I appreciated the documentation greatly, and generally I think the UI is friendly enough to new users without being too restrictive. Cons I don't like having to write a public review to unlock a feature... You got docked a star just for that. I have yet to imagine something I was not easily able to do. Pros It was great customizing a variety of Video, Dynamic, and Still content easily and effectively to multiple screens on Campus. Cons I'd love to have been able to keep the web player screen to test content at my desk. Still, pricing is reasonable enough I could add a test screen if I find I really need it. I was able to get a test screen up and running within a few minutes and start to create a custom playlist very effortlessly. I would highly recommend it as a solution for anyone needing a system to manage content across multiple TVs. Cons The only con I can find currently is that the platform is subscription based, I would prefer to pay a flat-rate for access. I was requested to implement digital signage in my current organization and was already familiar with YoDeck. Creating an account and getting a player on the way was easy, and cost is very reasonable. I can update the device from anywhere via web interface and the built in content creation tools make professional presentation look easy. Pros I needed an easy to use, quick to implement, professional looking digital signage solution for an existing display. YoDeck was a drop in solution that works well. I take our social media posts, resize them for this use, and and schedule them or upload them in real time via Yodeck and I live several states away. It was really easy to learn and gives you plenty of ways to use it while keeping the process simple. Pros It is really easy to use. When you upload media into one area, it's accessible in the other areas as well. You can set things up ahead of time for different days and add start and end times. There's also a preview function so you can see how the playlist will look on a loop. Cons Some of the functions are a little clunky / less intuitive but it's really minor stuff, like if you have to click on the name or check the box next to it to select the item. We primarily use jpgs, videos, and weather to highlight the work we do to our employees and guests. It's been easy to create playlists, screen on and off times and add captions to videos. It is very easily to use for power users and entry level users. Pros I love how easy and simple the web interface is. It has allowed me to manage multiple screens from home to multiple locations. I can make the content setup as simple or complex as I would like. I can even program tvs to turn on an off as well as muting! I also like the pricing model that it is per screen and there are cheaper options for software based screens. Cons I wish you could have one or two test screens. So you could see what is being displayed on a screen at your desk remotely without paying for another screen. I don't always know from a remote location if my text is big enough or if the settings are correct without being at the location. Review Source CB Chris B. Pros I love the ease of access, ability to add multiple media types, customization within the program, and this has allowed our network of schools to streamline how we populate digital signage and still allows us to use it on the various monitors/tvs we have between campuses. Cons I would like the ability to add a custom font. We are big on branding and have specific font we use. Cons It took a bit to integrate static content, daily schedules, and hourly interruptions, but once you understand the flow, Yodeck is pretty easy!
