Expanded both our IT and Marketing departments capabilities to meet evolving requirements for notifications and displays in our main spaces. Due to Yodeck's flexibility and ease of install and use, required minimal training and allowed us to use existing infrastructure. Pros Yodeck was incredibly easy to set up and configure, and contains a plethora of features. Easily the best feature though is the availability of the device app on several streaming device platforms. Cons I would like to see a pixel shift or burn in prevention feature added since the app can be used on screens that may not actually be true signage screens. Not really even a complaint though. This is my third service provider I've worked with over the last decade..... this is by far my favorite and easiest to use. Pros Simple, does what it should, saves me time. I've used 3 different mediaboard providers over the last decade and this is my favorite. Cons Trivial bugs, but hardly noticeable in everyday use. It's likely I need to unlearn how I've worked with other systems. I've only used Yodeck or a couple months and haven't dug deep into it yet. I had a quick and good start with the product. Pros Creating a signage screen with Yodeck is very easy and does not require deep IT knowledge. I like using the web player when designing the screen layout. The knowledge base contains a lot of useful information, and the support team is both fast and helpful. Cons The wizard for creating the layout has some slightly annoying behaviors. Very nice to be able to use all the different integrations. Pros Very complete interface. Easy to get started. I think there is no feature we would be missing in the future. Cons With all the features it's a bit of a search to get started although not to hard. Pros Simple screen management. It is easy to get started, and there is a mountain of advanced functionality with any API. It is easy to schedule multiple screens and playlist using various apps. Yodeck players also self-recover, so you and will autoplay after a power failure.
