Cons I think anyone and everyone can get on the platform as a seller. I believe Zomato is not thorough with the quality check. Just a fancy name for which I fell for was not enough to get good food. Most often I was disappointed with the quality of food. I used it almost every day in 2018. Also it was a real headache to guide the delivery person with the location. They should be trained well not to bother the customer so much. It has a novelty about it in Indian scenario but the whole process left me so exhausted and on top of it getting over priced low quality food. Cons The shipping system and package handling are the aspects of zomato that I find objectionable. Their delivery method pools all other food orders, which causes deliveries to be delayed.
