Pros

The continuous customer support every step of the way through set up, implementation and use has been amazing. Most of the features are working as expected and it is really good to have all our different manufacturing tools in one place.

Cons

Some of the features aren't quite reaching our requirements yet.

Es una buen programa en el cual al darle seguimiento puede cumplir con las necesidades que tiene la planta. En general, me encuentro satisfecha con el programa como con la persona que nos brinda soporte.

Pros

Lo que me gusta mas de el programa de MLean es que a traves de los filtros se puede observar la informacion de manera mas especifica de tal modo que da la seguridad de que la informacion solicitada es correcta.

Cons

Al momento de utilizar el ipad con los respectivos programas se encuentra un momento en donde al momento del uso se cierran constantemente

Muy positiva. El rol de la Sales Manager en primera instancia y el rol de la Project Manager ha sido excelente en el modo de entender nuestras caracteristicas y buscar las mejores soluciones y adaptaciones del sistema. Siempre abiertas a ofrecer todo lo necesario, sin barreras. Han ofrecido servicios complementarios sin extra coste. Excelente colaboracion y soporte.

Pros

El origen de la compañia, eso ha marcado la vision y desarrollo de las diferentes modulos, aplicaciones y funcionalidad del producto. El equipo de personas. La disposicion. La vision de seguir creciendo y ofrecer mas soluciones. La escucha y adaptacion a las necesidades de los clientes. Enfoque practico.

Cons

Debido a su origen (fortaleza) tiene algunos modulos muy particulares al sector de automocion. Si quieren que se pueda aplicar a otros sectores deberan hacer algunas adaptaciones a como se realizan las operaciones en distintos sectores, como por ejemplo Farmaceutico o Gran Consumo.

Pros

Toda la gestión básica del lean y como esta gestión se puede utilizar para la gestión diaria, controles, acciones, etc.

Cons

Tener actualizaciones cada 2 meses, pero por la problemática actual de que los usuarios no sean autónomos.

Pros

\*Standardization of the operations with videos is a value added solution. \*Standard Word Audit application as a Job Observation tool \*ILUO module highly valued and linked with the standards.

Cons

\*There are a lot of modules to cover all the “Lean Management” items (all of them useful). Due to this, sometimes could be a little bit confusing initial configuration of the system
