### "Horrendous Customer Service"

Horrible customer service - there are lots of other options better than this.

Pros

The service, though overpriced, works fine.

Cons

The customer service if anything goes wrong is terrible - slow, uninformed, not helpful at all.

Simple and easy use. I love the fact that no sign up is required to use the software and the forms are free.

Cons

Only pdf format files can be uploaded and no team workspace is available.
