I'm very happy with Yodeck as my Platform for our Digital Signage

Pros

Yodeck is a very easy and intuitive platform that allows me to create a digital signage board quickly and cheaply. I can choose nearly every Monitor to show my content and I can reject Monitors that I don't need very easily. The Implementation of Templates is fast and I can integrate new Monitors very fast

Cons

I have to prepare my templates on a PC and can no longer edit them afterward in Yodeck,

Just got my 5 players a couple weeks ago but its been good so far.

Pros

Seamless installation, and very good support staff to help out.

Cons

Didnt hear about it sooner, i also like that i was able to test with my amazon firestick for free.

Yodeck has allowed us to us a smart tv to have slides show on our smart tv. We are enjoying the variety of slides and apps we can ad. Seeing the weather show up is a nice feature as well. The premade aps make using yodeck user friendly.

Pros

the versatile nature of the product. There are templates and apps we can add.

Cons

LG WebOS TV times out using the web version. could not find an TV ap to download. Sometimes the web browser memory gets full.

the overall experience has been pleasant. almost 100% virtual. I have not been inundated with sales emails or calls which I appreciate. however, customer support has not responded to a couple of my requests. I was able to work through the issue or it has not been a priority.

the inclusion of a dedicated player with an annual subscription and the ability to work with multiple 3rd party content creation softwares

functionality with low cost 3rd party players

fast quick User friendly and a platform that easy to use with plenty of tutorials

Cons

No contact outside of email Made me nervous. They got back to me in less than 48 hours, and things were resolved in an "Emergency" we'll see

Intuative and easy to use providing great signage in multiple locations

Pros

Easy to use and intuative. Can do everything you want for a basic signage system and then progress to much much more. Good to be able to update signage from anywhere with an internet connection.

Cons

Could do with an App for Windows based platforms rather than a webpage which the feedback on what the screen is doing is not alway up to date.

Display messaging to employees. Allows us to use our sharepoint messaging to show users onsite the sam message.

Pros

Having a built in integration to sharepoint and allowing users to post existing content in digital signage. The integration to Canva is also really useful.

Cons

Creating local content is not a great experience. Using Canva is nearly required.

Switched from

No sharepoint integration on existing solution and needed that for ease of operations.

Long story short - it works. We only use it for a week every two years to display some content, but we had in the past no problems and i expect no problems for the future. Our player was powered off for 18 month - and it starts and works immediately after booting. You search for a easy way to publish something on a screen and manage it from anywhere in the world - that´s your product!

Pros

High level of functions, even in the free version

Cons

Not really anything negative. Sometimes it´s a little bit slow to update content to the device...

With Yodeck we were able to costumize our tv along our wishes. The system is great to use and very simple to understand!

Cons

There are no cons for me. Yodeck is a great tool.

Reason for choosing Yodeck

More intuitive layout costumization than in pisignage. There are also easy to use features like a clock or live weather.

Yodeck took our digital signage to the next level. We thought in order to get the features yodeck provides would be way more expensive, but yodeck makes it possible and easy!

Cons

The minimal amount of interaction i have had with customer service has not been ground breakingly good, but not bad either

\- Remote management is great - Easily upload content which takes pictures and videos! - Can rotate screen to vertical orientation easily

Cons

\- Android App not integrate well with my android stick OR android TV as it did not "turn off" the screen at the scheduled time.

Not all apps will work on in my case windows. Specifically the web site app does not work with a windows player. However if you use a PI box it will.
