Pros

The price its very good if you a re a small business , making it easy to scale. We love all the features they have, making it very useful for al niches, we use it for vending machines in the food industry, and its very cool. I havent tried every function, because i haven’t feel the need to use them. i have no comments for the costumer support because i haven’t talk to them but their setup guide its very friendly and easy to understand. I lije their introduction video.

Cons

I have no comments for now, everything its been good, i need to explore their other functions. I would love to see them implement AI templates.

Utilizamos apenas 2 dispositivos, mas ainda em fase de testes. É um bom software para TVs corporativas, tem um bom site e funções, só alguns problemas específicos, citados anteriormente.

Pros

O gerenciamento e as playlists são fáceis de montar e ajustar quando for preciso realizar uma manutenção! A visualização dos painéis e dispositivos utilizados é boa, a quantidade de opções e configurações que pode ser feita também é boa e com variedade! O suporte é rápido e foi satisfatório no atendimento, principalmente por mensagem diretamente no painel e chat da ferramenta.

Cons

Tem alguns bugs nos visualizadores e os scripts apresentam um problema para funcionar algumas telas! O localizador dos dispositivos não é tão específico, mas da para o gasto. Conectividade e reiniciar o sistemas é um pouco lento. Em relação ao custo, acho muito caro, mas principalmente por conversão da moeda para Real Brasileiro

The free tiral worked fine and was enough to see that was what I needed. I purchased one raspberry pi box from them and it worked great as during the order you can ask for preconfiguration so when you get it its just plug and play.

Pros

Ease of use from the start. Their raspberry pi made it very simple to get started as it was preconfigured to my network.

Cons

So far everything has been great. Help team was there when I needed them. But setup was simple enough as the box came preconfigured.

So far so good! It works well in the background and doesn't need a lot of attention or time spent problem solving.

Pros

The value for money is unbeatable. provides everything we need for a great price and so far it's been easy to use and we haven't run into many issues. The content manager is an easy way to organise all the media and the templates look great and really professional.

Cons

Sometimes it can take a while to load a playlist onto the screens and occasionally we have had issues uploading some media.

Pros

The best thing about it is its ease of use and its excellent technical service. The treatment is excellent.

We'd been looking at a couple digital signage solutions in the past, and tried to hacksaw built-in features of our smart tv's first into something that works for us, but it became very quickly apparent this would be very frustrating/costly to set up manually. providing RaspBerry Pi Players as part of their subscription model also helps out reducing the cost and makes it so we could replace old computers solely meant for internal communication very easily.

Pros

Very easy to set up Being able to store content and edit screens on the platform Being able to give tags to items and looking for assets through tags Connections with other programs such as powerbi and Grafana

Cons

Setting up streaming services requires specific knowledge/help from the support team. Unable to add a "second" layer to a playlist to play background music for example

In restoring old advertising screens, has been very beneficial in that we were able to pop in a new Raspberry Pi player, allowing all our screens to sync and work together.

Pros

Software is intuative and easy to use- Very easy to get screens and players up and running! The layout feature is incredibly useful for displays where multiple elements are needed.

Cons

No complaints thusfar! We have had a very pleasant experience and I would reccomend to anyone who is looking for a digital signage application!

It was fairly simple to set up. Once done I uploaded photos and adverts I wanted to display to my screen. I had seasonal displays that expired after specific dates as well as permanent displays that would scroll through a slideshow. It's worked as expected with no major issues and I have been happy with the software.

Pros

I am in charge of marketing for a local restaurant, including website development, menu design, posters, and anything else that can be used to sell the business. The TV screens used to showcase sports were largely unused during food service so I looked for a system to display adverts and signage to promote certain products. Since I had a spare Raspberry Pi in my house it, seemed to be eactly what we were looking for. We use it to display special menus, seasonal menus, QR codes for online ordering and digital menus, and adverts for promoted dishes. It has worked flawlessly so far, with customers asking what system we use. The ability to modify the screens from home and add new media without visiting the building is fantastic, and so far have had a 100% uptime. There are a range of apps that are built in, although I am yet to try them as the basic features are fatastic.

Cons

I had some problems with initital setup. The Raspberry Pi seemed to have trouble booting, and had no display. I also had trouble getting SSH access, although after a couple days plugged in I visited the restaurant and the screens had started working. No idea why I had trouble but there's not many reasons to dislike the software as it worked exactly as I wanted.

Pros

consente di integrare contenuti in modo semplice e intuitivo siano essi siti web, documenti o multimediali. Mi piace molto l'editor per creare schermate, incluso fin dalla versione di base e apprezzo la disponibilità di applicazioni di terze parti, facilmente integrabili (immagino che ce ne saranno sempre di più). La funzione playlist è di facile utilizzo anche per coloro che non abbiano esperienza nel montaggio di video e filmati e la possibilità di generare rapidi preview, consente di verificare subito l'output generato. Molto interessanti e utili le funzioni calendario, per pianificare la pubblicazione dei contenuti, come pure quelle relative agli orari di diffusione, che consentono di spegnere i dispositivi quando non in uso. Molto chiara la dashboard, che in una sola schermata riassume la situazione dei monitor attivi e la loro localizzazione geografica. I dati nel cloud sono immagazzinati in Europa e questo è un altro fattore importante. Infine, trovo estremamente interessante il rapporto prezzo/prestazione (secondo me uno dei migliori sul mercato) e molto buono il supporto e la reattività dei consulenti sales.

Cons

Per l'uso che ne faccio, non ho trovato particolari negatività, anche se si potrebbero migliorare le traduzioni in italiano, perché talvolta i testi appaiono in inglese

Overall being my first experience with digital signage this was very good I highly recommend to anyone interested in Digital Signage, If you can Imagine it you can most likely find a way to display on Digital Signage.

Pros

I’m really impressed with Digital Signage! I’m completely new to creating digital signage, but I was able to get a full display up and running for our condo building in no time. Yodeck makes it super easy to use multiple players and show just about anything—images, videos, audio, documents, web pages, and even live calendar feeds with an ICS link. In just a short time, I set up a live calendar with upcoming events, a weather feed with radar, a tide chart, and individual screens with important info like our board of directors, office hours, and who to contact after hours. I even tested out video, and it worked perfectly. The platform is simple, flexible, and packed with features. Honestly, I’m amazed at how quickly I was able to pull together something that looks so polished and professional. Yodeck really delivers!

Cons

As with any new digital product there is a learning curve. Although I was able to educate myself using the available online tutorials.

I have found very simple to use and it has some really great features. I'm setting up a new business to target small businesses to aid with their digital marketing.

Pros

Ease of installation, good pricing strategy. Implementation was very straight forward and online documentation is excellent. Vast number of features included "out-of-the-box"

Cons

Nothing negative has cropped up yet so really difficult for me to comment on this. I guess if anything I am having a few issues with the player dropping off the wireless but not sure that is related to the product itself.

Overall, has been a great experience both as a product and as a company. Their pre-loaded raspberry pi devices are easy to set up and very reliable as long as you have a good connection. On a day to day basis, it is extremely rare that I have any issues with the players. However, on the couple of times issues have come up, Yodeck's support has been fast, patient, and helpful. Their service is great and I would definitely recommend Yodeck for all digital signage needs!

Pros

has completely transformed the way my organization and I do digital signage. We used to have individual USB sticks for all of our 40+ screens throughout our building, but was looking for a more manageable solution and landed on Yodeck. Yodeck has been absolutely game-changing for us. The ability to schedule graphics, videos, and "apps" (like weather or calendar widgets) have allowed our screens to always show the most relevant thing at any given moment. It has also freed up our team by allowing them to prepare screens well in advance, creating a nearly "set it and forget it" system. Yodeck also is continuously updating their system with features and apps to make it the best it can be, which assures me that we have the product of a company that truly cares about their users.

Cons

The interface was slightly difficult to learn at first. Additionally, assigning individual graphics to individual screens on a regularly scheduled basis can be somewhat time consuming if you have a lot of screens, however the time it takes is still significantly less than using USBs or other over the network services.

Seamless and pleasant. I used man systems before and I am amazed at how streamlined and user friendly that have made everything. It is really an outstanding piece of software.

Pros

The ease of use and the fact that they give you one screen for use absolutely FREE, indefinitely. The user interface is welcoming and easy to navigate. There is a wide breadth of design and customisations possibilities. Best of all there a lots of integrations to help easily interact with other programs to produce what you want.

Cons

It's not possible to speak with someone that can help if there is a problem or question. Although this something liked least, it does not mean that there is not support available, because there is, just not easily in the way of a telephone conversation.

the software was awful, very restrictive and badly designed. I sent the screen back and didnt sign up with them because it was so bad. The design preview didnt match the output for starters. Fonts and positions were different. Complete nightmare

Outside of the network issue, has been very easy to use. It is simple and straightforward. It is a great option for our first go round with in store screen messaging. It looks to have advanced features, including multiple screen capability.

Pros

Very easy to setup and use. I am able to upload files, add them to playlists and push to screens in store from a remote location.

Cons

Could not manually download playlists to screen. There were some type of network issues when pushing playlists. While the screens did have internet access, the playlist could not be pushed. If there was a playlist file to download, this would have solved the issue quickly.

Before , every remote site was doing their own thing when it came to digital signage. We lacked consistency in communication across locations. Some screens weren’t updated regularly, others had outdated messaging, and we had no way to verify what was actually being shown. Now we can see from our Yodeck dashboard exactly what is on each screen across our locations.

Pros

We manage digital signage across multiple remote locations throughout the U.S., and has made that process simple and consistent. Setup has been straightforward and quick, even for teams with limited tech experience. The interface is clean and easy to use. We’re able to schedule content, push updates remotely, and keep messaging aligned across all sites without having someone physically present. That’s been a game changer. Almost too good to be true for the price.

Cons

The only downside so far has been occasional syncing delays on a few screens when internet connections are spotty but that’s more of a local network issue than a issue. As long as the device is online, it works as expected.

I set up a display for our school and am impressed by how easy it is to set up and use. I've tried other programs that weren't as easy to use!

Pros

Easy to install, quick to use. My experience has only been with displaying JPG files. The file resolution is highly variable, and it scales automatically.

Cons

Nothing. But I only have experience with displaying JPG files. I haven't had to use any other media.
