We use it on one screen as a way to interact with employees. We have google calendar integrated in the playlist for upcoming reminders and repeating events. It's a nice way for us to post motivational pictures/quotes. Log in about twice a month to make changes that are pushed to the screen. Changes we make to google calendar take effect on their own as the calendar in the playlist is pulling real time info. Little bit of a learning curve at beginning, but lots of helpful how to videos specific to Yodeck.

Pros

Intuitive, low cost, pleanty of options.

Cons

Even though it is fairly intuitive there is a bit of a learning curve that would be expected with any digital sinage.

Reason for choosing Yodeck

Yodeck was low cost. Was able to get the Raspberry Pi player directly from them.

Players arrived quickly and were easy to install. The initial playlist was easy to create though more advanced options took a minute to figure out. /overall, an excellent tool!

Pros

I've battled with another similar technology for several years and finally gave up in frustration. Yodeck has been exceptionally easy to implement and works flawlessly.

Cons

It takes some exploring to learn how to make the different functions work, but it wasn't horrible.

I've evaluated every digital software solution on the market (including open source solutions like PiSingage etc), however only Yodeck pass through all my requirements. What I like: \* Easy setup and intuitive interface \* Supports various media types (images, videos, web content) \* Remote management capabilities \* Affordable pricing, with free option for single-screen users \* Scheduling and playlist features \* Robust hardware compatibility

Cons

\* No "open source" variant \* Closed eco system \* Vendor lock-in (anyway, as digital singage is not rocket science, migration should be easy)

I love how easy it is to update from wherever I am and it uploads as soon as I connect the device to the internet.
