Quick to learn and give access to other staff. Have recommended it to other school and business i know. Pros Scheduling posts has made our screens much more usable. Allowing us to have images that only appear when we want them to rather than having to create new presentations is a real time saver. Cons So far i haven't found anything i don't like other than some feature are available to premium subscription which has to be applied to all screens. I would like premium to be available on selected screens. It is in our dining area it displays our weather station, our bird listening station, and scrolls updated infromation throughout the day. Pros Very easy to use for a small company. Easy to change out information and when paired with Canva it is almost to easy to make quality info boards. Cons The interface is a little clunky when using it on a phone. But that is a minor inconvenience. Would recommend it to anybody that wan't digital signage. At a small but also bigger scale Pros It is easy to use. But you still have a lot of options to do with in the software. You can make almost anything you want with having a lot of experience. Also is the support great if you need help it is easy to contact. Cons I would love it to have streamdeck (companion) support. For example I use one setup for audio in the warehouse. I have a schedule for the radio on working time. And a jingle with its break time. But when people work after working hours there is nu audio. Pros It is easier to manage and add to playlists, and it gives the opportunity to add more than one playlist and schedule for each playlist. Cons Sometimes it takes time to configure to screens, especially through the app. When using the web player on a browse,r you might also experience lag. Pros is free for a single screen, which makes it an easy entry point. The interface is clean and intuitive, with nothing buried in menus. Scheduling and takeover features work smoothly and are very practical. Cons They only let you use one screen on their free plan. Pros The software is reasonably priced and easy to set up and use (remotely or in-office). I could quickly figure out how to do what I needed to do, and in an emergency, I could talk one of my (mostly tech-challenged) colleagues how to use the software. The staff were also helpful when I was trying to figure out which plan would work best for us. Cons The onboarding email frequency is a bit much.
