It’s easy to use, affordable, and reliable for managing multiple screens remotely, though I’d like to see more advanced customization options. Scheduling is flexible and allows content to be pushed at the right time to the right screens. Supports multiple file types (images, videos, PDFs, web pages). Pros it's very easy to get into the app. In 15 minutes you can open a free account, add your first device, add all the media files you need and push them to the device. That's it. Cons there is no native app for smartTV. In some cases you have to go through smartTV web browser. However, I was up and running in just a few minutes. The calendar, clock, and weather apps are a great addition to our signage. Pros The players were very easy to install and operate. I received them in a timely manner. Ordering the package was simple and fast. Cons I have both vertical and horizontal signage. February 10, 2025 5.0 I had to switch from another signage company due to cost. Yodeck was the only affordable solution with the benefits of the higher priced competitors. Pros Youdeck is an affordable sign solution that provides the tools you need that others don’t. One in particular that I was looking for was an RSS feed widget. They also have layouts that you can customize and look professional right out of the box. They also provide unlimited storage so you are not juggling files to stay within the requirement. Cons I like to show weather maps as part of my layouts. There are some from windy.com that I can’t show on the player I am using due to html incompatibility. The reps I have worked with have ben friendly and efficient, and the process was fast and easy to get through for the purchase of the licenses and devices. Pros YoDeck was intuitive and easy to use. The pricing is fair, and the YoDeck app that works on our Friestick provides flexibility when using our own devices. YoDeck also provided free players for the other licenses we purchased. I was connected to a sales rep shortly after requesting to do so for general inquiries on annual pricing and expectations. Both customer service reps that I worked with were friendly and helped right away to answer all my questions. My company is set up with 8 screens and ready to start utilizing our digital signage platform right away. We are excited to see what else YoDeck has to offer. Cons We haven't found anything yet. So far, it has been good. Customer service reps have been friendly and efficient. We received a discount for using our own Fire TV Stick. My company is pleased with this service. I tried similar solutions that were clunky and unreliable. Yodeck is polished and intuitive. Pros It is super easy to set up and manage. If you just need to manage one screen, then the basic version is free and perfect. I plan on continuing to use the paid version as we add screens to our campus. Cons lots of sub menus, but once you know where they are its all good. Not many other complaints to speak of. You can easily get started with the web player, then gradually add more dedicated players as needed. I've discovered some bugs but the customer support people were quick to push through a fix with the dev team. They were also there when i was just unable to find a setting.
