I was just playing with the free subscription and testing in our screens and I ended up buying the subscription with the free player.

Pros

The sense of community it brings to our office, everyone sees and coments about the media we display in our monitors.

Cons

We had some shipping issues to Mexico, but it is more with the carrier and the export/import policies than Yodeck

Perfect from start to finish. Does what it says on the tin and gives you an easy to use digital signage system perfect for multi screen usage.

Pros

Primarily how easy the system is to use and the user friendliness of the entire interface. Support is always there too when needed!

Cons

Nothing I dislike to an extent. However, sometimes the kiosk app freezes until you refresh the page so can be annoying.

What I like most about using the Yodeck program is how easy it is to set the schedule up for different visuals.

Cons

At the moment, there isn't anything that I like least about using the Yodeck program. All of it seems to function well!

Overall the experience has been pleasant. SSO login is a great security feature, and granular permission control allows us to segment access.

Pros

The management console is very intuitive and includes a lot of popular apps pre-loaded with basic configuration settings ready to go.

Cons

Sometimes it cane be difficult to get your app looking exactly how you like, but there are a lot of customization tools that allow you to tweak it.

Pros

Options for content display, great support, easy installation

Not much to complain about -- maybe more direct connection to apps like Canva?

Pros

Device was very easy to setup after delivery; basically plug and play.

Cons

The lid on the case is a little easy to remove and could allow for tampering or damage at deployed locations.

Pros

Very easy to use signange solution with the possibility to create professional solutions and extra plus that you are able to create custom apps.

Cons

Could have had better API for even more customization of self-developed applications. Not to big of an issue.

At our company we are very pleased to be working with Yodeck. For internal signage and even during events, we very much like the ease of use of the platform, installation and content creation.

Pros

The easy learning curve of the platform. It is very logical, clean and fast to add your first screen with a playlist, schedule or content. Even creating your own layouts can be done easily without any design knowledge.

Cons

The only thing we would like to see, but this is purely for our company, are licences for a shorter period of time than one month. We use them during events, often lasting only one week. But this is very specific for our use-case.

We've been using Yodeck for 4 months now and have had no issues. I even appreciate the fact that it alerts me to let me know my menus off line.

Pros

Simple to use, makes are menu look great on our TV's

I don't really have any negatives. It even sends alerts if the menu is having any issues.

Very nice, assistance was nice and reactive, steps for inscription and ordering players was realy simple. I will see how it goes when I shall try the system on my sreens.

Pros

Client service was very reactive and I had very precise and quick anwser to my doubts and problems. it also seems very simple to use on screens.

Cons

The settings of the players seems a bit difficult, we took an expert to do so. The assistance with my personal commercial was very good. The assistance within websites was definitly less reactive.

Very convenient. Couldn't have been done better.

Pros

Super easy to use! It's a breathe to upload or create your medias, and assign them to different screens. The integration with PowerBI, Sharepoint, is really nice and convenient. Technical support is super reactive and provide quick solutions. We use Yodeck to manage dozens of factory floor displays, various types of medias. It's really quick and easy to change things on the fly.

Cons

Haven't found something to dislike yet. The only issue we had was with the PowerBI integration (the email you use to login Yodeck must be the same as the email your use to login to your Microsoft account - which we couldn't figure out but was quickly resolved by the support team.)

We need to inform our members of large amounts of information (including events, deadlines, dates, activities, seasonal vision casting, etc.) across our campus AND be able to present that information in different ways. Yodeck allows us to create whatever layout configurations we need specific for each part of our organization.

Pros

Yodeck is the most flexible digital signage solution ever. With their addition of the web based players, literally any screen can become a digital sign (for a price). I also like that I can build my own rpi and bring it into the ecosystem fairly easily. The customization for playlists, layouts, schedules, etc., is just ridiculous. There are so many options to literally have whatever you want.

Cons

Sometimes the dashboard UI is a little sluggish, clunky. For example, sometimes with saving certain videos it seems like the encoding process doesn't start. I have to delete it and reupload. A minor annoyance for sure. Also, pricing tier is fine, but I wish there were more bundling options (more displays at better discounts), but I guess I am cheap.

For the moment I am experimenting the use, trying to start a new business. I managed to do everything I needed, even if with some difficulties, as mentioned above.

Pros

It looks as a very solid and reliable solution. It's nice the way it attributes the unique player so it can't be duplicated.

Cons

The interface is a little bit confusing and not very intuitive in making it work. For example, the handling of the players, and their recognition, is not intuitive at all.

When questions need answering, their support is great.

Pros

Ease of use and setup. Updating programs to the screen is very simple. We use it in a school of 1400 kids and announcements are a breeze on the display. We are thinking of adding 8 more.

Cons

So far, the GUI Yodeck dashboard is very easy to work with. The price is good. I wouldn't say I don't like anything about it.
