Pros This product is extremely user friendly, easy to deploy, basically plug and play. Cons I cannot think of any cons at the moment. The size of the unit is perfect for tucking behind TVs. October 25, 2024 1.0 I had a horrible experience and would advise everyone to avoid . I was told that the basic player would meet our needs, but it didn't and kept glitching (the screen would freeze and shut off repeatedly). The tech team said the only solution was to upgrade my player, so I did and then had to wait over a month for it to arrive. It finally arrived and didn't connect. The tech team had me jump through hoops and try several methods to fix it (none of them simple) over the course of 2 weeks but nothing worked, and they kept insisting that our network was the issue. But the first player had no issues connecting to our network so it was clearly not our network, it was their faulty player. Now they refuse to issue a refund for the player and annual subscription. Pros Nothing, I chose it because it was cheaper than the other options but I should have just paid more for a different company in the first place to avoid wasting so much time. Cons Complete waste of time and money, was not the simple solution they promised. March 24, 2025 5.0 makes it easy for us to change the digital signage we have without having to leave my desk, or transferring data to a USB drive. Pros makes it easy for us to transmit info from our computers to our public display screens, which we do on a weekly basis. We implemented it a few months after moving into our new facility, and it has been integrated easily with our day-to-day use. We've heard great things about their customer support, and appreciate the variety of features it includes! Cons I don't see any downsides as of yet. We began using it a few months ago. Review Source
