Pros

is just super reliable. I love that I don't have to constantly check if the screens are running correctly; it just works in the background. The drag-and-drop interface makes creating layouts very easy even for someone who isn't a designer.

Cons

Nothing—we're very satisfied with the software. We've been happy with the software from the very beginning, and I have no complaints about it

Really easy to do business with them. We ordered the player online and it arrived in a few days, plug and play and took around 2 hours to get installed and working. Couldnt get any better

Pros

This is a great product and works straight out of the box, easy to use, customised and setup! Together with a fair price it is ideal.

Cons

Nothing at all - we have been using the product for 3 months and no negative comments to make at all.

The simplicity. It’s so easy to update, schedule and manage content, even on the busiest days. It’s reliable, quick to use, and parents really engage with the information on the screen. And the biggest bonus — it’s completely free to use for a single screen, which is perfect for us. It just makes communication smoother and more organised without any extra cost.

Cons

Honestly, nothing stands out. It does exactly what we need it to do, and we’ve not had any issues with it at all.

Amazing and fantastic! This product just works! Yes, the power on and off is not foolproof but this is not 's fault but rather the TV vendor. 90% of our TVs it works fine on one the schedule and power on and off doesn't. TVs also lose power which resets their internal clocks which causes issues.

Pros

LOVE the price, ease of implementation, ease of management doesn't need to be babysat and updated every 5 seconds

Cons

can't easily bulk download files from the portal, not much else besides it can be time consuming to re-arrange when you have 50-100+ items in a playlist

We use for our small school and it's very reliable and easy to use. If you have a few screens, Yodeck is the way to go.

Pros

It's such an easy system and reliable! It's very good value for what you re paying and it's a plug and play system which is very helpful when managing it..

Cons

I really like everything about . Very happy with it. The only thing I can think of is that I wish the internal design system had a few more options to play with. I tend to use Photoshop of Adobe Express to create the content.

My overall experience with has been positive. There are a few minor issues but nothing that takes me away from the platform or results in me viewing it in a negative light.

Pros

provides a streamlined process to communicate media on a TV. You can organise media, create schedules, playlists, import Google Slides, setup widgets, and so much more. Long gone are the days of plugging in a USB to the side of the screen or needing to connect a laptop and running through HDMI, just hoping the aspect ratio matches. Yodeck sorts this all for us remotely.

Cons

I'd love to be able to setup a playlist, assign it to a schedule, but have certain images within the playlist set with an expiry date of sorts. For example, if an event were promoted through an image in a playlist, to ensure that event is promoted after the event takes place, I can create a second playlist, go into my schedules, and then have one playlist (with event promo) set to a certain date, and then another playlist after that. If I could instead set an expiry on that image, I setup one playlist, set it to run forever, and then load in my image with an expiry or "auto-remove from playlist" date to help me automate my workflow and not need as many playlists. Just a small thing. One other, is that one user can't have access to multiple properties. I need to set up another email for another Yodeck. This really needs to be fixed.

Our experience, with set up administration and support has been great. We also enjoyed the use of the various integration tools that we were able to use when creating dashboards.

Pros

was super easy and simple to set up. Beyond set up, the administration of it and support that we have had was great! We started by trying the free tier to play around with it, and we have been super satisfied!

Cons

We have been using for a short period of time at this point. There are no issues that we have run into that were a result of the Yodeck software or player itself!

Got a couple of these to replace our in house option and have been pretty pleased with them so far. Hopefully we'll move over the rest of the TVs soon

Pros

Easy for regular users to update content, SSO integration, ability to upload HTML files for custom apps, doesn't need 24/7 network connection, free web player option, works on existing hardware, paid subscription comes with a free raspberry pi that can be preconfigured with network info & default content

Cons

Nothing so far, it's just been doing what I tell it to do

Pros

Quick account setup, intuitive website UI, affordable billing options, responsive customer support channels, and a large variety of integrations and customization once implemented. Overall a great product and service. These device are used on a daily basis to provide an additional communication medium around the office.

Cons

Not much... but to be fair, some of their built in apps are a little limited in scope and improvements in the functionality of some integrations (on top of more integrations) are always welcome.

I needed signage for a small business that has multiple small retail units, this fitted perfectly. I can use the software to schedule screen content changes on a daily or weekly basis.

Pros

I've been using for a month now, it's so easy to pick up. The controls are all where you'd expect them to be, and do what they say, it's intuitive.

Cons

I think the interface could do with some more colour to help define some of the areas of importance, this would help a new user to navigate easily

Positive and user friendly. I've not had any issues and I also appreciate their video explainers a lot. That is how I found the tool.

Pros

Absolutely more easy to use then other tools I've used. I like how does not stress the 'extra features' I'm not using. Thing like embedded weather reports are not valuable for money for our business. I also like the exact right amount of settings and options. Not overwhelming but there when i need them, such as the 180 degree flipping of media.

Cons

Sometimes I think I've pushed something to the screen but then there's a setting somewhere I must have missed and it doesn not update. But I always get it after a couple of minutes.

The ease of putting out information to our students has neever been easier. This allows us to keep our scholars updated for club meetings, weather, etc.

Cons

The templates can feel a little clunky. I have used some other services prior to Yodek and some of their templates feel easier to interact with.

Great support, great platform, great and kind people. About 5 years ago we started with and we started with one screen. One screen was free and so we had the ability to test the platform and see how it worked and felt. The platform works great and it has a lot of features such as that you can see the screens from the platform instead of having to walk to every screen. Also the installation is easy to do and you only have to do that once and it keeps working all the time. No freezing or anything, it's very stable.

Pros

The fact that they're developing their their services continously. Also that you have the ability to start for free with only one screen.

Cons

That everything comes with a price. Most great features are premium or enterprise feature which you have to pay extra for.

Pros

la cosa che mi è piaciuta di più del servizio è sicuramente la velocità di aggiornamento dal back-end al front-end. È decisamente facile da usare. Molto intuitivo la gestione dei layout e delle playlist. Non ho ancora provato l'assistenza clienti, ma il bot ai che hanno implementato è mirato e ha risposto a tutti i miei dubbi sia commerciali che tecnici tramite messaggio. Lo uso e userò con raspberry pi, un dispositivo economico che non è molto ben visto dai puristi del signage, ma che io sto testando con ottimi risultati.

Cons

il fatto di non poter mettere 2 video in contemporanea. Avendo già degli schermi attivi con questa soluzione dovrò cambiare un po' il layout, ma ho già ovviato al problema

They have been a very easy to learn and work with company and product. So much so that we're not using their platform via the App they released on Fire Stick for display important server data onto TVs.

Pros

The versatility of the platform to effortlessly display any required documentation, ads, web pages, videos. It's simplicity to displays into any groups you could want.

Cons

There is not a whole lot to dislike. If I had to say anything it would be the initial setup but that's only because for many it may be an unfamiliar environment however they have incredible step by step instructions.

I use to display my menu on a TV for my food trailer. It really helps the customers be able to see the pictures of my food items in better detail and get a clear picture of the menu before they order.

Pros

I like how simple it is to set up just plug and play. It makes getting started that much easier. Within minutes I was able to turn my screen into a menu board.

Cons

So far I don't dislike anything about the player and software. It has met all of my needs so far.

At Grove Studios, we absolutely love 's remote management capabilities. Running 24/7 self-service music studios across multiple locations means we can't always have staff on-site, but Yodeck lets us update content, schedules, and important information from anywhere. The playlist functionality has been perfect for showcasing our member spotlights, upcoming events, and membership packages. The ease of use is outstanding - even our less tech-savvy team members picked it up quickly. Setting up new displays as we've expanded has been plug-and-play simple. We especially appreciate the scheduling features that let us program content weeks in advance, which is crucial during busy recording seasons when we're focused on supporting our musicians. Their reliability has been rock-solid, which is essential for our operation where screens need to display critical information at all hours. it will take some time to get used to it, but once I get through all the things it was easy and saves lot of time.

Pros

Robust content deployment. Once I deploy I will be sure that the content is deployed without any check from the screen.

Cons

It's UX. for a simple change to reflect I have to edit multiple locations. Same thing goes for managing subscription.
