It was extremely easy and convenient to set up. The Yodeck app was also very user-friendly allowing me to have content set up in seconds. For the longest time, we had to set up a static PowerPoint presentation that looked drab and didn't pull in anything current. Overall, people overlooked it. Now, I have Yodeck running on our lobby screen, and people are stopping and staring. Those who are waiting for meetings, interviews, etc., are getting to see our school district in action with up-to-date social media posts, images, and so much more. It adds to the overall brand presence, and I think it makes a difference in how people feel when they first walk in. We are big fans of Yodeck here! Pros The ease of including social media timelines and the templates. Cons The only issue I had was connecting with Canva - but I would not hold that against the company, it is more than likely user error. I have only had mine for about a week and it's already proving to be the best purchase I've made all year! Cons The only downside I've found so far is that the emergency messages lock the tv up and nothing else displays. If it could be just another layout or automatically scroll along the bottom of the screen that would be great.
