Mosaiq nous permet de réduire la saisie de commande et la création de fichier en vue de les imprimer à une simple vérification et quelques manipulations, permettant un gain de temps de 50% sur ces opérations et un réel confort de travail.

Pros

Une prise en main facile et intuitive, une équipe à l'écoute et réactive.

Cons

Pour notre application je n'en vois aucun pour le moment.

Pris en main facile, service client à l'écoute et développeurs ouverts aux conseils d'optimisation (ce qui est assez rare...).

Pros

L'ergonomie (et donc la facilité de pris en main) est excellente. La navigation est naturelle et intuitive (ce qui est très rare dans ce domaine...). Un collaborateur peut être autonome très rapidement.

Cons

Un point faible qui découle d'un point fort : Mosaiq permet de modifier des articles en masse avec une grande facilité et ainsi généré de gros gains de temps. Mais cela entraine parfois de petits bugs. Il faut donc bien vérifier son travail après avoir effectué cette opération. Mais si Bug il y a, les équipes le résolvent très rapidement. C'est donc une faiblesse acceptable compte tenu du gain apporté.

Pros

1\. La gestion des informations produits est très facile. Plus besoin de passer par Excel (trop complexe et chronophage). De plus, tout est dans un seul référentiel qui permet de centraliser, viabiliser et enrichir toutes les données et médias produits. 2. On gagne en optimisation du time to market pour créer de nouveaux supports web et print. C'est un vrai plus. 3. La plateforme est très facile à utiliser et le SAV reste très présent si besoin (appelé deux fois et réponse très rapide).

Cons

Aucun. Il convient parfaitement et répond aux besoins définis au départ.

\- Gain de temps dans la gestion des produits - Automatisation des échanges avec les autres outils SI (ERP, CRM...) - Beaucoup plus de rapidité dans la mise à jour et la commercialisation de mes produits.

Pros

Interface claire et ergonomique, grande simplicité d’utilisation, l'outil me fait gagner énormément de temps dans la gestion des produits et offres de l'entreprise. L'équipe support est très pédagogue et très réactive et la solution en fait beaucoup au regard de l'investissement demandé.

Cons

Peut être davantage de tuto sur les points assez technique, mais apparemment c'est en cours. :)
