We initially ran Yodeck on some hardware we had in hand - and it was fine - but had an even better experience running their hardware player. We use it to play video loops in our lobby. The scheduling works, it's super easy to revise and adjust content, and it just does what it's supposed to.

Pros

Super easy to setup and deploy. Also, it has been extremely reliable - it just works - running a monitor in our lobby with some video loops for years without being touched.

Cons

Occasionally get some weird connectivity errors that we can't quite diagnose - but they seem to self-resolve.

I own a small business that I wanted to a single digital sign up in and Yodeck was ideal for my needs. I found other applications out there to promise one thing before sign up and then completely change after. Yodeck has provided everything that they advertised and have been very easy to work with. I have used the program for a couple months now and have liked it so much I will be expanding my business' digital signage in the very near future.

Pros

Ease of Use and Setup. It only took a very small amount of time to setup up and start using it.

Cons

Nothing as of Yet. I haven't used all the features provided, so there may be a few things in the future, but everything has worked great for me.

It was definitely awesome! I just started using Yodeck December last year but I was able to easily get a good grasp of its interface and features. I also love the fact that it has 3rd party apps and websites in order to help me in a lot of elements that I can incorporate in my layouts.

Pros

I am a VA from the Philippines handling an ecommerce business in the US, and I love how I can remotely edit and control the visuals I show on the screens.

Cons

I am not sure if I am the only one encountering this but I can't figure out why the duration of each layout can't be lower than 10 sec.

Seamless, scaleable and easy to use. I wish I would have found this product years ago! I can't say enough good things about this product. I have recommended this product to several other small business owners!

Pros

The ability to fully customize the experience and automate the start and stop of the service has been a game changer for our business!

Cons

I have been sitting here for a couple minutes trying to think up things that I don't like about this product but its hard to come up with things that I would like to see change. This software has clearly been refined so much that it is has features for any business!

Pros

Yodeck allowed me to turn my previously unused hotel reception screens into easily manageable digital displays that boost both my sales and brand awareness. It’s a big step up from manually loading videos and animations onto USB drives. Content can be scheduled and uploaded remotely, which is a huge convenience. In fact, while writing this review from a train, I just uploaded new content to my screens! Another great feature is its compatibility with various third-party devices, such as the Amazon Fire TV Stick. Overall, it’s a great solution both for getting started and for scaling up to manage more screens.

Cons

Lack of support for other browsers than Chrome. It only applies to preview functionality but I would appreciate full compatibility with Safari or Zen

The software is extremely easy to learn and deploy using various methods (eg: Fire TV stick). First screen is free which is a huge plus for small businesses.

Pros

We love the interface and its very generous flexible options on using various media types for display without requiring special formatting (ie, PPT's Google Slides etc). Also provides very cost effective deployment using Fire TV Sticks. Best service for small businesses that require no hassle startup and almost zero maintenance.

Cons

Deploying video or animation within google slides can be challenging.

We love it. Our users/client are NOT TECHNICAL. If they can use this (and they can). It's a WIN-WIN-WIN.

Pros

Setting this up for a client. They wanted something with a super easy interface that allowed for a non GenZ (LOL) to login and change. We tried all kinds of solutions. Narrowed it down to 3 after watchin interfaces for them. Looked at Yodeck first... never went to the rest. The free account with our own player really sold it.

Cons

Not much really. The basic price point was a killer deal vs the others. There wasn't pricing listed for whitelabelling it without filling it a form to get sales to bug us. So I can't tell much about the aspect of management of all clients.

So far I really can't complain about yodeck. As mentioned I have used their software in two applications so and really love them. Their support team was great when i needed their help.

Pros

I have used yodeck in two seprate applications at this point. One for a friend who has a Giant screen on the side of the road and one for myself at our Resort. I love how easy it is to set up and get going. Also the ability to manage the screen online from anywhere is really helpful and makes adding new material a breeze.

Cons

I'm currently running a bit into some issues with my raspberry pi mini w2. Not sure if it was my video file, internet connection, or that it's just a little bit to small for the task at hand.

I’ve been using Yodeck for my business, and what I love most is how easy it is to set up and manage content remotely. The platform is super intuitive, and I can schedule and update displays across all my screens in minutes. Plus, the affordable pricing and reliable performance make it a fantastic solution for anyone looking to enhance their digital signage. Especially for small business like ours as Yodeck give one screen for free.

Cons

Aligning some media and pushing content after setting screen is little confusing. Also I ran into issue while using with firetv and old samsung tv.
