The user experience of this software is very friendly, while browsing you understand easily the solutions they provide us. I can enter my appointments quickly and efficiently. In addition, there's WANDA AI, an AI-powered assistant that reminds me about scheduling appointments weekly. I can also easily view my contract documents and download PDFs directly from the platform. There's also a chat function that allows me to create support tickets if I have any questions and the staff is always there to help. Payment deadlines and all other information are clearly laid out and easy to access.

User-friendly and intuitive interface. Clear and easy navigation, making it simple to understand the solutions offered. Quick and efficient appointment scheduling. WANDA AI assistant provides weekly reminders to schedule appointments. Easy access to contract documents. Ability to download PDFs directly from the platform. Integrated chat feature for creating support tickets. Responsive and helpful support team. Payment deadlines and other important information are clearly displayed. All essential information is easy to find and access.

Cons

I think it should be an additional option where the microsoft tems could use the time tracking from workmotion to their calendar.

My overall experience with WorkMotion has been excellent. From the first contact to signing the contract, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The platform itself is easy to use, and the communication throughout the onboarding process was clear and supportive. What really stood out was the personal touch, the team (especially \[sensitive content hidden\] ) was incredibly responsive, proactive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was understood and completed smoothly. Even though the setup involves an Employer of Record structure, the process felt seamless, and I always felt well taken care of. Overall, a very positive experience that made starting a new role through WorkMotion straightforward and stress-free.

Pros

WorkMotion has provided a smooth and reliable experience from the start. The platform is intuitive, and the onboarding process was straightforward with clear guidance at every step. In terms of value for money, it’s an excellent solution for companies and employees working across borders. The learning curve was minimal, the interface is clean and easy to navigate. I felt fully supported throughout the process, and communication with the team (especially \[sensitive content hidden\] ) was outstanding. Payroll and employee management are handled efficiently, and the security and compliance aspects give real peace of mind when working internationally.

Cons

The only minor downside is that, as an employee, you’re technically working through a middleman (EOR) rather than being directly employed by the company you’ll be working with. That can make certain things like contracts or benefits feel a bit more formal or indirect. That said, it’s understandable given the structure of international employment, and in practice it hasn’t caused any real issues, everything has still run smoothly thanks to the support from the WorkMotion team.

Very smooth, I would say. They've been my employer of record for about 2 years now and I've had no issues so far. The platform has a very low learning curve and feels secure. Most of the time I almost forget WorkMotion exists and just deal with the company I work for, which I see as a good sign. Everything runs in the background and does what it's supposed to.

Pros

The platform seems simple and easy to use. Payroll has always been on time so far, documents are well organised, and anything related to contracts, time tracking, or attendance is straightforward. They also seem on top of local legal changes, which gives me some peace of mind. Overall, things just work without any friction.

Cons

As an employee, I don't interact with them very often, so I don't really have strong negatives. Some areas like collaboration or extra features aren't very visible to me, but that's mostly because I rarely need them.

I’ve used many HR systems, and WorkMotion truly stands out. The support team is responsive and helpful, and I’ve been able to get answers to all my HR queries directly through the platform. Salary processing is always on time, with no delays and clear access to salary slips. Even as a new user, everything has worked smoothly, making WorkMotion one of the best HR platforms I’ve come across.

Pros

What I appreciate most about WorkMotion is how easy and smooth the entire platform is to use. Even as a new user, everything feels intuitive and well-organized. The HR support is excellent — whenever I have a question or concern, I get clear answers right within the platform without needing to look anywhere else. Another big advantage is how simple it is to manage leave. It’s very easy to find all my leave details, apply for leave, and receive quick approvals without any hassle. Salary processing is also extremely reliable, with no delays and instant access to salary slips. Overall, WorkMotion has been the best HR platform I’ve used in my 7 years in the IT industry.

Cons

I haven’t faced any major issues with WorkMotion. Since I’m still relatively new to the platform, it took a little time to explore all the features, but the learning curve was minimal. Other than that, everything has worked smoothly for me.

I have been using Workmotion for just under two years now, and it's my first experience of using such a service. I was initially a little bit skeptical that it would be an adequate replacement for a "direct with employer" contract, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The platform is easy to use, covers all my needs, and the staff are tremendously helpful whenever any issue comes up that I need help with. I recommend Workmotion without hesitation!

Pros

Incredibly helpful staff, very easy to book time off, documents always easy to locate, very easy to manage system when getting business travel expenses approved.

Cons

The new "travel hub" section is a little confusing, especially when it comes to understanding which documents are needed for certain destinations (if any).

Everything worked smoothly. I was concerned about them correctly applying my fiscal advantages but they did it really well since the first payslip. Service is very fast and always very helpful

Really nothing, I liked everything, very good tool, nothing to complain about or nothing I didn't like, the very small small I thing which wasn't the best feature ever was to submit by checking every single day, then they just added the bulk button. But it is really small things immediately improved

The only thing I didn’t like that much is that on business trips to abroad there’s no daily wage or per diem. But they helped me to arrange this by reporting the daily wage from my user company as an expense, so they also solved it.

Pros

Our concerns are taken seriously, and even subtle nuances are promptly fed back to us via customer service. The level of personal support has now become excellent.

Cons

The greatest challenges lie in the differences across Europe, as there are no uniform regulations, for example with regard to company cars in sales roles. However, this is not the responsibility of WorkMotion. It is, nonetheless, something one needs to be aware of in advance.

\- simple and straightforward onboarding to their platform and overall employment start process - quick and helpful responses from tech support

Cons

Actually nothing that Workmotion was responsible for. However, one part of the onboarding process was a bit unpleasant. I had to complete a medical examination at their partner clinic, Enelmed, and the doctor was not particularly pleasant to interact with. That said, this was of course outside of WorkMotion’s control :)

WorkMotion makes international hiring much easier. The platform is intuitive and the onboarding process is well structured, which saves a lot of time on the HR side. What stands out in particular is the responsiveness and support of the team. Whenever questions come up, they are handled quickly and in a very solution oriented way. Overall it removes a lot of complexity from cross border employment.

Cons

Overall the experience has been very positive. If anything, some processes could be a bit faster or more transparent in terms of status updates during certain steps. However, the support team is always available and helps clarify open questions quickly, so this has not been a major issue for us.
