Extremely positive, a rep was very helpful in answering my initial questions and the system is working as advertised.

Pros

Super intuitive, cost effective, easily scalable. Much easier to go live with the web screen, I was able to complete a demo in a couple hours without ever having set eyes on before.

Cons

Not much to like, I was a little skeptical about the subscription model but turns out its much more cost efficient than purchasing hardware.

Some more learning materials that are longer and gives you a flow of learning. Right now i can only watch under a minute videos abt features and it s hard to have a holistiv view.

Really simple and easy to use. able to easily schedule content without having to worry about when it comes live and then deactivates after an event.

Cons

Having to pay the import fees on the players

Great program, it gets the job done! One of the standout features for me is the flexibility it offers. Wish it would auto load, instead of having to login each time

My overall experience has been great. We were up in running within a couple of days and now have announcements running every school day, all day long.

Pros

What I like most about is how easy the dashboard is to use. We can quickly make adjustments to our announcements and push it to all the players from one webpage. It also provides security to keep students from making unwanted changes.

Cons

The only issue we had with is we have the basic players. This caused issues with trying to use multi-layer layouts, but the customer service team was great. They helped us figure out how we can make our layouts work for us.

Used the free version for a while and recently upgraded to 4 screens using the paid version... This allows power BI Integration for sales screens. Media upload for shop point of sales and other features which are fantastic.

Pros

Simplicity of setup, customer service has been good so far and multiple apps which can be used with it.

Cons

No real cons, I was initially concerned with the dispatch of players thinking this may have been a while but had delivery within a couple of days!

Very positive. We liked it so much at my work that we created an account and will use to show relay information to a few hundred thousand people at a festival that I work with.

Pros

Ease of use and customization. The ability to showcase many different forms of media to create a great and eyepopping presentation.

Cons

Wish there was a way to add text to the countdown and not when the countdown is finished but the whole time to describe what the countdown is.

Cons

You don't have a native option to work with 2 factor authentication, so you'll have to hack around with scripting in order to log into certain websites. Not impossible, but could definitely be better

Easier to use than our current screen management company's software. Shipping of the player was quick.

Cons

The instagram feed loads during playback rather than in the background so if it hasn't fully uploaded it displays a loading icon instead of the instagram posts.

My experience in having a tv as a digital signage, overall is a great one, the fact that you can manage your content remotely is a plus, and i am well served with this app, it's a must have.

Pros

The versatility and the ease of use is a great plus, also, the fact that is the only solution to work in a variety of devices.

Cons

Schedules can be a bit dificult to implement, the fact of some key features are paid, sometimes players just go offline for no reason, and not so easy to implement in old devices.
