I can make all the changes I need to remotely and schedule the changes for the future. Can do images, video, weather. I've never run into something I couldn't do with it. Pros Does everything I need it to do. Can set schedules, create playlists, show the weather and make all the changes remotely from anywhere. Cons There are some bugs that cause the system to fail. It used to be after a few minutes, but the development team worked on it and now it runs at least 3 hours before stopping. I looked to digital signage software when we needed to add additional dashboards to cycle through. I sampled a few systems and many of them did not have fluid integration with Power BI, or were way beyond the budget. was super simple to set up, and I now have our screen on a daily schedule to run with minimal intervention. Cons I am exclusively using the web browser chrome extension. It occasionally needs a refresh but I can't complain with a free level of service.
