I use this for menus and videos on TV's for our concessions at work. This works extremely well for what I use it for.

Pros

It is easy to use and quick response time to changes made.

Cons

Nothing I can think of, but I don't give perfect review scores.

Pros

Does what it promises, you dont need to be a frequent user to develop an understanding of how to do processes

Cons

I do find sometimes that screens fallout of the system without any reason and the player needs to be rebooted.

Cons

Yodeck is improving and becoming more user-friendly with each passing day. However, its pricing policy could be a bit more competitive.

Pros

Its so Easy to use it got a nice overlay and Dashboard

Cons

Not much but maybe cheaper alternatives for volunteer organisations as it is hard for our department to get approval for a subscribtion based software

When you are hosting with a browser, sometimes it freezes. Even if reboot the browser.

In two years we grew from just having 2 devices, today we have 20 and we see even more opportunities to continue to grow the use. We recently began adding calendars for the conference rooms and we could do that with YoDeck as well. I much prefer a single platform for all of these, rather than 1 for conference room calendars and another for Dashboards, etc.

Pros

YoDeck is both affordable and easy to use. setting up additional uses and limiting their access is easy. I have delegated the content of most screens to the office staff and they love it. A plus, is by making it easy to update, we are much more likely to have current and relevant information on the screens. Additionally, we build custom webpages - only hosted internally, but YoDeck has no problems accessing them.

Cons

I find it can be a little finicky about updating when it only has a single slide. It seems to just cache the page and not refresh with new data. An easy fix is simply to have a placeholder slide (sometimes we use the weather app) and cycle between the two.

I use it at a call center to sync the TVS for announcements and current marketing plans. It is really easy to use and it never gives me an issue.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use. It is very intuitive and once I got the hang of it I have had no issues.

Cons

I honestly think it is great as it is. If I could change one thing it would be having a tutorial or guide on how to use it.

Setting up digital signage in our showroom and updating it remotely has been a snap with Yodeck. The support when I have had an issue was stellar and I'm looking forward to adding more screens to our space!

Ease of installation and use. Integration with Canva is fantastic!

Sometimes the Canva integration is laggy.

The simple fact is: After trying many other digital signage providers, I am still using Yodeck

Pros

It allows me to send information to all my locations with a few clicks

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve when starting as with all new softwares, I was challenged with the SAME codes as our locations are in different states and the NWS web site is not very friendly in this area
