I've used other streaming media services and Yodeck is now the one I would highly recommend. Pros \- They offer a free trial that allows for a screen to try the product before you buy anything. - The amount of devices their application will run is great. - The process to turn a device into a player is a little challenging at first to find the setup files but once you run it's super easy. - Scripting to automate login to websites was helped greatly by staff. - Price is pretty cheap and alot of options. Cons \- The scripting language that is used to sign into websites for dashboard displays doesn't run on a Windows player so testing with a player. Pros It's easy of use and integration with multiple services seamlessly. I was able to integrate 7 different google calendars, and it shows them all in one feed. Its scheduling function also allows me to schedule a live video from youtube to play and it has no lag or issue playing it. Cons While it's drag and drop builder is great and better than most I have tried, for the most part it does require you to upload your own graphics instead of being able to build them in the drag and drop builder. Now I save trees, save time, and money by pushing my updates out, even if I'm not at the storefront that day, I can still update our marketing signage remotely and things be up to date and accurate. Pros It was extremely easy to set up. I used the Amazon Fire stick setup. It essentially was plug and play, once I got that plugged in. Learning the platform was easy to use too. I've already easily changed out my playlist a few times and it definitely saved me time and money. Cons I haven't run across any downsides yet. Pros It is an easy task to get other teams onboarded. I worked with several churches to get them setup on their platform for out regional group of churches. Our regional office helps orchestrate advertising at the churches.
