I like very much because the handling is pretty easy and intuitive. There are many Design choices you can choose from to create a layout.

Pros

The Simplicity, is very intuitive by the handling. I like that you're not forced to buy the Yodeck players and that you can run it on Raspberry Pi even on a Pi 2.

Cons

For my taste there are not enough options you can choose from to display like Apps and so on probably evolving over time.

Using has been great to communicate messages about the company to a wider audience. Being able to have several players connected together, and being able to separate them with workspaces and playlists is great. Overall, it's done it's job, with only little bugs showing their face.

Pros

Ease-of-use, being able to set up separate workspaces for different screens. The players being sent to you already set-up without any additional work to be done, value of money is also very high, with players being given for free with an annual subscription.

Cons

Some of the apps you can add are a bit buggy, but nothing too big. A real basic image editor, more integration with image creating software would be nice.

Very nice overall. Great instructions and functionality. I think that displaying websites can be especially useful for most companies seeing as they can provide much useful information and are highly customizable.

Pros

I liked having a bundle of features from the very basic media library to scheduled content which is prioritized over regular content. There is all the necessary information to start using and make the most of the platform. The players were quick to install layouts easy to figure out.

Cons

The pricing on video walls does not really make sense for a smaller company in comparison to buy large screens seeing as the lifetime of a screen can be more than 10 years and paying for a multitude of licenses does not make sense.

We've been fairly impressed with . They make it easy to test with a full featured demo license. Some other solutions have a time limited or watered down solution for demo purposes and we just weren't able to test what we needed to before buying.

Pros

Very easy to set up screens and layouts. Has lots of options for media and content to add to the screen layout. You can even use background music from web sources if desired.

Cons

If you want to schedule some sound events to happen on a specific schedule, you may want to look for another solution. We were looking to add a sound effect to signal ends of shifts or break times but could not find a way to schedule them and ensure that the time would come out correctly.

There’s no longer any need to rely on legacy equipment, a legacy coding environment, or outdated processes.

Pros

Ease of use, reliability and robust operating environment and excellent after-sales support makes this product best as far as money for value counts!

Cons

For niche markets where a specific process/procedures are needed for feeding and updating the content of the Digital Signage screens, the creation of fast and common e.g. playlists and/or schedules is necessary is not evident.

We've been using it as a lobby welcome screen and information dashboard, and have been really enjoying it so far.

Pros

I like that their free tier really is a "try before you buy" and there are very few limitations before committing to a paid subscription.

Cons

I think that there are some small features in the editing side that would greatly improve the design portion of setting up a layout (rounded corners, flipping independent instances of the same media object).

Pros

The best part about is how easy it is to use. This was my first time working with digital signage software, and it made it really simple to get everything set up and running quickly. I also appreciate how straightforward it is to update my layout whenever I need to.

Cons

I wish there were more options for app integration. Sometimes it feels like there isn’t a straightforward way to add a widget I’d like to use. I also wish there were more helpful tools and choices for designing a layout template, so the overall setup process felt a bit more guided.

has many features available that I could not use with my previous signage content service provider. The widgets are a great way to spruce up my playlists!

Pros

Having the knowledgebase at my fingertips and even live support is available via chat when I need further assistance. :-)

Cons

Perhaps there could be more available tutorial videos, otherwise I don't have any other critiques regarding at this time.

I am overall happy with yo deck and i choose this system when i install new systems into clients business

Pros

Setting up was so easy and saved time with doing the digital signage. We were using a different software which was clunky but YoDeck was more or less just click and go

Cons

Using a browser on and android to display content didnt always work but i was using a third party system

We love , so we just subscribed for all 4 House of Cannabis locations to show our in house media.

Pros

"Fire& Forget" - We set up media displays monthly, and with a little planning, this system allows your crew to end business as normal one evening, and open with brand new media displays the next day without the local staff lifting a finger.

Cons

I guess some work could be done to the backend UI, specifically centered around making it a little bit more intuitive.

its one of the best narrowcastings softwares i hae used, its because of the simplisity and the apps you can use

the least i like about how web pages works, its a really good idea, but when making a video its not really working good and some scripts its hard.

Our experience has been very positive. has improved internal communication at our operation and helped ensure important updates don’t get missed. It’s a practical, professional solution that’s added real value to our daily operations.

Pros

The ability to remotely manage and update digital signage content has been incredibly helpful. It's easy to display shift schedules, safety updates, and training info all from one dashboard. The platform is reliable and user-friendly, which is perfect for the pace of an EMS operation.

Cons

So far, we've had a very smooth experience. If we had to mention one minor issue, it would be that the initial learning curve for some users took a little time — but once they got the hang of it, it was easy to use.

Pros

Incredible value, easy to use, and have not came across any reliability issues. I particularly like that it works with Canva. Fantastic way to increase our on-site communication, marketing and advertising.

Cons

I have had no issues with in the year + that I've been using it. Things run smoothly thoughout e.g: uploading/scheduling ect.

is very easy to use and has been perfect for our day to day needs. We use it every day to display our schedule and regimen for our daughters medical needs. It was very easy to display the screen on the TV in our kitchen.

So far we have not had any dislikes about . It has been very easy to use and implement. It has been much easier than Mango display.

I mostly use it for work, and it’s been really handy for showing weather and photo. It’s nice to have a visual display that everyone can see. Even though it’s simple, it gets the job done for what I need.

Pros

Easy to set up on my Firestick. I just downloaded the app and entered the code to connected it to my TV.

Cons

Some of the apps are outdated, and I wish there were more options and customization to choose from. The weather apps need an update. I’d like to display the time at our other work sites, but the clock app doesn’t make that easy.

offers us an easy way of making our entry ways and gathering areas into lively and informative gathering spaces. We feel as if our students are more informed, and staff and family are able to see the activities that go on in our schools.

Pros

Setting up digital signage or scheduling slideshow presentations for events is easy and responsive. The customization options make it easy to present information on different sized displays. Having to only plug in one device to control everything makes installation simple. Our customer support rep was quick and effective in making sure we purchased the correct equipment to fit our needs. The feature comparison chart made sure we chose the correct subscription and devices to fit our needs and budget.

Cons

As a school district, we are used to paying for purchase orders by check. However paying by credit card was a doable option.

Ease of use, content management, scheduling, value for money. I was able to make custom layouts for our exact needs including a private radio stream!

Cons

I haven't found a problem yet so I'll go with that you only get one player for free; we're using this on a raspberry PI and only issue we've had is an SD card. Been running for 3 years solid.

Ease of use and great value for money. Since I didn't experience any bugs or issues, I cannot talk about customer support, but it's nice that I didn't need to contact them... everything is going well on my end!

Pros

We tried a free option to display important messages on the monitor in the employees cafeteria, but it was not user friendly at all. I had to ask IT to update the messages at least once a day. But since we got , no more asking IT for help, the changes I make are shown on the monitor in less than 2 minutes and it's VERY user friendly.

Cons

I've been using for almost 2 years now, and I have no complaints yet. So far so good. Very happy user!
