Their support has been flawless, and the pricing is very reasonable Pros Great value for money, straightforward product and interface, great integrations. We've used Yodeck across multiple sites for 2+ years and been very happy with it. Cons Initially we thought we had to purchase the player devices from Yodeck, which was challenging as they are US based. About 5 years ago we started with Yodeck and we started with one screen. One screen was free and so we had the ability to test the platform and see how it worked and felt. The platform works great and it has a lot of features such as that you can see the screens from the platform instead of having to walk to every screen. Also the installation is easy to do and you only have to do that once and it keeps working all the time. No freezing or anything, it's very stable. Pros The fact that they're developing their their services continously. Also that you have the ability to start for free with only one screen. Cons That everything comes with a price. I can set a timer for it and it does what I want it to do, without needing to checking daily if everything is alright. Pros Very easy to use, rarely needs maintenance, dinamic options. It is also very quick and acessible and doesn't need much training to learn and use it. Cons Not much to not like about it, to be honest. Cons I have had some connection problems that ultimately ended up being a network connection issue on my end. Pros I like that Yodeck provides templates to work off of and build your screen layouts. The interface is intuitive and easy to maneuver. I also like the availability of the apps to insert into layouts and playlists. Very versatile and functional. Cons I don't like that the ability to add users and workspaces is priced at the highest tier. There are features that I will not need in this package, but needed the users and workspaces. We used to use flash drives in a dozen tvs and had to turn them on and find the content we wanted for each one. Yodeck is Automatic after scheduling things and saves time. Cons There are slight compatibility issues with our amazon signage sticks. I would consider trying yodeck players instead if we didn't already spend the money on amazon signage sticks.
