We maintain multiple retail locations, with at least 2 screens broadcasting various messages across a state-wide network. This has all but eliminated the need for a traveling "tv person" to keep our messaging consistent.

Pros

I love that has been consistent. They have improved the control panel and UI/UX of their service over the years, and they've done that with little to no pain points for me. The service is rock-solid, and I've always had an easy, and quick experience with the support staff.

Cons

I have nothing to complain about or be dissatisfied with. I am completely satisfied with their product. It is the easiest and most convenient of all the services we pay for.

has been an excellent digital signage platform for both deployment and client-facing use. The system is easy to configure, the interface is clean and intuitive, and the available apps, layouts, and content tools make it simple to build polished signage workflows without adding unnecessary complexity. One of the biggest advantages for us has been how client-friendly the platform is. The UI is easy for non-technical users to understand, which makes onboarding much smoother and allows clients to manage day-to-day content updates with confidence. The Yodeck team has also been great to work with. From the front-end sales process to technical support, they have been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Anytime we have needed assistance, the support team has jumped in quickly and helped resolve questions or issues in an efficient and professional manner. So far, we have not run into any bugs or platform-related issues. The system feels very stable, and the frequent feature updates give us confidence that the product is actively improving. After our previous digital signage provider shut down abruptly, moving to Yodeck has been a very positive decision and has given us a much stronger long-term solution for our clients.

Pros

is very client-friendly. The user interface is clean, easy to navigate, and simple enough for non-technical users to manage after training. The built-in app library, layout options, and content management tools make client onboarding much faster and allow us to create efficient workflows for different signage use cases.

Cons

At this point, we have not run into any major cons. The platform has been stable, and we have not experienced bugs or reliability issues. As long as the client workflow is properly scoped and designed around ’s capabilities, the system works very well.

We are using as a tool to push team messages to presentation screens around the office, for example celebrations for achieved milestones, welcome messages for customers or visitors, or welcoming onboarding tips for new employees. This generates an inclusive atmosphere and allows us to share important messages with everyone in the company.

If you're accustomed to managing cloud tools through a browser—which is quite common in today's work environment—you'll find Yodeck intuitive and easy to pick up in just a few minutes. Setting up a screen is straightforward: choose a layout from the available templates, make your desired adjustments, add your content, and deploy it to a screen—all in a matter of minutes. Additionally, displaying content on a remote screen is simple. Just open the provided URL in a browser on the remote device and switch it to full screen.

Cons

For one application, we wanted to add a video as a background, which was a bit of a hassle. We ended up converting the video to a gif and inserting this as a background. This also had the advantage of a smaller filesize and therefore faster push-to-screen. Otherwise, we are fully satisfied with the options gives us.

So far, I have had a great experience with my displays that I use each day. The system is low-cost with a ton of value for nearly any type of business. In my case, the displays are customer-facing and give customers insight int my business' services and add-ons that they might not have known about otherwise.

Overall it coudn't be better. The ONLY thing that stands out a little bit (because it did impact me), was that when I set up the formal demo for my whole team with , at least half had trouble joining and we lost participation. I know it was a bit frustrating for my manager. I did give a list of all the participants emails ahead of time. All that said, I don't know exactly what that issue was related to, and it's possible some were not logged into the correct accounts. I think that's pretty unlikely though, considering how many had issues.

Pros

UX and UI are excellent. It's so well thought out. As a low level UX designer, I can't believe how often I come across glaring mistakes and pain points. This immediately causes me to lose some degree of respect for institution it's related to. While I may have designed some things slightly differently myself, 's UX/UI is one of the first in awhile where I have no complaints at all. What changes I would make are subjective in other words. It's an incredible value. Support is really good, and I'm impressed with the AI that's built in to support. It's very functional and usable.

Cons

This is pretty minor, but the only thing I'm not entirely impressed with is the tutorial/educational content. With a few exceptions as it relates to topics, there's very little detail. It's rather broad and basic. I would guess it's probably in early stages of development, and so it hasn't really impacted my perception of . This is entirely subjective, but I don't think the branding for Yodeck is all that great. While that doesn't matter much to me, I wonder if it was one of the reasons I had a hard time selling it to my team at first, and this is the only reason I'm mentioning it at all.

Super easy to use, great value, support has been very helpful when we needed them. Very flexible in what can be displayed in the signage, which has allowed us to use it in some creative ways to really boost communication and production.

Had some growing pains before we moved to an Enterprise account, struggled with the basic players we had initially. Have also had some very specific issues with web page scripting, that ended up being moving that specific display to a different system.

Especially for the price paid, our experience has been great. When you buy a yearly plan, the equipment is included, so it was very worth while for us. We look to use more players in the future.

Pros

Once setup, the players are super easy to manipulate and add content too. It offers build it apps that allow you to add different features to the TV's, my favorite were the time and weather apps. Management is very easy on the dashboard, and allows you to remotely control everything. Customer service is available 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday and were extremely helpful.

Cons

If you get your players without pre setting up the Wi-Fi, and can take a minute to setup each individual player, but the setup process is rather quick and intuitive. Most issues were easily fixed with a restart.

A Single screen for free for life. Most other platforms give a trial then start charging so its nice to know you are not tied financially to a product.

Cons

Backend layout can be a bit cumbersome trying to figure out where specific apps have gone. Also pushing updates can sometimes lag but that could be bandwith related instead of platform related.

Honestly, I was surprised by how easy this was to set up and use! I expected to be fumbling around and learning it for ages, but the interface is so intuitive that within minutes I was already creating my first playlist. Plus, you can update it from anywhere. Yes, it's easier if you have a computer in front of you, but you can also make quick updates from your phone if needed. It’s really convenient!

Cons

The only thing I haven’t liked so far is the on/off switch feature. It just hasn’t worked for me yet. Maybe I’m missing something or doing it wrong. Other than that, everything else has been great

My overall experience with is very positive and I would recommend anyone using digital signage to give it a try. I have had no issues with file type or size uploaded and we have been able to add playlists and have signage play differently every day

is very easy to use and has allowed us to set schedules for the outdoor monitor to turn on and off when the sun is shining on it. Allowing 1 unit free has allowed us to test our signage under the same account in the office which makes it a great value for the money.

Cons

No mobile friendly app. I would like to have a mobile app that can go between monitors and set schedules. I am able to sign in on my phone using safari, but it is a little difficult to see all the information.

### "Easy to Setup, Easy to Administer, Lots of Integrations, and FREE for a Single Device"

is super simple to use, and works with a variety of devices. You don't have to use their hardware at all (I don't). It is easy to implement and easy to maintain. I can't comment on their customer support because I have honestly never needed to use it. I have yet to find an integration that I wished was there but wasn't; it has a ton of integrations built in, plus a REST API you can use to build your own if needed. Again, mine integrates with everything I need right out of the box. Can't speak highly enough of Yodeck—it's awesome, and FREE for a single screen.

Pros

Ease of use; wide variety of supported devices; doesn't need proprietary hardware; easy to implement; maintenance is simple; many integrations included out-of-the-box; free for a single screen

Cons

Doesn't work with older Fire Stick devices, at least in my experience. Ended up going with a Raspberry Pi which has worked great.

### "Excellent and great product "

My overall experience with has been excellent. It is a powerful and dependable digital signage solution that saves time and simplifies content management. The setup process is straightforward, and the performance has been consistent without major issues. I would highly recommend Yodeck to anyone looking for a reliable and easy-to-manage digital signage platform.

Pros

liked most about is its ease of use and reliability. The platform is very user-friendly, making it simple to upload content, schedule playlists, and manage screens remotely. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the cloud-based system allows access from anywhere. I also appreciate the stable performance and how smoothly content updates across devices without delays.

Cons

Honestly, there is very little to dislike. If anything, I would say that adding more advanced customization options or templates could make it even better, but overall the platform already meets most needs effectively.

### "Great Option for a Small Business"

is a great way to show patient reviews in our waiting room. As a small business, we were looking for an inexpensive solution, and Yodeck does the trick! I will continue to use the software.

Pros

is a great value. It's pretty easy to use and intuitive. Having an app with Amazon/Firestick is exactly what I was looking for, and the free plan more than meets my needs as a small business. Customer service is responsive.

Cons

Content management is a little difficult for large volumes. While everything can be organized, it's not easy to find when putting together your playlist, and the playlist needs to be scrolled constantly to see what you have at the end. My player does occasionally disconnect and it's difficult to reconnect it, but I couldn't say why - following all of the troubleshooting steps just doesn't work and I have to go to customer service. Customer service does help but I never understand what I wasn't doing right in the first place.

### "Simple to Manage, Easy to Scale, and Works Everywhere"

benefits us by saving time, reducing complexity, and giving us a scalable, reliable way to communicate visually across our building.

Pros

gets rid of the paint of managing content across multiple screens in different locations. Before Yodeck, keeping displays updated meant manual changes, USB drives, or ad-hoc solutions that didn’t scale well. Now we can centrally manage everything—what’s shown, where it’s shown, and when—without needing someone physically at each screen.

Cons

Very little! So far we have been very happy with displaying images and having it convert video for smooth playback, no matter how the content was given to us to display.
