I've learned the ins-and-outs of Yodeck after a short period, dedicating time to understanding everything. It is very helpful that you can add a default playlist to a TV. Although, I was not the person to connect the TVs to Yodeck and have not been able to figure out how to do so.

Pros

The various ways to organize media uploads: folders, playlists, schedules

Cons

After adding media to a folder on, for example, page 10, it automatically takes you back to page 1. There is no way to continue adding to a folder past a single page, making it very time-consuming.

Outstanding, the service is totally free of charge if you're planning to use it with only one screen, which none of the competition offer it.

Pros

Super easy to use, even if you've never used a similar service before. And the amount of apps and adds on available.

Cons

Can't think of any cons for the moment., I'm having everything I wanted on the service, and I'm very satisfied.

My experience so far has been wonderful and I am very thankful I decided to have the meeting to see the product

Pros

Very Inexpensive route for digital signage, my sales agent helped me by telling me ways to save money and only wanting me to buy what I needed without trying to oversell me. He was great at communicating the features and how easy they are to use, explained and showed me the functionality of the player as well as how to manage my content remotely.

Cons

I didn't really see any downside to the service. It is very cost effective with great support for the service.

I've used other monitor management systems before and Yodeck seems to be fairly user-friendly.

Pros

I love the versatility of Yodeck with being able to post content immediately, plan schedules, and take control of screens to isolate content.

Cons

Uploading a video schedule proved to be challenging at first, but I finally have a good grasp on how to do it.

Pros

The ease of setup and use. Very easy to login and make changes to each of the managed TV / Advertisement Screens.

I have not found anything that I dislike about the Yodeck Platform. It was shipped quickly, ad easily setup

I am very happy overall with Yodeck, and like I said earlier i am making a case to roll it out across my service with 10 screens at least. The pricing is good for my needs. I found yodeck by accident, but I would highly reccomend it to anyone, whether a novice or an expert , for its simplicity to use, its user friendly interface and above all the fact that for a basic user with one screen it is truly free, with no catches.

Pros

As a complete novice to the digital world, I love how user friendly Yodeck is, it is not the first player I have tried to use, the others put me off with complexities like coding and IT literacy. I just wanted a simple, idwally free to use player for 1 display, however I am now putting a case together to look at rolling this platform throughout my service.

Cons

I do think the scheduling tool is a little clunky but that may just be me!

Pros

The features I liked most about Yodeck were the ease of management and remote control features of the online platform.

I would have preferred a discounted price for a K-12 educational institution, especially since I also purchased their hardware.

Since we've inducted Yodeck as the Digital Signage solution for our organization, it has been so easy to manage the content on our digital screens. The interface is very user friendly and there are plenty of Apps to which one can integrate and project powerful Signage for customers and their staff. The one big thing about Yodeck is that its got tons of feature to satisfy everyone's need.

Cons

Scheduling of content might need more simplicity for initial users. Once you know the logic behind it then its not difficult

I was tired of printing paper copies of daily production and posting on the plant bulleting boards. Yodek has allowed me to display this information at high traffic areas in the plant. I plan to utilize in other areas going forward.

Pros

Ease of use. All the training you need is provided on the yodek website.

Cons

Our only struggles have been with the platform we are displaying the information. I will be ordering yodek raspberry for future use.

Good experience overall. With the exception of trying to get music to play everything else so far has been great. I do wish there was a bigger discount or a cap if you connected a certain amount of devices.

Pros

Pretty easy to use for the most part. Seems to connect to most devices pretty well. I emailed customer service with a question and they responded very quickly. This seems very easy to be used anywhere and also be changed anywhere on the go either with the app or through the website.

Cons

It seems to be difficult to add music to last the duration of the playlist that you create. I even followed video directions and it still would not work.

Overall, Yodeck has allowed as a great and easy way to display content onto the tv's placed around our company, and has worked great, saving money by allowing us to use appropriate hardware.

Pros

I love how Yodeck allows us to easily manage content on TV's through our Rasberry Pi's. It helps our whole company.

Cons

The Subsciption plans were a bit confusing to me at first, plus a bit challenging to get a continual renewal through our finance team. All works ok now.

It's very good software. We are beginning to use it more and more and will eventually roll out many players in our stores. We are only in testing phases now.

Pros

It's very easy to use and to schedule. I also really like the chatbot that returns very fast information.

Cons

I'm a broadcaster so it doesn't look like broadcast software to me. I don't like the layout of the playlist.
