The integration of external apps, feeds, and media make it a complete package that is budget friendly. Pros I appreciate how user friendly the entire platform works. I am pretty technical when it comes to my work, but being able to show some end users how this works so that they can manage it themselves has made management of our digital signage a total breeze. Cons I have used the player on multiple devices, and sometimes the app will require a restart after a crash (amazon firestick device) or ask if I am still viewing static content (which 100%) of the time I am still viewing. Pros It is intuitive and easy to use. I started using it for work, and with brief training and videos, I learned quickly how to manage it. Cons It won't give you tips. When I uploaded a heavy video, it didn't alert me that it was too large or unable to be uploaded. I just waited for days, and nothing happened, no feedback. Cons One of the drawbacks of is also a good thing - I feel like there are so many capabilities and features that it makes it a little hard to learn and isn't always intuitive. They make it easy for me to schedule media to be played when I'm not in the office. Cons I dislike the setup on Playlists and I dislike having to adjust the timer for each slide manually. Early on, I was having trouble with a video playing. Their team diagnosed within minutes that it was actually on my end and not Yodeck's at all - very timely and very intuitive design. Pros I like the fact that I can customize how the screen looks and that I can do it from wherever I have an internet connection. Super fast to update, super easy to keep organized. I like the interface, the easy features and support has been great. Sometimes support won't answer, and there are some technical things that have a steep learning curve. Pros The thing I like the most of is how easy it is to use and to try it out with no hidden payments or requirements. Cons A con I found, is that there are several features that are not available on other OS that the software supports.
