While it is easy to get up and running fast, the features open a world of possibilities to explore and expand the use cases with a large number of App integrations, REST API , etc. I am almost certain to expand its usage to other areas and company sites Pros The setup process to get my pi running was very easy and quick. The dashboard is easy and intuitive to use. Once set up it has been running absolutely reliably and stable. Maintenance of the raspberry pis is practically zero. supports a wide range of media including the display of websites which was one of my most important requirements in our SOC to display PRTG maps of our monitored IT infrastructure. The central administration with the possibility to add users based on a role concept with groups and assigned workspaces with screens was also a key requirement. Cons I have nothing to criticize. Payed for the annual service with their "plug & play" device. Well, it didnt work...after wasting hours trying to figure it out. They sent me instructions, that was convoluted, on how i was to fix THEIR faulty equipment...I said NO. I need them to send me a replacement. Well they created a shipping label for it and it is just sitting at their warehouse for over a week. I have now been calling trying to get them to do SOMETHING. All they ever do is apologize & create a new ticket number for our conversation. Its been 2 weeks and nothing is resolved. I guess they have my money so thats all that matters to them. Pros makes it easy to update digital signage! We use yodeck for 6 digital displays spread across our different locations. I can monitor and update them from anywhere. I love the live preview of what's on the screens and the email alerts for when a screen disconnects. Cons Setup was tricky within a hospital environment because of network security features on our end. Not really 's fault though!
