Affordability, simplicity and support–they really do care about the product, their customers, and their service.

Cons

Lack of easy-to-grok documentation for business-to-business use cases is a bit frustrating, it seems to be the team prioritizes chats and email over documentation and video tutorial improvements by use case.

Overall great, I would recommend using for a business of any size. Their subscription and hardware options are very inclusive.

Pros

Responsive program that fits our needs. The customer service team has always gone above and beyond, and has always been able to troubleshoot our few issues. There are constant improvements being made to the program, and the team takes feedback and ideas seriously.

Cons

There was a learning curve when we first started using the platform but their customer success teams were able to provide prompt and effective assistance to get us up and running.

interface is very user-friendly and it gives ease of use, we displayed few of our ads and schedule option is very nice.

Cons

Sometime shows content is pushed but it hangs. Schedular option sometimes confuses, Little description needed.

I have used this product for over 5 years now and it continues to work, grow with features and delivery. Very satisfied.

Pros

Global aware front to back makes managing simple and anxiety free. Local time, local events and calendar but manageable centrally with the same useable content is unique and simple.

Cons

Less an issue with , but if the TV/display has been locally turned off or changed to different input, the dashboard is not aware and will report what the player is playing even though it is not visible on the display. Only way around that is to also control the display with RS232 which tends to be more expensive solution.

Easy start, cheap and simple, but not developed enough once you actually begin to plan your messaging objectives internally and externally.

I enjoy because of all the benefits it gives to the workplace environment. I finally started using the apps.

Cons

Nothing, I have nothing bad to say about this app. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Don't change anything.

Our experience with has been great so far. It solved the screen issues we were having, and it's been reliable and easy to manage. We're happy enough with the results that we've decided to add two more devices for our café menu displays

I love how easy is to use—it made managing our screens much simpler. It completely solved the issue we were having with our screens timing out or turning off unexpectedly. Now everything runs smoothly and consistently without needing constant attention

Cons

It takes a bit of time to set everything up initially, but the process is logical and well-documented. The cost of the hardware can add up, especially if you're managing multiple screens, but it's a worthwhile investment in the long run.

Initial demo, then the purchase. Receiving the equipment and installation via POE was all a breeze. Realy enjoyed the experience and help of the support team as well.

Pros

Im having a lot of fun with the provided devices and the portal So far it has been a very painless experience and with some of the more technical things like importing custom Fonts etc it has been a pleasure dealing with the support provided.

Cons

I havent seen many cons, maybe some more apps but i beleive you can request those to be uploaded to their portal.

Having to take a USB stick upload my menu then adding it back to the TV has been a pain, and we are looking for a better experience

Pros

Remote funcationality, Remote Access to player being able to change things when I am away is very helpful.

Cons

Still learning the software and funcations but will real downsides yet. Working on a trial bases, definatily what I need.

Cons

I would really like to see a dedicated mobile or desktop app. While the web version is functional and reliable, having an app would make it easier to manage displays quickly during service hours or while on the move.

Great! We implemented over two weeks. The solution allowed our team to step out of managing the content and providing an in house solution that required a lot of time on our part to maintain.

Pros

Cost savings, ease of use, user management. Installation was a breeze and user training was simple to provide.

Cons

No SOC 2 report and doesn't accept purchase orders/checks. The support staff was great at working through this with us.

gives us a reliable, professional-looking display solution without paying hundreds for commercial signage systems. It makes our storefront more engaging and lets us swap content without ever touching the screen itself.

Pros

made it super easy to turn an old Raspberry Pi into a polished digital display for our shop. We use it to loop YouTube videos, daily deals, and slides for promotions. The web dashboard is intuitive, and content updates can be pushed remotely with just a few clicks.

Cons

The only real challenge was getting HDMI output to play nicely with our older TV during setup, but that was a Pi config issue, not ’s fault.

We have been using another provider for months and after looking into , made the switch. easier to setup, more reliable, and just overall a more pleasant experience. Yodeck offers mor4e for less cost, and it works first time.

Pros

Seems very polished and reliable compared to the other options. Especially using the video features was much easier. I like that it is priced on screens, not features.

Cons

maybe add an android app to make it easier to mange from the portable device. maybe some controls over memory required per device while building

Sur le papier, le rapport qualité prix semble ^^etre parfaitement adapté à nos besoins, mais encore une fois, nous en sommes qu'à la phase de test

Pros

En cours de test avant décision et potentiel déploiement, mais pour le moment, ce qui est appréciable c'est le large panel de compatibilité avec les apps et OS courants ansi que les documents pros standards type Microsoft powerpoint ou adobe pdf.

Cons

Sur la phase de test, il semble y a voir des freezes, mais n'est peut être pas en cause, donc difficile de se prononcer réellement à l'heure actuelle

I can share my content from my PC to my TV. The app is really easy to use and when I discovered this everything become so easy.

Cons

Sometimes the TV screen freezes when the App has been active for days. But since it is the free trial I can not complain because it is amazing

Their team has been very responsive to messages and honestly their AI bot is so good that I don't feel guilty asking lots of questions. "He" did mess up once giving me old information but I forgave him lol

Pros

It's ease of setup. I am working with 15 churches that are hours away from me but the Yo Deck support documents and videos are perfect and help the churches so that I don't have to.

Cons

Probably the price? Although it is cheaper than some others that are similar. Because it's for small churches, they don't have big budgets so it's a fight to convince them to pay the yearly fee.

Simple and intuitive to use! I like how simple the user interface is and that it's really easy to use.

Averall experience with is simple and fluid, can be up and running in a few minutes while requiring a few hours to configure screens.

Pros

Easy integration and configuration for a large amount of display. Custom screens and video display for screen groups. No bugs.

Cons

Can be quite expensive while scaling to a large amount of screens. Depends on a locked-in solution with internet access
