Cons Not used them for long, but so far i'm not finding any issues. Their included device works great as well. The staff have been responding to emails quickly and their support documents are amazing. Pros Everything was so easy to setup and use. The apps are great to get even more out of it. Being able to design my own layouts is great too. Cons I wish that I could integrate my cctv in to it. June 16, 2025 5.0 Pros I like the layouts feature; the ability to edit and modulate what I want to display is really nice and it makes Yodeck a useful platform for digital signage. January 14, 2026 5.0 Compared a few of these platforms with free trials. Yodeck was the best overall experience and had the most options. Pros Easy to use UI. The price is right. Our customers can be easily brought up to speed and begin using Yodeck on their own. Cons I have not found any cons so far. Our customers have not found any either. I do suggest getting the media player, though. IT Religious Institutions Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Easy To Setup, Easy To Maintain" March 15, 2025 5.0 Our church was wanting to have a slide show of event pictures. They installed a TV, and it was then I was tasked with figuring out how to make the IT magic happen. Yodeck made this process so easy, I went from knowing nothing about Yodeck to having a fully functional slideshow going in 20 minutes or less. Yodeck automagically pulls new images from a Dropbox folder and I was even able to schedule the TV to turn on and off at specific times. I had a Raspberry Pi 4 sitting around for years and it was finally put to use, even the processing of converting that to a Yodeck player was a breeze. Such an amazing out-of-the-box experience. I highly recommend this product and am even considering installing some for my clients. Hats off to you, Yodeck. Pros Easy to setup, easy to change content remotely. Cons No complaints, so far, after a month of use. All kind of media can be uploaded and presented. Awesome tool for internal communications. Pros It's a very user-friendly tool that helps us to present all kind of campaigns to our employees. I always use if for safety campagnes. It's super easy to present presentations or videos. Cons the pre supplied apps are not always what you hope them to do. We initially considered Samsung’s native digital signage platform, but the cost, limited hardware compatibility, and overall usability made us choose Yodeck instead. One of my colleagues had to contact Yodeck support and was impressed by how responsive they were — even reachable via LinkedIn. We definitely plan to continue using Yodeck and would recommend it to anyone looking for a scalable and affordable digital signage solution. Pros What I liked most about Yodeck is the flexibility and ease of deployment. We currently use Yodeck to display internal dashboards across our offices, and we plan to expand its use to our stores for product advertising. Both the pre-configured Raspberry Pi devices provided by Yodeck and our own RPi setups have worked flawlessly. The wide variety of media types and built-in apps is impressive and gives us a lot of freedom in what we can show. We’re on the Enterprise plan, which is very reasonably priced — especially considering it includes hardware. Cons The layout editor could be more intuitive, especially when compared to some competitors. Additionally, while it’s possible to group media files, this grouping functionality is currently missing in other sections like Apps, Playlists, Layouts, Schedules, and Screens. I shuddered when my boss called it PowerPoint--only we PPT users know that that platform can't do what Yodeck does (feed several monitors, seamlessly auto play videos, play apps like birthday celebrations, etc. Pros So easy to figure out and does exactly what I need it to. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Cons The screen set up was a little tricky. Best to use the Yodeck equipment, but my Fire TV also worked. Review Source EH Emma H. I liked that there were options for specific scheduling and immediate takeover. Cons Support for this program wasn't great. We ultimately moved away from using it because we had so many display errors that weren't the result of human error/incorrect scheduling.
