I am able to complete my work efficiently and accurately because of this product. Pros Yodeck is easy to use and makes my work very efficient. I like that I can schedule different items to display and stop displaying, and that it takes a wide variety of file types. Cons It can sometimes be a bit glitchy. Occasionally, I have trouble with an item uploading or with pushing something to players. Most of the time, it works fine, though. Pros Was able to try before you buy so we did not have to commit to a up front hardware cost and a contract. Cons Hard to get real time content to the screens. One of its strongest points is the simplicity of the dashboard and the player setup process, deployment is straightforward, allowing screens to be configured and managed quickly without requiring extensive technical expertise. The variety of supported device is great, but it's easy to get complimentary yodeck players with the license. For organizations operating across multiple locations worldwide, Yodeck offers significant value through its ability to share and schedule content across different sites while taking into account local time zones and varying business hours. The platform is a true game changer when it comes to remote management. Without being physically on-site, users can update layouts, playlists, and media content across multiple screens, applying customized settings to each device. Another highly appreciated feature is the content scheduling system. The calendar interface allows to plan campaigns and communications well in advance, ensuring that the right content is displayed at the right time. The ability to create multiple users with customized permissions enables different departments to manage their own content while restricting access to specific screens or screen groups, helps the IT team to handoff the management of contents. Pros The simplicity and ease of use of the dashboard and the player setup is really straigh-forward, granular user permissions and content schedule is the real deal. Cons Nothing in particular. It would be beneficial to include an SD card analyzer on first boot, since it can happen that a card isn’t working properly and the screen then shows no image.
