observIQ Reviews
"Easy setup and monitoring for web application"
Overall: Overall observiq has been great to work with and implement. It filled a need that I had to get monitoring up and running quickly on my linux server. Set up was easy and support was excellent.
Pros: 1. Easy to setup and configure with our web server and application 2. Great service from the observiq folks through chat, email, and video chat. 3. Love the alerts based on specific triggers in the logs. 4. Many built in connectors to server types, applications, log-types, etc. They seem to be adding new ones as needed, too.
Cons: I liked mostly everything. There were a couple of things on the server I needed to monitor that didn't have a a pre-built connector. However, the support team helped me get the generic connector to work, and it was great!
"The most powerful and intuitive collector"
Overall: Overall it has been a good experience, we started using it thanks to its compatibility with Google Cloud, and the truth is that it has been a success. I would like to highlight their technical support that has helped us on several occasions and very quickly.
Pros: the clear and intuitive interface that it has
Cons: the difficulty in the first steps to install the server. I think there should be an executable as such, it would be easier.
