Doesn’t limit the free one screen any, and I’ve been able to really experiment and play around with it to make sure it’s a truly good fit for our tiny studio. Pros Great product, easy to use. It took a few days to understand the way everything worked together as far as scheduling, default content, etc. but any questions I have are answered quickly and effectively. I deployed 1 Yodeck in my school and everyone is happy with it's reliabilty. Pros Easy to setup, tons of media options, dynamic changes to all the screens works great. Works like a breeze. Cons The Wi-Fi disconnects even when we are browsing through the network settings. I guess it takes that as potential changes to the configuration. In terms of the functionality, it has satisfied all the requirements that I needed. And its also quite easy to use, so I am happy about that. Pros The thing I find most useful about is how easy it is to setup and implement. It has plenty of features that we can make use of, which is helpful when I'm frequently updating the content displayed on it. And it's also been quite easy to integrate into our workflow. We ran the free version on via web browser on a single screen for about a month before determining that it was a worthwhile solution for our three locations. The raspberry pi players with CEC control are a huge win as well - no need to have someone turn on each display each day, employees are instead welcomed to an already running display upon entering the building. Pros We are using the players for employee communication internally. We went from updating a google slide deck manually and having to refresh at each location regularly to a very streamlined experience. Dashboard is easy to understand and use and plenty of useful apps for displaying dynamic content. Cons I'd say some of the available apps could use some TLC in terms of usability. For example the celebrations app would be greatly improved if it could connect to live data somewhere, even if it were a google sheet. The facebook feed integration seems to only work if you have page level access to the page but not for pages that you manage through Meta Business Suite. UI is great for power users, but may have a bit of a learning curve for some users.
