The system is very easy to use and we keep on finding new cool things we like :-) Pros It is very user friendly and the support is definatelly one of the best I know. We alway have one person to talk to and to get trainings from. She helps us in every situation (even if we have to get the same training more than once). The system is very easy to setup und to use for our workers. They can access mLean from the computer or iPad and even smartphone. We now have the overview on every audit performed and every action which is required and even have a simple tool for improvment ideas. The system keeps on getting new cool functions and the supports reacts quickly on feature suggestions and errors or bug reports. Cons Some of the build in reports are nte suitable for us so you have to build your own dashboards and you don't get a basic Power BI files to start your journey. Review Source RB Richard B. I have seen first hand how much Mlean has grown and improved and I feel it has pushed me to improve with it. There isn't a working day I don't use Mlean as a system and love how as a company they don't just stand still but look to improve Pros I like how easy Mlean is to use, in the past we used a SAP based product that was not very user friendly. Every App looks the same and is very standardised. The system is very easy to train out to my team and the updates keep improving each time. I also love how easy it is to customise it is for my companies needs. The support staff are great and are always very helpful, knowledgeable and quick to answer any of my questions. Not having the capability to be linked with other application it is difficult to be maintain update - it is time consuming to register all information and because of this is recommended to be used for routines not as a tracker of defects, reasons of defects or corrective actions detected / implemented. Very good for the ability to provide needed view to different management level due to high flexibility in filtering and sorting the data. Pros Flexibility in sorting data and getting results based on multiple criteria. Cons The time consuming process of tool setup - limitation in automatic upload of the data or, at least mass upload of require information in a given template ( structure, people, standards,..) for easy setup. Time consuming action /alarms introduction - is good to have scanning opportunity for standard fields completion. I am thankful to work with a competitive team like \[sensitive content hidden\]...MLean! Pros First of all, I like the adaptability of the system. Since we implemented the first application, everything that we suggested it was rapidly available and running. Every ticket is responded in minutes, and time to time support team contacts us to check if there are some new needs that they can help with! Great system and applications, very good availability, it is usable on the field and dashboard, and all data is always fast processed. Cons There is nothing to be mentioned really. Prior to mlean we were using giant spreadsheets that could become overwhelming. Mlean has helped us to clean that up and make things easier to find, view, change and just come up in the technological world. Pros I like how mlean and its various areas are all connected. It takes a lot of what would be repetitive work away. I also like its real time capabilities and at the click of a button things can be changed. Cons There are some minor dislikes with mlean such as being able to put things in a particular order, can't see a flow chart in the approvals to know where in the process something has stopped and not having the capability to just notify someone of a visual standard submission and/or approval without giving them more abilities.
