### "An excellent starting point if you are looking for a screen manager. "

April 8, 2026

4.0

Overall, is a reliable and cost-effective solution for digital signage. It has solved our primary problem of transparency in project management by allowing us to display work-in-progress and past successes in one place. It is a solid "workhorse" for any office or group of work looking to boost morale and keep tasks visible, provided you don't mind doing some minor manual tweaking.

Pros

It was a great find for getting started with multi-screen management. ’s strength lies in its content management and the fact that you can start with a free account that actually works, which speaks to its excellent value for money. The ability to dynamically display pending tasks while showing high-quality photos of completed projects is a powerful motivational tool for the team. The predefined templates are intuitive, and the player’s functionality is robust; once configured, playback is reliable. Having direct access to integrations with Google and Outlook within the digital signage ecosystem represents a very positive change for our internal communication and messaging.

Cons

The Ease of Use takes a hit when dealing with third-party integrations. I’ve encountered small issues regarding text scaling—content often doesn't auto-fit the screen correctly, resulting in tiny, unreadable text. While the platform is functional, the design interface feels a bit dated and lacks a aesthetic with performance, requiring manual adjustments to look professional. Also, while Customer Support is available, a more seamless, "plug-and-play" experience for integrations would reduce the need to contact them in the first place.

### "Remarkable solution for digital marketing w/ incredibly intuitive platform"

April 14, 2026

5.0

Overall, amazing. I love things that can make my work life more efficient and productive. Advertising events for college students nowadays, with all the new pressures and time constraints, can be really difficult. allows us to centralize messaging in each of our buildings based on content type/unit and students know where to get their info for the really important things, like major events or critical dates related to their experience on campus. We've had the product for years now, and there is no way that someone can do what Yodeck does better. Also, we went with the RasberryPi players from Yodeck, and to be honest that is such an easy route to go, especially if you are buying in large quantities like we did.

Pros

The ease of use is incredible, and it is WAY more intuitive than other solutions we've worked with. We have an enterprise account setup, and I have trained folks from the most tech savvy to the least resourceful, and they all love it. The interface is so easy, and they have been improving things every year as far as performance and integrations. Their tech staff also helped me with a really nuanced question a few years back and were awesome. And not to mention that the cost savings compared to what it would take to print and post similar sized signs and pay the staff to do it is significant, especially with us as a small school...value for the money is a real thing.

Cons

To be honest, very little. There are a few things like having to select date/time functions rather than inputting, but that is a programming thing to ensure there isn't an issue with that input. Literally, that's it, and it's not that big of a deal.

Interface and easy of use, hands down. Implementation was so extremely easy. Other products might have had a fancy feature here or there, but just is so simple to use and just flat out does the job at such a high level. We had two different groups simultaneously working on the project to select a product, and we both came to the same result in choosing Yodeck. The other products were good, but we were sold with Yodeck.

### "Intuitive Drag-and-Drop, but Missing Key Details to Fully Recommend"

April 9, 2026

3.0

My experience with has been a real mixed bag, balancing undeniable cost savings against a genuinely frustrating workflow. On one hand, I cannot deny that the pricing is fantastic. It is incredibly cheap compared to other digital signage options, which was a huge win for my budget. However, actually getting the system to work was a headache. Despite its reputation, I found the interface to be confusing, clunky, and far from intuitive. Setting up the hardware, trying to figure out how playlists and schedules sync together, and simply navigating the dashboard felt overly complicated. It took me way longer than it should have just to get a basic image running on my screen. Ultimately, I appreciate the low cost, but the steep learning curve made me question if the savings were worth the initial hassle.

Pros

its incredibly intuitive, drag-and-drop web interface, which allows anyone to create professional-looking displays without prior graphic design experience. Another major standout is its hardware flexibility. operates seamlessly on highly affordable Raspberry Pi players, keeping initial setup costs remarkably low.

Cons

Honestly, I am completely lost when it comes to using . Everyone says it’s supposed to be this incredibly intuitive, drag-and-drop digital signage platform, but the moment I log into the dashboard, I feel totally overwhelmed. I don’t understand how to properly link my screens, and the thought of configuring a Raspberry Pi player sounds like a foreign language to me. Navigating through the different widgets, media layers, playlists, and scheduling options just leaves me staring blankly at my monitor. I know there are plenty of tutorials and quick-start guides available online, but right now, the entire interface feels like a complicated puzzle. I simply want to get a basic image or video up on my TV, yet the initial learning curve is feeling much steeper than I originally anticipated.

### "Reliable and Easy-to-Use Digital Signage Solution"

January 2, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been very positive. It’s a stable, well-designed digital signage platform that works well for both small setups and larger deployments. The system is dependable, updates are consistent, and customer support has been responsive and helpful when needed. Yodeck has made managing digital displays much easier and more efficient compared to other solutions I’ve used.

Pros

is very easy to use and extremely reliable. The web-based dashboard is clean and intuitive, making it simple to manage content across multiple screens from anywhere. Scheduling playlists, updating content remotely, and organizing media is straightforward, even for non-technical users. The player hardware is dependable, and once it’s set up, it runs smoothly with little to no maintenance. I also like the flexibility of supported content types, including images, videos, web pages, and dashboards.

Cons

Occasionally, there can be slight delays when pushing updates to screens, especially with larger media files. Some advanced features take a bit of time to fully learn, and a few customization options could be expanded. However, these are minor issues and do not impact day-to-day use.

### "Yodeck Delivers Beautiful Displays Fast, With Great Support and Reliability"

April 17, 2026

5.0

My experience using at US Modules has been excellent from day one. We needed a fast solution to roll out high‑quality, reliable display content on a very tight timeline before our Grand Opening, and Yodeck delivered. We were able to create polished, professional content quickly, and it was easy to integrate information we were already using on other platforms, which saved a lot of time and effort. The system itself is reliable and straightforward to use, and the learning curve was minimal. Their support team was responsive and extremely helpful in getting us set up and comfortable with the platform. On top of the strong functionality, the pricing is very competitive, and the fact that they shipped the equipment to us for free in just two days was a huge bonus. Overall, Yodeck has proven to be the best-value solution for our digital signage needs at US Modules.

Pros

We needed a fast solution to roll out high quality, reliable display content in a very short timeline before our Grand Opening event. Not only was able to facilitate creating the content quickly, the content is very aesthetically pleasing, easy to integrate to information we're already using on other platforms, and they shipped us equipment (for free!) in 2 days! The system is reliable, easy to use, and the support teams helped me get set up and learn the system in no time. They really are the best solution available, and at the best price too!

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any complaints at all. Support was easy to access and so fast, any time I needed help.

### "Choose Yodeck, you won't regret it. Best in the business!"

March 24, 2026

5.0

Fantastic, the best in the business. Great pricing, reliable and functional software/hardware, easily scalable.

Pros

Value for the money is the top thing, plus the advanced programmability and advanced features. It's easy to setup, change and maintain these systems. I haven't experienced any bugs or issues and their customer service is 10/10 with help for programming apps or making your own integrations. I love ! Building digital signage on Raspberry pi's is a great idea, they are fast, sleek and portable!

Cons

Nothing, this software is perfect. I'd love to see some more cool tool add-ons like Order Calling Systems, Appointment managers and more functional solutions. Intergrating my own appointments system was a bit of a task trying to make the webpage appear properly when I put this in a restaurant, but not 's fault. If you added these on say for a small fee I think it would be a huge success!

### "Fantastic Digital Signage at an affordable price!"

March 20, 2026

5.0

has been a fantastic solution for our digital signage needs. It’s simple to use, highly reliable, and offers great flexibility in content management. The ability to control screens remotely has saved us a lot of time, and the pricing makes it accessible even for smaller organisations.

Pros

The platform is incredibly easy to set-up and manage. Uploading content is straight forward. The support provided is fantastic and the included emergency alerts features really tops it all off. It is also extremely good value for money compared to other vendors.

Cons

It can be quite simple in places but this can be a positive for less technical users. There can be small delays syncing new content but this is not an issue.

### "A Promising Start with Flexible Potential"

March 30, 2026

4.0

We are still early in our deployment, but initial impressions are positive. Setup has been smooth, and the platform shows strong potential, though we are still working through the best way to structure content for long-term use.

Pros

delivers excellent value for the price. Compared to our previous digital signage platform, it’s noticeably more affordable while still offering a strong and capable feature set. Where it really shines is flexibility—there are multiple ways to schedule and organize content, which makes it easy to tailor what’s shown across different screens and timeframes. It also works best when you lean into full-screen content created outside the platform, which results in cleaner, more polished signage that aligns well with branding.

Cons

That same flexibility can also be ’s biggest drawback. There isn’t a single clear “right way” to structure content, which can make initial setup and ongoing management more confusing than it needs to be. Without some upfront planning, it’s easy to end up with a system that works but isn’t as efficient or easy to maintain as it could be.

### "Yodeck is a great choice for local business promo material showcase. "

April 16, 2026

5.0

Support team is really great. They saw I had 2 screens offline for days and they contacted me to ask if everything is working. I explained that the Raspberry pi keeps disconnecting and they saw that it is constantly trying to connect to 5G wi-fi (witch is some distance away) and that I should set the router to allow rPi to only connect to regular 2.4GHz wi-fi... once I did that I no longer have any disconnects and everything is working fine.

Pros

Really easy to setup and register a screen. It's super easy and convenient. You just type the registration code you see on screen onto YD dashboard and you can start putting commercials up.

Cons

IDK, there are a lot of templates in "Layouts" section, but could have more. Also you could implement keep me logged in so I don't have to log every time. Also, make an app for mobile so I can log through my smartphone, not through browser.

### "Finally a seamless solution for portrait displays!"

February 15, 2026

5.0

If you are looking for a digital signage solution that just works - especially if you have a non-standard screen orientation - is the way to go. It’s user-friendly, feature-rich, and very robust. I'm able to slim down a lot of functions embedded in my website that is displayed because yodeck has all the features i coded into the page risking its stability. Things like scheduled reloads for example.

Pros

The biggest lifesaver for me was the orientation setup. I struggled for a long time with other systems to get my information screen running in portrait mode (vertical). With , it was literally just one click and it worked perfectly. Besides the easy setup, the platform is incredibly stable and reliable. It’s packed with professional features and widgets that you wouldn't expect for free. The fact that they offer one screen for free with full functionality is absolutely amazing. Just some extra functions are only available through licence.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't found any downsides yet. It solved a problem I had for weeks in just a few minutes.

### "Cloud-Based Signage That Just Works"

January 23, 2026

4.0

is a solid choice for organisations that need a straightforward, cloud-managed digital signage solution for one screen. It is stable, easy to use, and practical for environments where simplicity and reliability are more important than advanced customisation.

Pros

is easy to set up and manage for a single screen using the Web Screen option. The cloud-based dashboard is clear and intuitive, making it quick to update and schedule content. It runs reliably without needing dedicated signage hardware, which keeps costs and complexity low. For basic digital signage needs, it performs consistently and requires very little ongoing maintenance.

Cons

Customisation options for the Web Screen player are limited compared to hardware-based players. Some features are geared more towards larger, multi-screen deployments and are less useful in a single-screen setup. Analytics and reporting are also fairly basic.

It has been fantastic. Very responsive to issues. Player works great and displays content seamlessly.

Pros

This was a cost-effective solution for multiple screens. The ease of use and connectivity was perfect. Adding content or managing my media was intuitive and fast.

Cons

### "Yodeck for the win!"

February 28, 2026

5.0

Overall it coudn't be better. The ONLY thing that stands out a little bit (because it did impact me), was that when I set up the formal demo for my whole team with , at least half had trouble joining and we lost participation. I know it was a bit frustrating for my manager. I did give a list of all the participants emails ahead of time. All that said, I don't know exactly what that issue was related to, and it's possible some were not logged into the correct accounts. I think that's pretty unlikely though, considering how many had issues.

Pros

UX and UI are excellent. It's so well thought out. As a low level UX designer, I can't believe how often I come across glaring mistakes and pain points. This immediately causes me to lose some degree of respect for institution it's related to. While I may have designed some things slightly differently myself, 's UX/UI is one of the first in awhile where I have no complaints at all. What changes I would make are subjective in other words. It's an incredible value. Support is really good, and I'm impressed with the AI that's built in to support. It's very functional and usable.

Cons

This is pretty minor, but the only thing I'm not entirely impressed with is the tutorial/educational content. With a few exceptions as it relates to topics, there's very little detail. It's rather broad and basic. I would guess it's probably in early stages of development, and so it hasn't really impacted my perception of . This is entirely subjective, but I don't think the branding for Yodeck is all that great. While that doesn't matter much to me, I wonder if it was one of the reasons I had a hard time selling it to my team at first, and this is the only reason I'm mentioning it at all.

November 19, 2025

Especially for the price paid, our experience has been great. When you buy a yearly plan, the equipment is included, so it was very worth while for us. We look to use more players in the future.

Pros

Once setup, the players are super easy to manipulate and add content too. It offers build it apps that allow you to add different features to the TV's, my favorite were the time and weather apps. Management is very easy on the dashboard, and allows you to remotely control everything. Customer service is available 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday and were extremely helpful.

Cons

I must say, my overall experience with has been fantastic. Not only is the software user-friendly and reliable, but it’s also exceeded my expectations in terms of performance. I’m so impressed that I’ve started recommending Yodeck to my large-screen customers as the go-to solution for their locations. If you’re looking for a way to easily manage and display content on big screens, Yodeck is definitely worth checking out

Pros

Honestly, I was surprised by how easy this was to set up and use! Yes, it's easier if you have a computer in front of you, but you can also make quick updates from your phone if needed. It’s really convenient!

### "Yodeck is a GAME-CHANGER"

December 26, 2025

5.0

I absolutely LOVE . We tried it out simply due to the cost - we hadn't ever had screens in our shop before and wanted to see how it would work. Yodeck was the most functional and comprehensive for that price. It has improved communications across our shop floor and departments, helped us roll out some massive company initiatives, and will now be playing a part in communicating company KPIs to everyone. I HIGHLY encourage anyone who is thinking about trying Yodeck out to do it. You won't regret it!

Pros

is fantastic value for the price you pay, and their customer service has been absolutely spectacular. They are timely in their responses, and even if it isn't an issue on their end, keep the ticket open until you figure out how to resolve it. They even offered to talk directly with our IT team to help us solve the network issue we had! It is super easy to use and versatile.

Cons

We really only had issues when upgraded our players, and even then, it wasn't a issue, but a network permissions issue with our IT team. I really don't have any cons - it has mostly been plug and play, and the learning curve for their platform was very simple.

We onboarded devices and software with the help of our IT department, to be used on the monitors that were installed in our lobbies, pre-function spaces and convention center corridors. Once deployed, our on site team trained in the software to understand how to program and update the devices. It's been very hands on and we are at the point where the 4 people on the implementation team have gotten ~90% fluent with the Yodeck software. We are able to update and manage 16 devices with minimal errors or issues.

Pros

software and devices have been an enormous upgrade to our new expansion space; allowing us to quickly and easily update the monitors throughout the public spaces with information that our guests take notice of and respond well to. The functionality of the devices is exactly as expected, with the apps available in the software able to do everything we need and more to showcase our brand, our event partners and our destination overall.

Cons

has a large knowledge hub available, with videos and written tutorials for the capabilty of their software ( media, layouts, schedules etc) but you have to know what you are looking for to find it. Its not intuitive learning that builds upon itself, because the software can be used so many different ways. If you choose to use some aspects but not others, it wouldn't benefit you to learn how that part of the software or its apps is function because it doesn't translate.

We wanted a newer and more intuitive option for our new expansion project.

### "Great Value For A Robust System"

October 6, 2025

5.0

has been a super easy system for my small therapy clinic to implement, especially since I only require the use of one screen. They have a free plan that gives you access to all features of the software if you have just one screen. This allows me to utilize all of the robust features of this system such as widgets, scheduling slides, etc. and save time in trying to make something work on a platform that does not allow or have access to these types of applications. This saves me so much time in being able to communicate to families who are waiting to the waiting room. They are able to obtain information while I am with the patient instead of me having to end sessions early to discuss various information.

Pros

has allowed me to streamline my digital signage workflow to be more effective to meet my busy schedule. It has a lot of robust features that are easily integrated in the digital signage. I especially appreciate the Canva plugin.

Cons

Some of the widgets could be refined better. I feel like they take a while to load on my system (I am using the Amazon Fire Digital Signage stick). For example, the native weather widget on always spins for 2-5 seconds before displaying the weather. It also shows the radar in the wrong location (could be user error).

Reason for choosing Yodeck

I had previously used OptiSigns (years ago) and did not enjoy the interface, it didn't work well on my Roku, and it was a hard learning curve. I saw the free plan on for small businesses that only require one screen and it has been a game changer.

### "Simple, Powerful and Easy to Use"

September 16, 2025

5.0

We have three facilities located across the country and this has allowed us standardize our communication across all the facilities. We centralized the core messages being displayed for the company while allowing site specific content to be managed and displayed by local staff.

Pros

Managing the players once they were connected is very power and easy to do. They have a wide range of options for creating and managing the content which was incredibly easy to learn and implement.

Cons

Initially setting them on the WiFi network was a little bit of an exercise, but they have a very helpful knowledge base that walked us through the process.

I ultimately chose because they had a really good KB, the price was good, and it seemed to be a solid product after going through the demo.

### "High-Quality, Reliable, and Easy to Use!"

December 29, 2025

5.0

I highly recommend to anyone looking to schedule high-quality content that informs and appeals to visitors. The program is user-friendly and is extremely reliable. Can't recommend them enough!

Pros

I love the high-quality output, broad scheduling options, and how easy the program is to use. It is an affordable option that is well worth the money! Their customer support is helpful and quick to respond, helping me address an issue on my organization's side of the initial setup. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Cons

Honestly, there's nothing I don't like! I have only had one issue, and it was on my end; their customer support was really accommodating! They even sent me a new chip for one of the Raspberry Pi's at no cost to me.

### ""Best remote managed screen content software that I have used.""

August 31, 2025

5.0

Of the kiosk styled sofware that I have used, this has been the best one for functionality and ease of use. I highly recommend it to those in need of this type of solution.

Pros

Being able to manage the content removely and the ease of use and deployment were my primary factor. The cost of managing the players if manageable.

Cons

The only thing that cause an issue for me was that I used it on older hardware and it can potentially get stuck of updating the software. This caused me to have to setup the device again. This was probably due to the old hardware that I was using.

### "Fantastic experience from start to finish"

August 21, 2025

5.0

My overall experience has been fantastic. With the only issue being transitions, it is a small price to pay for the overall ease of use and fantastic features they provide. We are not even paying for the service right now as we only have one display set up! I could not be happier!

Pros

Adding content to the web page is extremely easy and I was able to introduce it to staff within 20 minutes. While we currently only have one device, it is in the main lobby and is in use every day, it has grabbed the attention of many people and helped spread important information. Setting it up was as easy as plugging in some cables! We are planning on setting up their devices in every high traffic area. I have not reached out to support yet, but that should go to show how easy the service and device is to use.

Cons

The only real issue is when using a playlist there is an option for a "transition". The transitions work perfectly and really help the images from being jarring when changing. Unfortunately, the transition only works for images and images only. If you include videos, websites, or their built in feature called "layouts", you do not get the transition when it shows that. This leads to a strange viewing experience where some of the slides transition to the next, but then it blatantly cuts to others.

### "Yodeck... A simple solution"

December 18, 2025

5.0

Using feels straightforward and practical. You can set up screens quickly and update content without fuss. Scheduling different playlists for different times makes planning easy, and remote management lets you control everything from wherever you are. The interface stays clear even as you add more screens. You won’t find deep template customisation, and learning some advanced features takes patience, but the core functions work smoothly most of the time. The pricing is fair, and the free option for a single screen lets you try it without commitment. If you need simple digital signage that keeps your content timely and under control, Yodeck delivers.

Pros

The interface is clean and easy to use, with a drag-and-drop editor that lets you update content fast. You can schedule playlists by time or day, manage screens remotely from any location, and keep costs low with affordable pricing starting around $8 per month and a free plan for one screen.

Cons

Customisation options in templates are limited, and some advanced features take time to learn. You may also notice small quirks while waiting for devices to sync, which can slow updates at times.
