I’ve had a great experience with Workmotion. The onboarding process was smooth and well-organised, and the support throughout each step of my new contract has been insightful and reliable. The team made everything clear and easy to navigate, which really helped me feel confident from the start.

Pros

Quick, reliable, and highly knowledgeable service. Communication was clear and efficient throughout.

Cons

Honestly, there haven’t been any major downsides in my experience so far. If anything, there’s always room for small improvements in streamlining processes or communication as things scale, but everything has worked smoothly and efficiently for me.

I liked the way every step of the process was fairly easy. Every new step of the way was explained and was very easy to understand

The communication between the local partner and workmotion was not as smooth as it could have been. There were some minor delays because of it

Pros

I got in contact with Workmotion as an employee for the first time. The whole registration and onboarding process was really smooth with a real person assisting in the background. I only had a few minor questions, but it made a difference that I could ask for help instead of chatting with a bot. I definitely would be happy with future employers using Workmotion too.

Cons

For the first registration attempt my invite expired after 14 hours. It got quickly fixed though and I could register for the second attempt without any issue.

An excellent experience from the first sales call all the way through to contract signing. The platform is very user friendly for both employer and employee.

Pros

Customer service is second to none. Everyone is super informed and helpful. Onboarding in particular is excellent.

Cons

Nothing! Everything was great! There is nothing I didnt like, every request was replied to straight away.

My overall experience is very good with WorkMotion. They have great support, features and a great team witj a personal approach

Pros

The employee management is very goof on this platform! I like the features and security. The reimbursement of expenses is one I like a lot!

Cons

There is nothing big to dislike about Workmotion. They have great features. I only had once when a feature dissapeared but after contactinf support, it got resolved!

Early indications are good. It's comprehensive but not overwhelming so. Lots of great help articles and videos that make onboarding and getting up to speed really easy.

Pros

Comprehensive platform, very clearly laid out, very easy to understand and work with, the left hand navigator makes accessing all the features a breeze. Support has been excellent.

Cons

It's early days, there is nothing so far. I've contacted support a couple of times to check on things and they have been excellent. Prompt and helpful.
