Pros It is very easy to setup, the dashboard is intuitive, I didn't need to ask for any help with how to set up a playlist, the drag and drop function is slick and being able to pre-plan, set up and run campaigns in the future via the calendar is fantastic. Being remote means I can adapt it at a moments notice, upload quickly and change the display if needs be. Cons I rally haven't found any yet, we only use it for one screen currently. December 7, 2023 5.0 Pros The first thing was that the system was easy to learn and it is easy to use. When starting a new job there are enough things to learn and this technology was one of the easier things that I had to learn and be in charge of. We use it in our lobby to personalize a greeting when we have guests. If I have a last minute notification that someone is coming in it is super easy to upload what I need and get it in place. Cons Sometimes the formatting can be a bit wonky from file to upload. But that happens vary rarely and is easily corrected with a little tweak here and there. Review Source MD Mark D. There are a ton of features and they are always adding more to it. I submitted a recommendation on their site for a new feature and they reached out to me to have a discussion on what specific needs I was looking for. I didn't expect that and it was amazing, most places wouldn't make that effort. It seems they are always looking to improve their product, which is already amazing. There are a ton of ways you can use their solution and the pricing is great as well. Highly recommended. Support is solely chat/email based and can take a day to get responses. Pros The price and number of capabilities this system offers is great. Cons Many of the widgets do not work very well and there is minimal support for this. Everything can be done from a browser, and if something stops, you just have to restart the hardware. Cons There is a lag between deplying and showing. Having the possibility to receive a free box pre-installed and ready to use with each anual monitor licence is definitely a plus! Cons Nothing so far. For now we're only having difficulty to find the way to reactivate monitors with the schedule options. We can only find the option to turn them off. Pros it has many widgets for all sort of information pre-configured. you can display google slides which means all you need to do to update the information displayed is change the slides in google suite. Cons getting the player to display google sheets was a little tricky. not because it is complicated but because there's a few menus to go thru and click need to be made. unfortunately the documentation on how to actually display the content is very scarce. Cons I think that the user interface could stand to be streamlined a bit more for an even easier experience creating playlists for your screens. Managing user access via AzureAD/EntraID groups has made life so much easier. This is managed from the cloud, so no walking around with USB drives to update displays. Tagged playlists have improved the speed of content updates. Cons The video wall setup (3x3) was painful getting 9 players to stay in sync. Content creation in that scenario was super tedious. Fortunately we found a good solution to bring the players down to one device and spread it across the screens.
