Pros The greatest advantage is the ability to remotely manage and schedule content and digital signage for our screens. Cons Since it's entirely cloud-based, issues can arise when the internet connection is interrupted. I am not very computer savvy, and it was still a breeze with all the support documents listed and available on the website. Support is very helpful as well. Pros I'm new to and am learning the platform. I upload sales numbers for everyone to see nationwide. Thankfully, it's pretty easy. Cons While it did come "Preconfigured" it didn't work so I had to restart the entire process. There aren't a lot of available apps despite being a product that has been out for quite some time. Other apps such as Google Calendar are using outdated browser which causes issues. They have a feature suggestion tool but it doesn't seem like any new features have been added in a long time.
