based signage solutions. 4. Pricing / ROI This is perhaps Yodeck’s strongest competitive advantage. The "Free" Factor: They offer a single-monitor plan that is free forever, which is perfect for testing or very small shops. Hardware Savings: For annual subscribers, Yodeck provides their customized Raspberry Pi players at no extra cost. ROI: Because the software is affordable and the hardware is often included, the "break-even" point for a business is reached much faster than with high-end enterprise competitors. 5. Support / Onboarding Onboarding: The setup process uses a simple "Pairing Code" system. You plug the player into a TV, a code appears, and you type it into your web dashboard to link them. Technical Support: They are known for a very responsive support team and a massive "Knowledge Base" that includes step-by-step video tutorials for almost every possible configuration. 6. AI / Intelligence Yodeck has begun integrating smarter automation to keep content fresh. Automated Content: Using RSS feeds and AI-driven widgets, the system can automatically update news or internal data without manual intervention. Smart Scheduling: You can set "Tags" on your screens. For example, if you tag a screen as "Outdoor," the AI-managed playlist can automatically filter for high-contrast content optimized for daylight viewing. Future-Proofing: They are actively expanding their "Smart Engine" to help users generate layout suggestions based on the type of business (Retail vs. Corporate vs. Education).

Cons

While Yodeck is a powerhouse in the digital signage space, no platform is perfect. 1. UI / UX: Backend Complexity The Issue: While the "front-end" display looks great, users often find the backend management—specifically for playlists and media organization—becomes cumbersome at scale. Navigating deep folder structures or finding specific apps can feel repetitive. Impact: Managing 10+ screens with unique content across each can become a "multi-click" chore rather than a streamlined process. Improvement: Implementing a more modern "global search" for assets and a simplified bulk-editing mode for playlists would save significant time. 2. Integrations: Third-Party Scaling Issues The Issue: Some third-party integrations (like certain Google Slides or social media widgets) occasionally suffer from sync delays or text-scaling bugs where content doesn't "auto-fit" the screen correctly. Impact: This can result in unreadable text or outdated information being displayed until a manual refresh is pushed. Improvement: Developing more "native" versions of these apps rather than relying on web-frames would improve stability and visual consistency. 3. Performance: Raspberry Pi Limitations The Issue: Yodeck is heavily optimized for Raspberry Pi, but hardware-intensive layouts (e.g., multiple 4K video zones + live tickers + Power BI) can lead to lag or stuttering on older Pi models. Impact: High-end creative displays may not look as smooth as they would on a dedicated PC-based media player. Improvement: Better "resource warnings" in the layout editor could alert users when a layout is too heavy for their specific hardware before they push it live. 4. Pricing / ROI: The "Single Free Screen" Gap The Issue: Yodeck’s famous "1-screen free" plan is excellent, but once you add a second screen, the first screen is no longer free—you must pay for both. Impact: For small businesses scaling from one to two monitors, the sudden jump from $0 to a full monthly bill for two units can feel like a steep entry barrier. Improvement: Transitioning to a model where the first screen remains free indefinitely, even when adding paid screens, would be a major win for user loyalty. 5. Support / Onboarding: Connectivity Troubleshooting The Issue: If a player loses its Wi-Fi configuration or an SD card becomes corrupted, remote troubleshooting is nearly impossible. You often need physical access to the device to re-image the card or fix settings. Impact: This is a major pain point for IT managers overseeing screens in different cities or remote locations. Improvement: Introducing "stateless" pairing or a more robust fail-safe OS that can be reset via a mobile app (Bluetooth) would solve many "offline" headaches. 6. AI / Intelligence: Missing Advanced Analytics The Issue: Compared to some high-end competitors, Yodeck’s Proof of Play and audience analytics are basic. It lacks deep AI-driven insights into "who" is looking at the screen (audience demographics/dwell time). Impact: Marketing teams may find it difficult to justify the ROI based on viewer engagement data alone. Improvement: Integrating AI-based camera support (computer vision) for basic heatmaps or dwell-time tracking would move Yodeck from a "display tool" to a "marketing intelligence tool."

### "Amazing No-Code Tool — Powerful AI, Affordable Pricing, Reliable Long-Running Performance"

June 29, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Yodeck completely streamlined how we handle our internal communications and outward-facing displays, allowing us to push dynamic, professional-looking content effortlessly. While the initial setup took an afternoon of tinkering to get our layouts just right, day-to-day management is now practically fully automated. We can push new announcements or update our screens remotely from anywhere, and the hardware handles it flawlessly. If you are looking for an affordable, set-and-forget digital signage solution that is easy to manage, Yodeck is an absolutely stellar choice.

Pros

Yodeck offers an incredible cost-to-value ratio, especially since they include a preconfigured Raspberry Pi player when you sign up for an annual subscription. The player itself is highly reliable, uses barely any power, and once connected, it just works quietly in the background without needing constant maintenance. On the software side, the cloud-based dashboard makes remote management a breeze. The drag-and-drop interface is highly intuitive, allowing us to easily schedule playlists, add handy widgets, and seamlessly display mixed media (like images, videos, and PDFs) across multiple screens in minutes.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve during the initial setup phase. Understanding the structural differences between media, widgets, layouts, and playlists takes a little trial and error before the workflow clicks. Additionally, while their dedicated Raspberry Pi player is fantastic and stable, attempting to run Yodeck via their Android app on third-party hardware can sometimes be buggy or prone to memory issues. Lastly, a few of the advanced third-party data integrations can feel a bit clunky to connect and format perfectly on the screen.

### "Amazing Performance & Great Support"

March 9, 2026

5.0

We maintain multiple retail locations, with at least 2 screens broadcasting various messages across a state-wide network. This has all but eliminated the need for a traveling "tv person" to keep our messaging consistent.

Pros

I love that Yodeck has been consistent. They have improved the control panel and UI/UX of their service over the years, and they've done that with little to no pain points for me. The service is rock-solid, and I've always had an easy, and quick experience with the support staff.

Cons

I have nothing to complain about or be dissatisfied with. I am completely satisfied with their product. It is the easiest and most convenient of all the services we pay for.

### "Very efficient for internal communication"

April 18, 2026

5.0

Pros

What I liked most about Yodeck is how easy it is to manage and deploy content across multiple screens. In practice, it’s very useful to display operational KPIs, internal announcements, or project updates in offices or sites. For example, in a multi-site environment, being able to push the same information instantly to all screens brings real consistency and saves time

Cons

What I liked least about Yodeck is that reporting and analytics are still somewhat limited. If you want to measure impact or track engagement in a structured way, you may need additional tools. Also, initial setup with hardware (like Raspberry Pi) can be slightly technical for non-IT users

### "Yodeck... A simple solution"

December 18, 2025

5.0

Using Yodeck feels straightforward and practical. You can set up screens quickly and update content without fuss. Scheduling different playlists for different times makes planning easy, and remote management lets you control everything from wherever you are. The interface stays clear even as you add more screens. You won’t find deep template customisation, and learning some advanced features takes patience, but the core functions work smoothly most of the time. The pricing is fair, and the free option for a single screen lets you try it without commitment. If you need simple digital signage that keeps your content timely and under control, Yodeck delivers.

Pros

The interface is clean and easy to use, with a drag-and-drop editor that lets you update content fast. You can schedule playlists by time or day, manage screens remotely from any location, and keep costs low with affordable pricing starting around $8 per month and a free plan for one screen.

Cons

Customisation options in templates are limited, and some advanced features take time to learn. You may also notice small quirks while waiting for devices to sync, which can slow updates at times.

### "Very Easy to use and packs an amazing full of features"

July 6, 2026

5.0

It has been great and we've never had a downtime experience. Their support is actually awesome, and they have a wide support of devices. I'd recommend Yodeck to any local business owner who is looking into digital signages or medias.

Pros

Yodeck is very quick and easy to manage compared to other solutions. With their great templates, in under 2 minutes I was able to grab a holiday playlist of theirs and add the company logo to display on the TV for a company photo. Great work! The player functionality is supreme too! you can add timers and expirations, communication and messaging is quick, their support is very quick to resolve any issues. value for money, is amazing, they offer a free tiral of 1 screen and adding screen is very cheap too! theres no known bugs and issues on my side after using yodeck for months.

Cons

right now there is no feature to present a PDF or powerpoint directly from yodeck (i hope they do ) aside from these all purpose and features are amazing and delivers what is expected.

### "Great Once You Get the Hang of It"

April 11, 2026

5.0

Pros

I use the free version of Yodeck to display artwork downloaded from Wikicommons for my kids on the Blackdove Samsung Frame. It turns on in the morning and off at night. Pretty cool. I also discovered that you can display YouTube videos by uploading the URL and it plays them on a loop, which is great because the kids don't then watch the endless content scroll, which can be inappropriate for children.

Cons

It takes a bit to set up, though I think this was the fault of my Blackdove hardware, which also doesn't allow me to rotate the screen 180 degrees. It still shows on the screen, just compressed. (Apparently I have to reinstall the software for a proper display.) Also, there is an annoying, if minor UI issue. When you change the media on a screen there is both a Save button in the upper right hand corner and a Save and Push button under the screen icon.
