" January 18, 2018 5.0 Read my review Pros Cellsell is a current software proven by their software stability, reliability, industry experience, and exceptional technical support response. As a CPA, I love the integrated accounting and having everything in one system. Cellsell has helped us track hundreds of millions of dollars in carrier payments and easily calculates rep commissions within a multi-store, multi-rep environment. Inventory is tracked meticulously and handset history is easy to view allowing any issues to be resolved quickly. Review Source AF Adel F. January 26, 2018 4.0 There are some positives and negatives to any system, that said many of these also come down to learning some different ways of doing some things or how a particular system deals with some issues or challenges, but they understand and help you work through your unique challenges. Pros Choosing Cellsell was the one system option we found that was capable of running all of our businesses. While other companies are running a stand alone point of sale system, a stand alone accounting program and another one or two custom programs to run other non retail parts of their business, such as a two way radio business, we went with only one vendor and system. Dealing with software implementation is can be very daunting and support is also a concern. On that front was really where Cellsell has exceeded our expectations thus far. Their support has been timely, knowledgeable and effective at resolving issues as they have arisen and there dedicated training staff lead you carefully through the process and are very knowledgeable in both their software and running and managing a cellular business. We were forced to use this software and fought hard not to. Cons My biggest complaint is that it took way too many clicks just to find what I was looking for. Pros What I liked most about this particular software was how simple and easy it was for not just me to navigate and use but for my whole team to do so as well. Cons Honestly there's one thing I could utterly and absolutely could do without when it comes to this particular software "CellSell".....and that would have to be the bugs and glitches that it gradually starts to get as time using the software goes on. CellSell pays itself off, its a no brainer. Pros Cellsell is really easy to use, switching from our previous POS was seamless. Compensation reconciliation is a breeze. Integration of Bell's activation is simple and efficient, and now with the upgraded PO integration, we save more time and reduce mistakes to absolute zero. Cellsell's support team is quick to respond and help with any issue. Our project Manager, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], has gone above and beyond to make sure our experience with this product is nothing but perfect. 10/10 Cons only thing missing would be a tablet/mobile app to keep tabs away from the office.
