If you have a lot of screen you either have to get creative with the way you display to your screen or pay a large amount of money for alle your screens

With we have been able to activate our first screen. For a more than fair price, the tool allows us to do everything we need to manage the day-to-day information on this medium.

Pros

The dashboard is attractive and intuitive, it is easy to use quickly. In addition, the installation of the player was very simple and fast.

Cons

Sometimes the procedure for performing daily tasks involves too many clicks. Usability could be improved.

Pros

Ease of connection to a screen with Amazon Firestick and app installed

Cons

For a non-tech savvy person, the customization tools are not the most user friendly or easy to spot.

Could do with more font options. Some of the applications are limited in their customisation options. However, I suspect this is based on the application developer.

Overall it is a great free option for setting up a display. It isn't overly complicated to use, but it does take time to get it figured out.

Pros

It is a relatively easy platform to use with lots of ways to customize the display. It can connect to a lot of other services and provides lots of options.

Cons

The platform is not quite as intuitive as I had hoped. It seems like you have to go through multiple steps that seem almost repetitive in order to get things set up the way that you want.

Very easy to use and a snap to manage multiple displays.

Pros

Very easy to set up and get users trained, and the cost fit our budgetary constraints. We especially with the hardware was included in the cost for each display.

Cons

Google Slides integration could have been more seamless, but we were easily able to shift to different content. We would also like the ability to display the slideshow on our website.

How easy it is to use and how easy it was to set up.

Cons

I would like more layouts and I would like there to AI capability. I would also like an Ipad application.

Trying for myself was a great decision. For anyone using video-based or standard text-based digital signage, I'd happily recommend it to anyone. It has made our entire in-house operations far easier (and paved us to the digital age!)

Pros

allows me to schedule digital signage and local video content with ease. For the last two years, I have prepopulated content schedules for a community in-house digital signage system and cable channel.

Cons

Larger files might take longer to encode, but with Vimeo and YouTube integration, large videos play as if they were directly uploaded! We utilize the Vimeo and YouTube features on a regular basis.

Pros

I love that I am able to set up my schedules and playlists to automatically come on and turn off through out the day. I set a whole months worth of content and with the press of a button it's ready to play automatically.

Cons

When we first started using , I was not a fan of how the scheduling was set up. This has since been updated and works a lot better. No complaints now.

Easy to use. I like it better than the one we had before because I don't have to convert the Powerpoint slide to jpeg.
