It has met our needs and is very user friendly. Pros I love how I am able to use one free screen to try out the features. I love that it also offers connected apps for media. Cons I still find it a bit tedious to schedule when a slide goes live and is set to be hidden. And importing slide graphics in a specific order can take some time, if they upload in a random order. I am very pleased with the ease of use, customer support, and how easy it is to see all the screens, even when it is in a different state. HIGHLY recommend Yodeck. Pros It is a very easy platform to use! You click a button and you can see the content showing almost immediately, which is a nice change from the last platform that we used (and it's much cheaper!). is very reliable, and the customer support is amazing! I have had a couple of issues as I have been learning the program, and the customer support has helped explain the simple issue very quickly and kindly! Cons There is nothing I don't like about yet. There was a widget not working a and a screen that was not displaying content, but after talking to support, it was just because I forgot to click a button. Very simple mistake and easy fix. May 10, 2025 5.0 Overall I would say is an essential tool for any small business that has a TV in their lobby that they like to use for marketing purposes. My lobby TV faces the parking lot and once I got this going, I had a parent come in the same day saying they saw our TV from the parking lot and bough a summer camp from us. It works. Pros It is very easy to setup and use. I did the setup with a Raspberry Pi and their instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Setting up my layout was also very easy and now I have a very professional looking display in the lobby of my business. Cons So far I haven't really found something I don't like. I think it's great. It's fairly simple once you understand how it all works. Pros Posting media is quick and easy. You can easily schedule how long it's on screen and dates/times it will run. You can see in real time what is playing on the screens. IT has been phenomenal with any issues that have arrived. Cons Editing playlists could be better. I share a similar picture daily with minor changes to it but you cannot simply replace the image with a new one, you have to create and entirely new playlist item. August 6, 2025 5.0 Pros Usability is immensely better than the solution we are coming from, knowledge base and video tutorials are very well made, and the app integrations are a great addition. we have had our marketing team look at it and they find it easy to use so it is likely they will be able to easily implement it into our current digital signage setup.
