pessima - la peggior scelta della vita. Suggerito e caldeggiato dall ex commercialista ( ex infatti ). Aggressivi da un punto di vista commerciale e amministrativo. l Assistenza e' composta da signorine che non sanno bene rispondere alle domande e che non ascoltano quello che si spiega loro o faticano a comprenderlo. trattano il cliente come un pollo da spennare senza dare servizio.

nulla, non e' per niente intuitivo - e' complicato e cervellotico

Cons

lo svantaggio maggiore e' l assistenza con persone sempre diverse e non preparate . Risponste anche dopo giorni e giorni. L' amministrazione fattura anche senza presupposti . Se si cerca di contestare bloccano il servizio senza ascoltare le ragioni. Rispondono al telefono persone che non capiscono o non vogliono capire cio' che gli si dice. Difficile la comunicazione.

A parte qualche pecca complessivamente mi sento di consigliare il prodotto in quanto risulta essere snello, flessibile e molto intuibile. Ottima la gestione cloud e molto comodo l' utilizzo in mobilità

Processi di stampa e velocità di esecuzione non eccellenti almeno in una prima fase, dopo una serie di aggiornamenti la situazione sembra migliorata notevolmente ma si può fare ancora di più

Pros

The product is easy to use and has a lot of functionality.

Cons

The after sales support is not good.The customer buy the license and then the implementation of the product is made by another partner that non ever has the right resources and in enought number to support all the assigned customer.So the projects take a long time to develop and to arrive in production, years after the customer has bought the license.

All my work to build and implement team system into Bertagnolli is the result of a big effort done together with the software integrator Maestrale.

Pros

The project leader \[sensitive content hidden\] of the system integrator. He understands; he has an helicopter view; he perfectly knows the TS software; he really delivers solutions.Without person like him the best system doesn’t work.

Cons

Customer service. Ticket system does not fit with many customizations as we did to find the best way to manage our needs

Reasons for choosing TeamSystem Enterprise

I did not take that decision.

Molto apprezzabile come i dati siano collegabili fra loro, questo rende raggiungibile qualsiasi documento da qualsiasi posizione. Rende interrogabile facilmente il sistema e facile da usare. Molto apprezzata anche la barra di ricerca.

Cons

Molte interfaccia sono poco "friendly" e di difficile visualizzazione. Spesso non è possibile copiare un dato (esempio il codice prodotto) e costringe a riscrivere l'informazione.

Un buon prodotto che si utilizza con semplicità e veloce apprendimento.

Pros

La facilità di personalizzazione e il collegamento delle maschere fra di loro

Cons

La guida obsoleta e la possibilità di avere menu "intelligenti". Altro aspetto importante, il collegamento Gamma/Mes non permettere l'aggiornamento di alcuni dati su Gamma una volta lanciati i cicli di produzione.
