Pros

Form Swift is a great software to use for e-signatures and document management. I use it often for my small business when I need signatures.

Cons

The signature box for form swift is small but overall it is still easy to use.

Overall the experience was good. Easy to use.

Pros

Was drawn to the fact that form swift offers many free legal documents for personal use. For my company, it made the signing of documents easy.

Cons

After creating and signing a document, I tried to access the printed version after the trial period from within the application and it took me to a screen asking for payment.

1\. Easy to use. 2. I liked the PDF editor as it has all the common features like redacting, adding text etc. 3. Uploads the PDF files and other files quickly.

Cons

I only found the editing function in PDF editing not being there i.e. selecting text and editing it.

Service is not available. I found someone to talk with and they were not useful, or helpful, at all. Again, I feel I am being strung out for seven days and then my account will magically appear and a $37 payment will be billed to my account that Form Swift could not find for the previous seven days. I am embarrassed for Form Swift, but they are who they are.

Pros

Not much to like. Simple software designed to hook customers and get them paying monthly payments because they cannot cancel.

Cons

I am told I can try it and cancel any time. This is not true. I tried to cancel, and Form Swift said I do not have an account, but I am sure it is a ploy to get me to wait through the seven day period, then bill me an additional $37.

Horrible experience. I needed to print a POA & medical forms only. I don’t need a monthly subscription and now can’t cancel. 8 mos of billing with a company refusal to cancel. Don’t risk it because it appears to be a scam with NO WAY TO CANCEL!!!

Pros

If it’s too easy, something is wrong. Easy to download and impossible to cancel!

Cons

3 requests to cancel have been submitted yet I have continued to be billed monthly.

Disappointing, since Formswift could easily fix these issues, but seems disinterested.

Pros

Formswift is easy to use, but that's not enough to justify the its missteps.

Cons

Form swift utilizes an unethical subscription model, forcing you to pay for a year in advance and, if you cancel the renewal early, you lose access to all of your files. This forces users to wait until just before the renewal date to cancel, with the hope that you will simply forget. Customer service is also incredibly slow to respond and unhelpful.

They were only willing to refund one month when they can see in their history search that I have not used the service. I consider that very unfriendly for users.

Pros

I signed up for the free trial to do a living trust and power of attorney for my father after my mother's death. I was not aware this was a monthly charge. I googled "free documents" and got this website. They have been charging my deceased father's account for a year. Once I was able to take charge of his affairs, they will not work with me in regard to the monthly fee they have charged for a year when they can tell I have clearly NOT used their services. It's a trap.

Cons

They basically trick you into joining by telling you the service is free.

That it seemed to be easy to use somewhat

Cons

They will let you go ahead and take the time and effort to do all the edits to your pdf, and then at the end of it if you won't give your credit card info and subscribe indefitely (after the free trial) its all a nasty trap and a complete rip PDF master on the other hand lets you buy a week's liscenece for only $0.99 while if you forget or can't work out how to cancel your expensive subscription(that don't tell you how either) to Form Swift you'll be in for a rediculously expensive bill that no one in their right mind would pay just to edit PDFs, the idea being that you forget, thats how they make their money by charging you an insane sum and then hoping you'll forget, NEVER use Form Swift

I used them for an eviction notice in NJ. They provided the form for a notice to quit which isn’t the same. I called and asked for the proper documents and they stated that they don’t have it but we’re charging me anyway.

Excellent navigation and easy to use, the platform is efficient and effective

Cons

I can't pinpoint anything I don't like about FormSwift, except for the unavailability of some forms, and features to file ERC

Big time suck. You are stealing from me just like a pick pocket.

Nothing anymore since you ripoed me off.

Cons

You charge fees that I did not authorize. You just depleted all the cash I had. I only authorized $1.95 for 7 days. And now I am seeing a charge for $37.00. For what?! I don't know! I am so sick of companies like you taking advantage of my debit card.

I was disappointed that I was not provided with a refund when requested. I tried creating one firm during the trial period, did not use it. Forgot about it until I saw the charge on my visa statement. I immediately cancelled, requested a refund and was denied. They cited their company policy as the basis for denial. I was hoping for a refund regardless.

Pros

I do not like anything. The form was not the one chosen to use. Other was used.

Cons

They did not provide a warning that I was leaving the trial period and I was then charged full amount without an invoice or notification I discovered the charge on my visa statement, requested a refund and was denied. Only one firm was created and that was during the trial period.

The google listing that took me to this site specifically implied that it would be free. The site didn't give me any price info until I entered data, when it displayed that a 7 day trial was actually $1.98 up front with the balance due in 8 days. Later when I tried to cancel, the email on their site came back as incorrect and the online chat wouldn't pick up. I'm very concerned about the ethics of this site and the security of the data I entered.

Pros

The 1099s I needed to print actually printed correctly.

Cons

False and misleading price advertising and poor customer service to cancel.

Pros

When I first added it to my Chrome extensions, I needed it RIGHT THEN, and it was easy to set up and use immediately.

Cons

I couldn't download my altered pdf directly. I had to e-mail it to myself and then download it. Seems silly to only have a Print option in the days when so many of us don't have printers at home.

It was a nightmare. And canceling my card put me on a trip with no access to my bank account. It felt like robbery.

Pros

It was easy to print a time-sensitive eviction notice.

Cons

I paid a small fee for the free trial as it was a one-time use. I canceled it afterward but I was charged anyway. Unable to reach someone and a runaround via email caused me to have to cancel my card. While waiting to get this straightened out I thought I’d use it for another project since I had paid for two additional months at this point. The other offerings were so limited I was unable to use it again.

It is almost impossible to cancel their subscription service online. Their customer service dept assures you the subscription has been cancelled, but it has not They give you the most bogus responses an a runaround for a week before they finally agree to issue a refund. I suspect it is a RICO operation.

I suspect they just wear people down and this scam works 1 out of 10 times, which is good enough for them.

Pros

The actual form, an affidavit, was easy to use.

Cons

Cancelled the service on time during the short trial period, got billed the monthly $37 anyway. Emailed customer service, they said this. “According to your request, you would like to get a refund. Kindly note that we are unable to issue a refund for the referenced charge(s) in accordance with our Terms of Use.” I SUSPECT THIS IS THEIR MOST USED FORM
