So far have had a great experience customer support has been very responsive and easy to implement. Hardware was received within 7 days from purchase.

Pros

Easy deployment and hardware versatility.

Cons

A drag and drop feature with the media library would be instead of the select and move. Nice to have but just as easy to move and relocate media. Also ran into an issue with PowerBi widget and was only to work around by publishing reports as an application and displaying as an application through powerbi.

Cons

Running it through the tv browser is limiting, works much better on a yodeck player.

The UX of the site is what drew me in. A lot of alternatives don't have that feature.

It's very easy to use, there are a bunch of resources out there to help you troubleshoot or if you just want to learn more about it's capabilities. I love how easy it was to install.

Pros

I love how easy the installation was. Literally step-by-step instructions and multiple videos to reference on YouTube.

Cons

The interface is still a bit clunky but it seems like that's the case with any signage service.

Pros

I have really enjoyed using Yodeck as an ongoing communication to our employees. So far, we have three TVs spread out for employees to view. We use it to rotate announcements, weekly quotes, safety tips, birthdays and work anniversaries. Using Yodeck has been an efficient way to celebrate our employees as well as inform them. It is also easy to use and has plenty of options to explore. I can put something up right away if I want, or I can schedule it far in advance. I like to choose the date and time I want it to go up and to go down. I also like using the widgets, especially the local weather and clock time. Our employees have shared they appreciate having that visible. We always open the rotation with our logo welcoming any visitors to our company, so it looks professional to clients as well. I would recommend Yodeck to anyone for their digital signage needs!

Cons

A good idea that I think Yodeck could include would be a place to create graphics. Right now, I use Canva to create my graphics, then download them and upload them to Yodeck. It would be easier if they had a program already a part of it so I could do it all in one place.

SaaS that offers quite a lot and yet is very reasonably priced. Dashboard is quite intuitive; everything is just a few clicks away. Support is fast, kind and knowledgeable.

Pros

Ease of adding / integrating new player is stuff of legends. Very enjoyable experience.

Cons

not many options to do own branding other than becoming a partner

Their Yodeck vs OptiSigns comparison is dishonest. They also do not offer 1 fully functional player license for free to fully test the solution, like Yodeck does. Also I liked Yodeck's dashboard more

When people walk into our Center they are reminded of an upcoming program, just that simple reminder is all it takes for some to sign up so that is how I know it is working.

Pros

This is a free and simple program to use. We are a small Recreation Center and put up our upcoming programs as reminders., open gym times, etc. It has been a great addition to our lobby.

Cons

I wish the schedule was a little easier to use, but other than that, NOTHING. EASY to use and HIGHLY recommend!

It was recommended by someone and it was free so we went with Yo Deck!

The company's customer support is exceptional. They treat me very well and seem ready to adapt to my own customers' needs without a lot of delay.

Pros

I like the Raspberry Pi players and the fact that they come with the annual subscription. This lets me focus on my specialty which is the content. I am confident that my customers will have a good experience with the service I'm providing.

Cons

I don't have any criticisms of Yodeck. It seems to take care of all my concerns nicely.

If a company ask about Yodeck I will say yes immediately because with this tool you can communicate easily and faster

Pros

With Yodeck yo ucan have a global standardisation and the Management can communicate easily with the factory all over the world and local IT can also personnalised information

Cons

That you can not have a live view of the player through the managing webpage. Only small picture taking each 30 secondes Some pictures could not be well resize by the system "picture". To communicate with basic picture, I use a powerpoint file to have the good size

Pros

Yodeck is truly a hidden gem in the digital signage/CMS world. It's packed with thousands of (beautiful) pre-built templates and overall the player and product itself are extremely easy to set up. I also greatly appreciate their partnership program and flexibility for companies like ours that are just starting out in the space. Their knowledgebase articles and documentation are also very thorough and well put together. I've had to submit one support ticket, and my question and issue was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend their solution to both established and new companies alike.

Cons

The initial learning curve, however that is expected as of any solution or technology. It would be nice to see further customization for their apps, ie. Social Media wall, etc.

I have been using Yodeck for a few months and I am very satisfied with it. It is a powerful and user-friendly digital signage solution that allows me to create and manage content easily. I can use different types of media, such as videos, images, web pages, and more, and display them on any TV screen with a simple plug-and-play device. The software is cloud-based, so I can update my signage from anywhere. The customer support is excellent and always ready to help. The pricing is fair and competitive.

Pros

Very user-friendly. Wide range of media support, such as videos, images, web pages and Youtube. Nice hardware support.Software is cloud-based, only requiring an internet connection. Good customer support.The pricing is fair.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that the software requires an internet connection to setup. However, this is not a big issue for me. It will operate offline once all media assets have been cached.

Great. Very happy with the solution, and have no plans of changing.

Pros

Its easy to use with its intuitive UI, and it works exactly like we need it to work. Its helped us be efficient and opening up new revenue streams.

Cons

Nothing really. But if you're making me pick something it would have to be the fact that I cant perfectly sync 10 different monitors, so they all start playing their video at the exact same time. I would love to have 10 monitors that are standing next to eachother have a guy walking in between the screens seamlessly.

So far it has been totally hands off since we installed. If we could get the users to keep their hands off the HDMI cords to the TV that would be great!

Pros

Easy setup and great monitoring abilities. You also use the Raspberry Pi which makes it super easy to plug right into any TV. You are up in running managing content in no time.

Cons

Maybe just the cost per unit. I wish there was a flat campus price or something. But the ease of setup and monitoring out way the cost quickly.

Communication's looked at others but I am not sure the names. The hardware and service with Yodeck made it an easy choice.

I'm so glad that I decided to use Yodeck for my media advertising. I have a monitor in our lobby and one in our sauna room, so clients can learn about new services, special deals and events. Super efficient. I am saving so much money compared to what I was using before and getting so much more for my $$$.

Pros

I love that Yodeck let's you customize your playlist with your photos, video's and even has widgets for social media including Facebook and Instagram. It's easy to download files into your account and they also have their own layouts that you can use to customize and create what ever you want.

Cons

It did take me a little time to figure out the scheduling process. Making a playlist was a breeze, scheduling it to run was a little more involved, especially if you are running multiple playlists on one media screen. Might just be me.

Reason for choosing Yodeck

Price point was one main driving force. I also liked how the monitors hooked up to the TV screens better than the other product I was looking at. It just looked like a much easier configuration and it was!

Overall, a great experience! No issues over the years, and if there's ever a glitch or bug, a restart of the Raspberry Pi seems to do the trick. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs an easy to use, customizable platform to manage their digital signage screens.

Pros

I've been using Yodeck for years now for a looping display at various business locations, as well as a welcome screen in the lobby of our office building (showing hours, directory, announcements, weather, etc...)

Cons

It's hard for me to come up with a con for Yodeck truly... It works great for digital signage and for my needs. I did have a need for an interactive kiosk setup, but found that Yodeck's options weren't going to be enough for what I needed to do, so I had to go a different route for my kiosk setup.

Yodeck has been a great choice for us as a signage platform for our Samsung displays, especially because they have a native Tizen version of their app. The alternative, MagicInfo is expensive and much more complicated to set up. At the the current YoDeck price points, it is a much better value. While there are some minor frustrations, the ease of use and flexibility make it a pretty strong contender among other options.

Great system we use at our site daily for employee information sharing and also KPI screen displays. . It setup straight from the box, without issue. Any requests we have sent to their tech support team have been resolved quickly. We have 8 players in the USA at 2 sites, it works great with Power Bi reports. We have systems in Hungary also. With the start price point and their "first player free", its a no risk signage option for anyone.

I'd like if they had some more commercial price break points, for 10 screens +
