I liked the way every step of the process was fairly easy. Every new step of the way was explained and was very easy to understand

Cons

The communication between the local partner and workmotion was not as smooth as it could have been. There were some minor delays because of it

The employee management is very goof on this platform! I like the features and security. The reimbursement of expenses is one I like a lot!

Cons

There is nothing big to dislike about Workmotion. They have great features. I only had once when a feature dissapeared but after contactinf support, it got resolved!

Workmotion is an easy understandable tool, which use is natural and works fast and reliable. Many options you will need for your work

I did not know it before, but from the content there are some points I do not need, but others may use it.

\- It helps us hire people abroad and therefore being more flexible when it comes to recruiting. - Improves the retaining-rate, as we can offer more employment-options. - Customer service experience is really good.

Cons

\- Still needs some adjustment when it comes to invoices e.g. - Also a lot of research needs to be done by our team before a hire- More service would be helpful there. - Countrypedia (explanation of the working conditions in a country) is not available for candidates which would be super beneficial. - Depending on the country time-tracking and vacation tracking can be exhausting.

It was good. In more than one year I probbaly wrote them only for advices, never for issues. Really really good

Pros

Everything worked smoothly. I was concerned about them correctly applying my fiscal advantages but they did it really well since the first payslip. Service is very fast and always very helpful

Cons

Really nothing, I liked everything, very good tool, nothing to complain about or nothing I didn't like, the very small small I thing which wasn't the best feature ever was to submit by checking every single day, then they just added the bulk button. But it is really small things immediately improved

Comprehensive platform, very clearly laid out, very easy to understand and work with, the left hand navigator makes accessing all the features a breeze. Support has been excellent.

Cons

It's early days, there is nothing so far. I've contacted support a couple of times to check on things and they have been excellent. Prompt and helpful.

Pros

WorkMotion has successfully managed to make my change of location not impact my professional growth. It allowed me to continue collaborating with the same company without any hassle and has continuously offered support regarding multiple topics ranging from payroll and contract management up to employee cycle questions. The speed with which the team clarifies any question and issue is amazing and I always feel at peace knowing that I have such great company on my side. Furthermore, having everything hosted in one single platform makes all processes so much more manageable and time efficient.

Cons

To this day I have not had a bad experience as part of WorkMotion. What would greatly add to the overall experience within the platform is if there was a way to automate and simplify the time tracking process with a "Start" and "Stop" buttons.

Cons

It could be fine if the platform had many languages. For example, I would like it to be available in Spanish. The same goes for support.

I don't think this is WorkMotion issue, but the contract I received was extremely long. It had all information, including benefits and laws in my country of origin, but maybe it would be good if they bookmarked information that was this employer-exclusive.

Easy to use, I mean in term of UI/UX is very pleased to my eyes. Not too messy. Proper and clean. Most importantly, convenient!

Maybe we can we have an app for mobile phone for workmotion. That way I dint have to browse through to apply my leave.

Quick response times and professional service. The agents are polite and friendly, making the experience positive. Everything is handled online, providing fast and efficient solutions.

Cons

Each time you speak with a different agent. It would be better to have a dedicated 'point of contact'—one or two agents—to build a stronger relationship. Currently, it feels a bit impersonal, almost like talking to machines.
